Very nice. Mostly garden and lawn based with a general supply of hardware. Great small screws and bolts section, overall the whole story is very organized. Helpful employees in the garden section as well.

This place is amazing! First time here - its like a high end Home Depot mixed with a Target. The staff was incredibly helpful and the prices were fair for most items.

Just went there and the cashier lady scans the products and threw them and she was so mean when she talks. I couldnt even ask another question. I know the store is closing but this make me feel like I dont want to go to the other location even if I need to.

I live down the street and usually go to Home Depot. Then I remembered this place so decided to go there instead. There was 2 workers and 1 other customer. We needed help and asked them if we could get some help in hardware. The lady said yes and said someone would be right over. After we waited 15 minutes for someone I went back and told them nobody showed up to help us. They didn’t even remember I had asked so the got on the raisin and asked someone to come and help us. Waited 10 minutes and nobody came. We walked out and went to Home Depot! It’s and last time there. Fancy building zero customer service. Waste of time!

The people who work here are friendly and helpful. Including the store manager, who called another store for me today to locate a planter I was looking for. I go for jobes organic container soil and it is very reasonable in price. They will even pot a plant for you at their potting table.

Nothing much left there now, mostly picked over junk. Half the aisles are closed off with yellow caution tape, you expect to see a chalked body outline on the floor. If I go in a hardware store and come out empty handed you know it is bad.

I feel like all the one star reviews for this location are unjust. You cant compare this store with Home Depot or Lowes, they are nothing alike.Reasons to visitPlenty of decor for your backyard plants, statues, coolers, grills, lanterns etc.Very clean and helpful staff with excellent CUSTOMER service. How many times have you been frustrated at HD because you cant find anyone? I was asked several times If I needed help by orchard staff.Great selection of basic hardware store needs. Rope, paint, screens, plants, garden tools, electrical.Prices are slightly higher but theres often sales and markdowns on items.I will definitely return since my wife likes to look at the decor and I can get my basic hardware needs met. Also the customer service is superb. People need to relax with the 1 star reviews.

Waiting for paint and trying to kill time as my paint was getting prepared I decided to see what else they sell and walked around the store, but being approached by two people asking me if I need help, really!! I am not stupid. I felt as if they thought I was stealing. I am NEVER!! Going back and definitely sticking with Home Depot. Message to the manager: If you ever think people are stealing try another approach and dont be fake in your approach because when the people who you think are “trying to steal and their not” it totally feels disrespectful. Wow! Never again.

I do not know if the store is nice, as I could not get a human on the phone to see if the items I needed are in stock. 4 minutes and 30 seconds on hold twice. I give up!!

Took real good care of me when I had to return a facet. Nick went out of his way to make me a happy customer.

Stopped by to check on plants at the nursery section. There was one other woman checking on stuff. We couldnt find anybody to answer any questions. Went back inside, there was one cashier but no staff to help us. That place is deserted. I wonder why.

Very small garden section . Large soil bags are held in back of store. Ask an employee for help .

For a place thats trying to be thought of in the same category as Lowes or Home Depot, theyre doing a poor job, was in there selection was very small, the prices were higher than the compitition...and In my experience dont try to reach them by phone they had me on hold for six minutes before I hung up...Go to HOME DEPOT or LOWES...!
