They cancelled my cake order without my permission

This Baskin Robbins is part of a Dunkin Donuts that I often visit. It is a bright and clean place that is always very busy. I often see people take out ice cream with smiles on their faces. It has a great seating area for both donuts or ice cream and space to sit outside. The bathroom is very clean. The help is very attentive and it seems to be a community place because I see a lot of the same spaces ball the time. It is located near a major college. Westchester Community College to be exact. Come give it a try any time and bring the kids if you have any.
