The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, they do a great job keeping up-to-date on the best deals. Elizabeths customer service is the best, she really goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are happy.

I wanted to add a third line to my account, I went into the store to get a new phone. They wouldnt tell me how much the phone actually cost until I paid my bill that was not due for another week, after they told me the price of the phone I told him no thank you and I left. They even charge me $4 extra to pay my bill. Extremely poor customer service Im not going back to that store again. I should have read the reviews here before going into that store... My mistake
