Very disappointed. Ordered something a month ago, no communication, contacted via email, no response, called, they told me it may ship the next week. Would not recommend this company. I could have ordered directly from China and got quicker. Poor Communication and Service.

These people conduct horrible business. I spoke with Antonette about an order, she said she would follow up the next day... then I called and emailed the next 5 days trying to get a hold of her again. I even gave them my cc number thinking it may speed the order up. Someone mentioned Autac in the reviews, i called them and they got my order out the door the next day.

Both Erick and antionette were very knowledgeable about their products. They specially designed a cable for my application and provided exactly what we needed. Quality product, great design

All i can say is stay away from Cable Science. we learned the hard way.go somewhere else trust me.

Cable science is one of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with. At first they were helping me with my order but when it came down to processing the order they kept saying its almost done let me go to production and check on it. After two weeks of nothing, I decided to go down to the company and find out what was going on with my order, because surely 2 weeks is enough time for an order of 6 coil cords. They were caught by surprise and pretended like they were going to do something about it. I called a week later to get an update ( I had already found another custom cable company that helped me right away AUTAC) I just wanted to see what they would say and again some BS just one more week and it will be done they never called/emailed me to say it was finished. I find the 5 star reviews hard to believe but I guess they pick and choose what order to take on.

Finally I found a company that still understands customer service. I was so frustrated with the lack of response and integrity I found in most of the suppliers I work with. I have direct, and on-going customer experience with Cablescience and they mean it, customers matter and they response with real time on deliveries and product. My experience is that my needs are not handled like any old account no matter how big the order I place, I am treated as if I am the number one customer. I get technical support if needed and I get the product shipped on time. Thanks Cablescience for making my job easier..

I ordered 2 items 2 weeks ago, still waiting. I called last week, they said they would get the product shipped right out. Its to bad because I think they have a good web page with good product, but it does no good if you dont get the product to the people.

Experience was terrible. It was like pulling teeth just to buy something. After all the follow up calls just trying to make a purchase they sent the wrong material. I cant get them to even send a receipt for our purchase. Very, Very poor business practices.

These guys are awful. We placed an order and were waiting waiting waiting for it. Had to call and e-mail them many times before they finally answered us oh well let me go out back and find out.Our box was just sitting out back to be shipped out for a few weeks and was never shipped out. Finally they ship it out on their courier (they ended up charging us for shipping anyway) and it ended up arriving a week later than it was supposed to.The worst part is I was reselling this so all the blame of their bad delivery times fell on me and I had to take the brunt of it.I hope to never deal with this company again.
