Bought a battery yesterday, but they forgot about my install until after they were closing and sent me away, I came back the next day, today, and Ive been waiting here for 2 hours, they popped the hood in the parking lot and set the battery in the engine bay, so for the last 1.5 hours its been sitting in the 20 degree weather and snow, and have been told its next multiple times.. granted, my cars battery is tough to get at but come on, this is just ridiculous... this is a 20 minute job.. and theyve left a paid for battery out in an easily stolen location for this long...

It would be great if anyone in the auto department knew what what going on in their own store. I ask them when they open, they give me the wrong time. Theyre busy and tell me to make an appointment, come to find out they dont make appointments. No issue with the other store departments, but Ill never come back for auto work.

This Walmart is a good place. I go a lot. They need more cashiers. Thats theyre only downfall. People hate waiting in line. Especially when theyre going to buy things. You should not keep them waiting. It will make them put it back and leave. And go somewhere else for better service. You guys need to work on that. Thats a problem. And it should be addressed. Thats where Im standing.😇

WOW. I made an Account just to leave a review on how terrible, I repeat terrible this Walmart is and their auto care within the Walmart is. Three days I have been calling to get a tire change. I actually went up there first and was told very rudely that I had to make an appointment. So I left and called and called and called and got redirected, transferred and so on so forth and still could not make an appointment. When I did get on the phone with someone I was rudely told a customer is having a problem please call back to finish making your schedule and then got hung up on. This problem should not have taken longer than a day and I am still riding around on a doughnut a week later. If you need car service, do yourself a favor and don’t go to Walmart auto care cause you will be taking the bus for weeks waiting for them to pick up the phone.

They force you to get the most expensive oil change if you have a newer car. Mines is 2013. I felt like I paid $48 for oil, tire pressure and battery, lights and such checked. Dont do antifreeze and th they said the rest of my fluids were locked and I needed to take it to a dealer. So I paid for nothing. Never going back. $48 loss!!!!!! Ugh.

Do not buy their TIRES online!!!! A brand new tire set l purchased from their website had a bubble the very next day. They wont get you a replacement, you have to buy another. They will try to tell you its your fault & it clearly wasnt anything I did.

The worst customer service I have ever had at wal mart or any other auto shop. The cashier Lee was too lazy to go out and get information off the car and then argued with me over the year and model until I went out and wrote down the vin and all the other information. Every customer was quoted a ridiculous long and false wait time. I was quoted a 3 and a half hour wait. I called to set up a ride and when I went to back to the counter was quoted a 6 hour wait time. It was like both cashiers were trying to find every reason not work on any vehicle. In the short time I was there they must have turned away at least 5 customers. After almost 30 minutes of agony we finally got my car wrote up to have 4 tires replaced. They came to pull my car in to the shop to my surprise in less than 15 minutes only to refuse to work on my car because the plastic cover was off my steering column because I had just replaced the ignition. Tim the supervisor was of no help and told me it was against wal mart policy to work on the vehicle but gave no further explanation. 0 stars, would not go back, will tell everyone not visit, will not return!!!

Bought 4 tires with life time warranty. Had a slow leak in the valve, it took 2 weeks to get fixed because they have to have 2 techs to open bay and everytime they only had 1 tech and kept referring me to come back another day.

They have really great deals on tires when it comes to sets and theyre really good with their warrantys as well. And if you catch them right towards the end of winter right at the beginning of the summer youll be able to find window cleaner and some of the things for winner on a really discounted price.

I hate their services. I bought 4 new tires. While they load them, they broke 2 rear tire pressure sensors of my car.

Bought 2 tires on a Thursday. One of the tires went flat on Friday evening. Was told by AAA it is either the valve stem or leaking around the rim. Went to Walmart on Saturday, stood in line at counter for 15 minutes while the 2 people at the counter kept going back to the garage. Finally told them we wanted tire checked. Took our key and never have us an estimate wait time. After sitting for a half hour we went back to the counter and were told the mechanic just went to lunch. We left because I had work. Went back on Sunday. Only one person working the counter. Waited in line for about 20 minutes. Was told it would be about a 3 hour wait. Husband went this morning . They are supposed to open at 7:09. He got there at 8:00 and still noone there

I bought new tires here on Monday 2-4-19 on 2-5-19 my tires were flat.They never replaced my 8 year old valve stems nor did they ask or offer replacements.You pay hundreds of dollars for tires and balance but dont receive new valve stems?This will be the last time I shop here.

Called ahead of time to see if a tire was available, was told yes and I could come in for first come first serve service. Arrived at 10:40am and after waiting 15 mins or so I was told the tire compressor has been down for awhile but theyre working on it now. I waited for them to work on it and came back and was told they could change my tire. I was quoted the wrong price for the tire and was told it would be maybe $20 more. By now its 12pm and my car should be ready. When I ask for a discount on the tire bc of my wait one of the mechanics looks at me like Im crazy for asking saying the tires already discounted. I dont care Ive been here for over an hour for something that should been done in no more than 45 mins. Im currently waiting and will be late for work. Consider your time and think twice before coming here. The sales woman was very nice and apologetic though so I appreciate her service.

The sales clerk there at the Autozone or auto place at Walmart was very courteous and very understanding although I did have a problem with one customer sales clerk that was in the owl she acted like she did not even want to help

This place is a joke. 2 hrs for oil change? Really? There was only 1 car in garage, was there when opened up for the day. No wonder everybody hates walmart.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I waited almost 3 hours on a Thursday morning and they did not even half of what they were suppose to do. These people are conartist. Very serious..Stay away!

DECENT STORE BUT ITS SO CROWDED EVERY TIME I GO THEY MANAGE TO KEEP STORE TO PAR BUT THE PEOPLE THAT SHOP THERE ARE THE REFLECTION OF THE NEAR BY RESIDENTIAL AREA.

Terrible service both in the 1-800-WALMART number and in the store.I buy oil to change it to my car and very clearly says to return the used oil to the store to be recycled.The store manager in charge of the workshop area and the customer service telephone service all refused to receive the oil for recycling, obviously they change the oil to the vehicles and the used oil they have to recycle because they do not receive oil. Being recycled as a customer service they have the obligation I have lost as a customer and I want to tell everyone not to buy in that store +++ MIERD A +++

LOUD SERVICE announce a price and then they charge you more because my car RARISIMO a 2007 Hyundai Sonata uses a filter that they dont have in stock.WAL-MART EVERY DAY OF EVIL IN WORSE
