They have what I need when I need it great customer service

My husband and I came on 9/8/19 to have our seating chart printed out for our wedding. The associate that had helped us that day was rushing us as we were telling her the print size we wanted. We were told that our order would be ready in 24 hours. On 9/9/19, Danni helped us when we returned to pick up our seating chart. As soon as she brought out our seating chart, we saw that it had been printed in the wrong size! I was frustrated and upset that the previous associate did not print the chart based on the selections we made. Danni, seeing that we were both visibly upset, right away offered to reprint the chart the way it was ordered with a glossy finish. She said it would be ready in 20 minutes, so we went to Michaels to buy a frame for it. Our seating chart was ready once we returned. She helped us put the seating chart in the frame and trimmed the edges a little so it would fit perfectly. Once we were ready to pay, Danni gave us a discount for the inconvenience. I really appreciated the time she took to make sure our seating chart came out perfect. Thank you Danni for the excellent customer service!

As a business owner and a previous Staples Store Manager, it is important to me to recognize individuals and staff when they provide outstanding customer service. Vincent, Cindy, Adam and there are many other team members I am forgetting by name that do a great job everyday providing excellent service.My business ARCpoint Labs of Santa Fe Springs has been conducting COVID testing and we needed assistance with LaserJet printers, photocopies, toners and countless amount of office supplies. Vincent and his team have gone above and beyond to help me and my staff keep up with the high demands of our business. I cannot thank Vincent and his team enough for making us feel important and helping us make our job easier by providing professional business quality photocopies and getting us our orders processed quickly. I highly recommend Staples Office Superstore to everyone!

The lack of expertise is little to none. I came in here looking for a product and after asking for help, I just got directed to an isle that had nothing to do with what I was requesting. I even showed them an amazon product to ensure they were on the same page. Still no drive to help me find what I was looking for, just an isle number. Walked out and just ordered it on amazon.This is what drives us to order stuff online, no help or drive to help. I’m sure they could of ordered it online for me. I go to stores to support the retail business but it’s just soo hard.I don’t see this business model making it the next two years. Maybe they need more pay, maybe they need more training. Somethings just not working. Best of luck!

Staff was very helpful, needed to print some documents and scan them... in and out in less than 10 min. Only .22 cents to print and 1.00 to scan. Great value

Good product selection, really like the chairs we bought. But a total lack of customer service, no one lifts a finger to help while sitting around. Will not go back.

I went to Staples needing help finding what I wanted, went to the front and found a helpful employee there who took me right to what I needed then asked me if I needed anything else I said yes and when I asked he took me right to what I needed he was very pleasant and offered help for anything else that I might need I told him at that time that I was done shopping and went up to the front to find another friendly person, I was checked out pleasantly and speedily

Great customer service, was knowledgeable on products and extended services I was interested in. Help open a line of credit for.me and escorted me to my truck where the associate put all my purchases in my truck for me. Thank you Staples and to Mike for helping me from start to finish.

Staff was awesome helping me get a computer. They made sure that I received the maximum discounts that I could get on my purchase. I was beyond impressed!

This place is not helpful when your trying to make copies or print something. They basically point at the machine and say use that one. They need help with their customer service skills in that department.

I placed an online order for some K-Cup coffee pods, They CHARGED MY VISA, E-MAILED me MY RECEPT AND CONFORMATION NUMBER ETC. Then after rushing to the store to pick it up before they closed. After waiting in line for a few minutes I was told by a manager lady ALL THE ONLINE ORDERS WERE CANCELED DUE TO A PRICING ERROR (It was not that extream of a deal either!) Then I asked WHY THEY DID NOT LET ME KNOW via phone or even a simple email. I was told by the large *itchy lady WELL YOU DIDNT GET A E-MAIL SAYING IT WAS READY TO PICK UP DID YOU? Wow, I thought what a lame answer for total lack of customer care and service. I WILL NEVER shop here again.. And thats the trouble with large companies like this is they really dont care! Not unless something makes the TV news do they give a damn about a few simple customers here and there.This place sucks!!
