Just amazed at how stocked all the isles where. I shop at least 2 times week. Was really surprised how clean everything was. I spoke to cashier asked how he was doing? He did not respond. But if youre looking for good customer service Dont look for it at DG in Town Country.

Store was a bit of a mess as they were stocking the shelves. And they didnt have what I needed. Staff was knowledgeable of the items in the store.

The workers in there. they can spread gossip about customers.and lie about some of the customers. because they the workers hear rumors about customers. that are not true. the place is extremely dirty. Some of the shelves are empty. I bought some K-Cup coffee there. it was outdated by two years. I saw a lot of products. where the dates were expired on the products. a lot of the products are outdated. They have one female cashier . who I think is one of the managers. shes got mental and emotional and angry problems!! She likes to spread gossip about customers.😅🙂😁😊

This Dollar General Is Okay To Me Use To Be One Of The Best But Now My Only Thing Is Stuff Is Barely Being Stocked Or Out So Fast

Great service! Pleasant cashier. Clean, easy to find products! Reflected good management and service oriented hiring at this location. Locations of other stores I have visited dont reflect such intentions. I feel the dominant financial color of the area dictated nothing less. I wish all Dollar brand stores presented the same care regardless of location.

Staff is obviously over worked. Store was trashed. Cashiers was very nice. Tons of empty shelves.

Store is extremely messy, disorganized, and the employees arent knowledgeable when it comes to knowing what products they sale (e.g. I asked them if they sold a few particular items and they didnt know if they did or not.)

Not bad, they did have an over abondance of boxes from where they were stocking but that was to be expected. They were curtious but the lines took forever

Customer service doing the best they can with what 5hey are given to work with. However, as an individual using a walker I will not be vack. You could not get down the aisles and the store overall felt dirty. I love to shop and promote the area I live in, but cannot this time around.

I like this location because the workers are nice and its a great location around other shopping places . I always stop in here and a couple other stores around this area. However this is a dollar general I dont mind stopping at! Wish I lived closer!

Worst store ever! It is always filthy and a mess!

There was a line of 7 people. 2 of whom were elderly people. Ashley who could have helped walked around scanning batteries. She also had time to have a conversation with a friend while we all continued to wait and another young lady handled customers by herself. Ashley then opened her register and informed us in a very snappy tone I CUH HELP YOU HERE! CARDS ONLY! NO CASH NO SNAP! DEBIT AND CREDIT ONLY. We all remained in line as we had credit and debit cards. I think maybe she didnt want to be there and that sucks because its not the customers fault. I will happily avoid this location and will be calling corporate. Two registers available and people waited 20 minutes. Unacceptable!

The floors were filthy, boxes needing to be put her up. The place was an embarrassment.

They have definitely made improvements with getting the store organized I always enjoy coming to this location because the workers are friendly and they remember you

When we were children their was always a corner store. Now the neighborhood store is DG. You can find anything you need here. Great prices and digital coupons. Weekly flyers and a weekly discount on your receipt.

Needed snack bags. Sales person had to reach on the top shelf and retrieve the last one. Took it to the counter and saw that it was opened and asked for a discount. The Asst Mgr didnt want to give me any discount but said she would give me a quarter off while the other cashier wanted to count the bags. They should have given me half off and treated me like they wanted me as a returning customer, which they didnt.

The store was really hot the manager kept going to the back and the cashier loudly said tell them your doing something when the line was extremely long. Plus the cashier refuse to call for help. As the customer I had to ask the manager to come help her twice. The cashier became very belligerent with me as a result. The store was neat & clean.

Wide variety of items. Great value and aisles are not cluttered. Shelves are stocked. Very pleasant shopping experience. We will be back.

Great improvement from the last time I visited. Now its looking like a standard grocery store. Shelves, aisle and merchandise are well organized and easier to find.

Couldnt give this location a ZERO...It was a flipping mess...boxes everywhere...nobody stocking..almost tripped trying to get to the register. Left and decided to shop at Dollar Tree next door...

DG is okay. I go there mainly for energy shots which is hit or miss on stock availability. *They were out of the Stacker B12/10,000 shots again. They have cute walk around the house outfits there. Prices are decent depending in your needs.

This location is getting as bad as the east main street in bexley store.Items are rarely stocked on the shelves, and the large box carts that the items are moved from the back room to the shelves on.... ARE ALWAYS IN THE ISLES... full of unopened boxes of store items.I was hopeful for this location not being like the bexley store, but.... that is just not the case.* I do not blame the manager... I think it is more a corporate problem... they need to hire specific positions for stocking shelves only.... and hours in the evening after the stores are closed to customers.. so that there is no inconvenience to customers, and the items can be put out easily..Most importantly.. still keep prices low

The manager at this location is extreamly unprofessional. She only runs one register with a line out the door. She will not step up and help her employees. I have been in this store several times and i hear each employee complain about how mean and unorganized and unprofessional she is. Prepare to spend a good 40 minutes in this store with 30 of it just waiting in line.

Horrible experience. Ive been in some messy stores but this was one of the WORST... The store looked like a tornado went through it!!!! The few thing you could find was all over and not in place, just change the name to Dollar Discomfort because it was definitely uncomfortable trying to shop for $1 items. It was so frustrating til I didnt mind going a couple miles further and paying triple! Smh 👎

This is THEE WORST dollar tree in existence. Not only are most of the employees BEYOND RUDE, the store is wild dirty like no one understands what a mop and broom is, there are boxes of unstocked items all over the store while two employees stand in back playing on phone, the store runs out of bags constantly and bags your purchases in GARBAGE BAGS. This store needs closed down.

This store is pretty cool! Its next to a Dollar tree in a very busy plaza. Its stays busy and lines are continuous! 1st time no line this time. Usually continuous traffic innthis store. Emoloyees are friendly just busy! Organized store but expect things scattered too.
