Higher prices but typical for Walgreens. Can be busy but usually not a long wait. Staff come be a little friendlier and helpful. Ive been to this store more than a few times and have never been greeted or asked if I needed any help. Not once. If anything they go out of their way to not make eye contact.

I was in this Walgreens Friday, May 3,2019, I want to give a special thanks to the employee Tiffani, I was trying to put an obituary together and she was so kind and patient with me. She spent the time and I loved the finished product. Customer Service is such a forgotten art but she is the kind of employee that epitomizes Customer Care, Thank You. I love this Walgreens. The staff is always nice and informative. This store is very clean all the time. Pharmacy is quick and accurate.

I love their sale they have everytime.

-25 is my score not even worthy of one star. Very ride staff not helpful leaning over cabinets the only person who asked if I needed help almost ran me over with a big cart which was in the way of what I was trying to purchase. Boxes were not pit on shelves properly and placement was all wrong has to look three different places for what I needed. Wont ever spend another penny and if I could find my receipt I would go get my money back. #WONTBEBACK.

It’s a nice place and a very respectful people

Can honestly say the pharmacist and tech working on the evening of 07/19 going into the am of 07/20 were the NICEST employees Ive ever dealt with at any pharmacy. Not just Walgreens. Coming from survivor of near fatal car accident (think before you drink and drive as I almost died at someone elses hand), sick child, asthmatic adult who is constantly getting medication filled not just for myself but my wife and infant daughter, I have dealt with ENOUGH doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies to last life time. They were polite, professional, caring, and EMPATHETIC!!! Which unfortunately too many pharmacist lack whether stress, the general public (enough said), or more often than not an inflated sense of power and control as they decide whether or not you and your family get the medication requires to live happy, healthy life. Sometimes its warranted due to the seedy criminal underbelly HOWEVER majority of the time innocent people get caught up in the power struggle and are forced to go without or spend an entire day, weekend, and or week in an attempt to get the medicine they need. I ALMOST refused to step foot in another Walgreens after today. Until I went into this location. Will not go anywhere else. I NEVER write reviews but I felt like after the experiences I have had it was needed. Wish I knew their names but they know who they are!!! Keep up the good work!!! P.s. Remember what I said Halloween at OU is once in a lifetime.

Called on tuesday the 19th around 215 and was met with the most RUDE and condescending pharmacist. Talked to me like I was stupid because I wasnt sure what a bin number was even though I explained I just received this insurance and an RX card. Unfortunately I need my prescriptions but because of her I will be changing my location to a different walgreens. Maybe they will be more helpful and have better customer service. Absolutely disgusted by this female pharmacist!

The pharmacy is getting better

I stopped in to buy something 2 nights ago and was restricted from shopping in the cosmetic section because it was being mopped. When the gentlemen could have let me grab the item i needed in been out his way. The area i needed to browse in floor hadnt even been mopped yet. #Annoyed #RudeCustomerService

Worst Pharmacy Yet. Their staff cant do their jobs. The store is dirty. Switched to them due to Kroger getting rid of their cheap generics, but will be switching back asap.
