I loved the customer service at this location. Gro was friendly and very helpful. He was honest upfront and helped us the right choice.Got a good price on a Tablet with service.Overall its was a fast and easy transaction.
My experience with T Mobile Has been quite Pleasant I had just switched over from Verizon glad I did. I visited the store in Whittier at the quad . The staff was easy to talk to and get answers. I am a man by the name of Beto Whats so helpful.
Went in for an update on my previous Sprint phone. They were friendly & helpful. I liked the fact that the original representative who greeted me was humble enough to ask a more senior representative to assist us as she wasnt familiar on how to do the update because its frustrating when they have you waiting while they try to figure it out instead of asking someone else to help and observe to learn for next time on how to do it!
Went in to ask about an issue with my 24 mo old mobile hotspot. The only solution offered was to swap the SIM. Since the device was not having authentication issues, that seemed unnecessary. That and replacing it were the only options. Only there were no new devices available: We must be refreshing the lineup.The person there knew nothing about mobile comms or firmware versions, only about phone features like memory capacity and prices.
Had some issues with my account again, 3 to be exact and Geovany took care of everything for me. He was kind and patient, listened to everything I was saying and understood my problem👍 TMobile should have more workers like Geovany Thank you so much! As for the store, very clean, not too crowded, will definitely go back there for a new phone👍

Went into TMobile was welcome and helped instantly. Bryan and David took the time to help me switch over from Sprint with patience..... Since I am so complicated. I was genuinely happy to see such a positive environment with employees and customers interactions. Will definitely recommend this location, thank you love my phone and my plan :)
Had a pleasant time here. The staff was managing the flow of customer traffic very well. I got the lucky draw of dealing with the manager, Anthony. Helped me get an iPhone xr and an Apple Watch. Very happy to have stopped by without any hassle or issues.

A lot of the times I dont know if its the type of issue that you have or the person that you get because I see a lot of different reviews for different store somewhere positive summer negatives but my experience with this T-Mobile store has always been great I regret going to other stores because a lot of the times they screw up my account every time Ive had an issue has been resolved at this store and for the most part all of the staff that work here are very helpful. Went in to pay my phone bill and decided to upgrade, Bryan was super helpful and patient with transferring everything on my old phone to my new one. He was even kind enough to give me a T-Mobile bow tie for my puppy ☺️
One of the worst service today went in for an upgrade. Was added on the list and left ignored while others are just walking getting helped out right away.
The store employees here are helpful, but as a customer of T-mobile for 7+ years I have never been so fed up and disappointed in all of my life with the company in general.I ordered an upgrade for Samsung Galaxy Note 4 that started having system errors about a little over a year and a half after purchase; UPS attempted delivery twice and claimed they were sending it back to T-Mobile. Sorry I cant take off a day from work to be home before 1 p.m.!Then when I called T-Mobile, I was told my only option is to refund it and re-order the phone...I am now waiting up to 30 days for my $150 to be refunded...total b.s. Talk about inconvenience!

I went there today to transfer my line from simple mobile to tmobile. I was there 2 days ago and the manager called Juan was very nice and told meto just come by and he would do everything for me. I got here today and this girl with glasses on tells me that she cannot help that I need to know my account number and password and info in order to port my number. She didnt care to help me at all. I told her never mind just give me a new number. All she did was add the sim card on the back of my phone and she said Ok youre good to go. If course I was not as she had to configure my phone to work with tmobile. I was getting only edge connection. So I told her. She was very unprofessional. She didnt know what she was doing and it shows. So I asked her how long shes been working with tmobile. She has the audacity to tell me 7 years. She either needs to get some classes on tmobile s basic steps or quit her job as she wasnt knowledgeable at all. I get home and my phone is still not working properly as Im not able to send our receive MMS. Of course, because she did not configure my phone. I got back to the store and the same manager Juan was there. He got this kid named Noe to help me out. The phone is working perfectly! Its funny how the actions of only one employee can affect customers satisfaction!

02/12/20 the young man (jo Valdez) From T-Mobile and gone two kisses, he treated us very well. He is a very calm person who has good knowledge. He is an expert in his cell phone functions. He solved my problems with my cell phones. He is very kind. Thats why I like to go to this store. Because of the service they provide to one, etc.
They do not have good service, they offer you things like jump and they do not register you when the bill arrives. Bad bad service no good they play too much
