I recently bought the furniture from Michaels Furniture for our new home. They have got a good collection of furniture pieces. They provide the best services we could get in the town. I bought dinning set for living room, poufs and lamps for bedroom. Dinning set image i attached below. Therefore, I recommend everyone to visit Michaels Furniture once for their furniture requirement. I am fully satisfied with services and products.

Great Find Furniture Store!

Michaels Furniture Store does NOT merit even this one star but it was the ONLY way that I could write this review! I should hv read reviews before even entering this joint! Read the long reviews, the short ones are their friends &/or family! These clerks & manager in the store are ALL thieves & hv NO customer service skills! On Aug.31, 2018, my daughter & I went into this furniture store & a sectional sofa caught her eye. I put it on my credit (Synchrony). My daughter sent a pic of sectioal to her husband for opinion. Jenny the clerk told us that it would be delivered on Labor Day. We asked was she sure & she confirmed, it was not delivered! After arguing w/ clerk on phone she became disrespectful! . It was NOT delivered that day! This is where our nightmare begins--Michaels told my daughter the sectional had a defect but that they could send store display sectional & she said, NO Way! On Tues. the next week Michaels delivered the sectional display that was IN THE STORE! We noticed that it looked worn out! I went to complain & Jorge, manager insisted that it was a new one. But the sectional IN the store was much newer now than the one that we had seen on display! Even the price tag was not on it at all! Those thrives sent the display thinking we would not notice yet charging the new price! Jorge said that there were no more in stock but that he would send a small section instead of all new! I showed him the pics of the first pic I took, compared to delivered one- and They Matched! The New sectional was now in display in store! I demanded them to get that old sectional OUT of daughters house! Not ever going in this place & we are trying to give others Heads-up on these idiots! Please, please, check your purchases from there. You too probably received the store display & didnt catch it! We are POSTING this to all who read reviews & we are calling Synchrony, Chamber of Commerce, BBB, CBS, NBC, KTLA, etc. news!

Love the service and Love my furniture everyones friendly and helpful

Worst experience my family has ever had. We went in to buy furniture expecting good quality Brand New funiture only to find out that we where given the display models which had defects. We told the delivery men and they told us that they would be back the following day, we also contacted the store and they said the same thing as the delivery men. But this situation only gets entirely worse, we come to find out that the furniture which was a couch and recliner had at least one mouse in it if not two. There were rat droppings and tears in the furniture where they burrowed through. Our house is always clean and we have never had this problem. My mother has COPD and lung disease so we are constantly on top of our house cleaning and we know it came from the store because outside we took pictures where theres rat dropping next to the furniture they store. Now we still have the furniture except its wrapped in plastic, we are sitting on the floor and here it is going on two weeks that we have tried to rectify the situation with them. we have been patient we have been polite we have been kind but we have received nothing but antagonistic, bully managers. They told us that we have to wait another week to receive furniture and that they can do nothing for us except for give us a discount on future furniture that is a joke you think we want to buy furniture that we know might have rats in it. Since they think that this is a joke we are contacting the BBA, The Los Angeles County Health Department, Consumer Affairs, the Whittier Chamber of Commerce and the media. I think that if we take these measures they will pay attention to us and they will rectify the situation. I hope that anybody else who buys furniture from this place does not experience anything like this but I also hope if you are reading this review you shop somewhere else, Living Spaces Ikea and deardens all offer better deals and have better furniture and at this point Im positive better customer service and less rats.
