Had a piece of the charger that broke off in my iPad. Called this place today and they told me to bring it in and they would look at it. Said if they could repair it they would charge me and if they could not fix they would not charge. I went in and they said it would be about an hour before they could get to it. Went back an hour and a half later and it was totally fixed and they had it partially charged back up for me. They charged me exactly what they estimated. Very professional and very nice people to work with. I would use them again for sure. Good value and quality work. Feels good supporting a local business. I highly recommend this business

I came here for a iphone screen replacement. They use low quality screen. When they fixed my phone looked like I was looking at an old tv. Told the guy that I didn’t like it and they should’ve told me that when they replace the screen it wouldn’t look the same as the original, and instead a really low quality display. When he change it back he only gave me half of what I paid because he said it was $70 for labor work. Dont waste your money here. If you want a good job spend a little more at apple or other authorize retailer. Never coming back here

Went here because it was close home and the reviews for great. Took my sisters laptop in to have it checked out ask how much it would be just to check it out and he told me its free. The guy told me an itemized list of everything that was wrong with my sisters laptop how much everything would cost shipping and taxes included and it was so cheap I thought he made a mistake. Is very rare to find a computer repair place thats honest and I like this place so much I returned and dropped off my own laptop Ive even told my friends and family and theyve taken their computers then and they say the same thing very very good prices very knowledgeable people and we all agree this place is our new computer place to go for repairs.

Last Year, I had a completely damaged I-phone 8 plus that I took to these guys and that phone was completely brand new when I got it back. They gave me a beyond reasonable price. It was in such good condition that I was able to trade my phone in and get an I- phone XR for my birthday for free. I was very impressed by the turnaround time and by the fact that they were upfront and had great customer service. I would give them Six Stars if I could. Awesome Job. Been here a few time with my laptop and iPad. Very good price. Only thing is when I receive my laptop back it seemed to have some loss pieces. Other than that good place.

I gave this place a shot because it was right near me, but unfortunately it has supar products and is poorly managed.I had a iPhone X screen replaced there with their premium selection, in other words their best quality product. About a month or so later the screen didnt turn on, but the phone itself worked because I could still receive calls with my apple watch. When I took it back they said they it would be about 2 hours to figure out whats wrong. 3 hours later I called asking about the phone, they didnt answer after I called back about 8 times. Finally an hour later they called to tell me that they could fix it if I bought a new screen and no they wouldnt replace the faulty one for free because it had a scratch on it.The shop itself is bad too, no organization and it looks like a junkyard for electronics. They sell refurbished iphones and laptops but because of my experience I wouldnt trust anything in that place.There are about 4 other iPhone replacement places near the same location, maybe a bit more expensive but after this I dont mind paying someone else a little more if they can stand behind their work.

I was having trouble with my phone i don’t know what was wrong with it and i was very desperate to have it fixed! My aunt had told me about this place and i came straight to them and they knew exactly what to do! They repaired my phone pretty fast besides fact that being busy. They were friendly and relatable they were able to get my phone back to normal. Thanks again. Also Erick was the one who helped me but they are all friendly and helpful. I would totally come back.

Professional workers

Business and personal work came to a stop when I returned from a business trip and found that I had no internet! Verizon was able to troubleshoot my service but found that the problem was with the computer itself. Dell could not help as the computer was past warranty so I took the computer back to Hector. He was able to diagnose the issue and even spent some extra time cleaning it up and getting it running like it was brand new! Great pricing and fast service. I will be back!

I had to get some keys fixed on my computer, because my both my husbands and my attempts had failed. I took it in and was out of there within 15 minutes. Luciano was really down to earth, helpful and patient with all my questions. He also consulted me on some other issues I had with another computer which I will also be bringing be serviced. WORST PLACE EVER !worst place i have ever been to i dont recommend anyone to come here I had brought and ipad air 2 it had cracked screen and my daughter had spilled soda and got in it ..first day i took it i asked if it was fixable they said yes and it was going to be $398 so i left itIt took them 2 months to fix and i would call almost every single day to get update on it and they would say they dont have the part or they were going to give me a call never heard from them i asked to speak to the manager luciano never heard from him either i would call and everytime they would say hes running late ! Brought my ipad home it didnt work ..i wanted my money back and they would only give me $100 with an ipad that didnt turn onThey finally got it to work after insisting so much that would only work with one charger no other chargers work on it 1 month later i pad doesnt work again looked into it comes out they put and old battery and who knows what else now i have no ipad and lost $398 ..dont ever come here they suck and are so rude!!
