I took in my battery for a charger. The man said it would take 3 hours. So I left and went back 3 hours later just to find out my battery was bad and needed replaced. I wish they would call people when this happens and save them the headache. But atleast the other cashier gave me $16 for the inconvenience. I understand the charge is free but come on now youre not that busy to where people cant check the status and call the customer to tell them the situation

Knew what I needed, but not which to get for my vehicle.Employee quickly looked up my vehicle, took me to the section I needed, and got me rung up right away.Asked me if I wanted help with installation.. theyve been busy replacing wiper blades and batteries. It is winter.There were two employees outside helping other customers.Store was clean and organized. Properly labeled for Covid spacing.

Have a 2018 chevy cruz no idea any of the functions underneath the hood. The rep suggested we look at what I needed before I buy and then put my oil in and explained what I need to do to maintain the life of my car.He did not talk down to me because Im a woman and I loved the extra touch. They was great! It was Christmas Eve and I was grateful they open until 7:00pm. It was snowing and I was in desperate need of wind shield wipers. I was also grateful they put them on for me.

I needed a new heater valve for my vehicle. I purchased and installed it right there in the parking lot. Upon backing out i then noticed my breaks were extremely hard to press and my vehicle would barely stop. A guy named Rick kindly inspected my vehicle and noticed i accidentally disconnected my brake check hose while installing my other part. He fixed it within 30 seconds. Awesome guy! Im very thankful he was there to help. Thanks Rick!

I had gone to go get a engine check for my care, they were just really helpful my time there. The store is well taken care of on the inside.

I had to jump my car so I could get it to Autozone to get my battery replaced. It only took maybe 10 minutes for the replacement. I tried to tip the guy since it was so cold out but he refused it. Highly recommended!

One of the employees, Eric, helped me and my boyfriend when we had a flat tire. We are from Indiana and was visiting Columbus when we got a flat tire literally right outside the Autozone. Amazing!!! Been dealing with a faulty headlight for about 2-3 days now, ruled out bulb and fuse, thought its probably some wire/ground issue which would have been a terrible headache... But the sweetest lad -Jailan(sorry if misspelled)-at AutoZone saved my a--!!! Took a while and he literally fixed it! Managers -- if you please, the lad totally deserves a raise!!! Thank you so much!! 😊This is an addendum -- arrived here again months later, this store is indeed off the charts nice and apparently consistently so. This time manager Rick and Kenya helped out with some connections at the battery that totally killed it, they tightened some connections and cleaned some corrosion to top! This place rocks!!! Always my go to first stop! Thank you all so much! 🤩

I always have great results at autoZone pretty much except this one older man who works there. He always brags about sniffing gasoline ...I thought he was just making jokes about it but Im not sure. Today I went to autozone to return two items and the manager there was extremely helpful. She truly cared about the service that she gave me and went above and beyond what she needed to do. With service like this I will always be a customer of whitehalls autozone. She works in the afternoon and I wish I wouldve gotten her name to shout her out properly.

First of all I have to say that this store is clean and the staff is amazing. I was in on Sunday and needed one spark plugs. The gentleman that assisted me was very polite and actually sounded like he knew what he was doing. I went to the store in Reynoldsburg before I came to the one in Whitehall and the staff there were rude and didnt seem to care if there were customers. As soon as I walked in to this store I was greeted and was helped very quickly. The gentleman that helped me was named Lee. He was very polite and was very heloful. He gave me some helpful information. There was another gentleman there I didnt get his name but he was helping another customer and was also very polite and courteous. I have to say I will be coming back to this store.

I didnt know they would even do this but this store didnt have my part in stock so the employee drove to another store and picked it up for t me. It was a really nice surprise for me considering I had walked there.

Place was packed. Staff standing around. Finally got a person (assistant manager). Cold walked right away after I had maybe her attention for 30 seconds. Waited on her another 19 mins and finally walked out. Horrible awful service.

Its a normal Auto parts store for better or worse.

HORRIBLE!!!! So Im from out of town and I needed a rear turn signal bulb replaced. Sounds easy enough right? I waited on hold for more than 8 minutes and actually arrived at the location before they picked up the phone. Got in the store and had to wait another 5 minutes in line. Finally purchased the bulb and was made to wait to the side while the cashier waited on two other customers. Then the cashier said that someone else would help me while he took one of the other two customers outside to do something to their car. That employee never became available so when the cashier came back in the store he said that he would come out to help me. We get outside and the cashier doesnt know how to replace the bulb. Oh, and there were two other employees doing who knows what, but helping no one that I could see.Worst wait times! Worst customer service! Everrrr! Way to go, Auto Zone.

No excuses, this was a bad visit. I went in to charge a battery and test an alternator that shouldnt take 45mins because your associate isnt able to operate your durateater. If it was a trainee I would excuse it but 3 people and 2 were management. Then I was left standing at the counter waiting for my alternator after they all simply walked away not giving me my alternator or taking my battery to be charged. I wont go back to that store any time soon.
