George right from the jump seemed like a great guy. His shop was recommended by valvoline when I had some issues with my engine. I showed up on a saturday and aside from waiting quite a while because of how busy this man is, he told me what the potential issues were and even showed me personally . That was a relief to know i was shown proof of the potential fixed that were needed.We didnt have time to complete anything that day but next saturday I showed up at 8am and he took care of me. I would have rated 5 stars had he been able to complete the jobs quicker. The work on my car was done very well and a week later I havent had any issues since. I WILL be coming back. Thanks George .

Friendly service and have reasonable prices. Went in for a clutch replacement, they had the vehicle for a couple of days. No issues, the vehicle drives great.

Been bringing my 82 Honda and other vehicles to Mr eds for close to 30 years and I have to say George is a miracle worker with a wrench to keep them on the road for this long but have to admit things sometimes take awhile to fix because the place is overrun with customers coming in all day for repairs but thats what happens when you treat customers right and do good work

This place has got to be one of the most slowest places plus I dont appreciate being put on the back burner after I have paid in full for the job. I took my vehicle for two things to be replaced and was given my vehicle back with a new loud noise that wasnt there when the car was given to them to work on. I had to leave with a new problem that the owner knew WASNT there. I AM VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED in the outcome. Its not good business and its not professional in my opinion. The owner and his wife are very polite people in all fairness. I give the second star because they did help a family member of mine once along time ago with another vehicle. I rate fair and accordingly.

I have no complaints at all. George is a very reasonable mechanic. I was referred to him by a friend and he’s been very thorough when it came to the repairs on my vehicle.

I agree with John Bruno, ( previous customer)If there was a rating star less then 1 this is what George, operating manager at Mr. Eds, would receive. Should you decide to risk your vehicle, and posible life at this establishment be for warned you will also be cheated out of both time and money. I took my Jeep to George because my seal was worn and leaking, to get to the seal they removed the vacuum plate. Parts to my vehicle were reinstalled incorrectly. I drove the Jeep home and 5 miles out of Georges shop my car wheel started smoking. I got towed home that night$$. After the install I returned, with video and pictures of the smoking wheel, and latter returned an additional 4 times, because the plate they installed backwards, kept screeching and grinding), during each tedious back and forth return to Mr. Eds, (loss of time) I was assured by George, that he would physically be there, that was not so, and that the install problem was resolved. Also not true, a couple of months (2) after Mr. Eds, install labor my seal started leaking again. I had to reinstall parts and seals correctly $$$costly. Recently when I returned (with video footage of smoking parts, pictures, busted parts and labor receipts at hand) to extend the civil opportunity for George to rectify the situation. I was told by George, that the labor was already completed and therfore he couldnt refund me any of the portion of the money, I had spent for neither the parts they ruined nor the labor they performed. The licensed reputable 4x4, establishment that reinstalled my plate, relayed to me that eventually my axle would have cracked and this could have resulted in both a very serious and or deadly accident. George, is compassionate and reasonable, he will assure you that his mechanics are competent, licensed, professionals, all prior to them working on your vehicle. #!PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM!# I thank the Lord, that this experience didnt result in a horrific tragedy for myself, family and any innocent bystander on the FWY.

BEWARE!! On March 27th 2019 We took our GMC Denali to Mr. Eds Auto Repair. They Parked the Vehicle at the Walgreens parking Lot, due to lack of Space. Someone allegedly Stole our Vehicle, it might even be an inside job. If we would have known this was their common practice we would have never taken our vehicle to Mr. Eds Auto. I called George (Owner) and he is not willing to pay the $250 deductible even though they are Negligent. Needless to say, I will NEVER take any of my other cars to this place and neither should you!
