My Honda’s service engine light came on. Took it to several places in Lawton and got different stories as to what it was. The last place said it was the computer and it would be around $2400. Wanted another opinion and tried Patterson’s service dept. They called back after checking it out and said our computer was fine and it was the fan that cools the radiator. Thanks goodness we tried them. They were very professional and friendly. Ended up costing 1/4 of the price of a computer. So glad we found them✌️👍
Superior Service. A shout out to Robert and the mechanics in their service department for their excellent work in getting my wifes GMC fixed in a timely manner. Robert kept us up to date every step of the way, and made sure that credit was applied from our extended warranty, resulting in a greatly reduced expense. Also, thanks to Brandon in sales in getting us a loaner to use.

If you want to get scammed when buying a car, head right over here! The dealer we interacted with, Chris Ingram, was very dodgy and rude when asked why a car is worth $14000 when it had dry rotted tires, low coolant, no gas, unexplained dents and gouges, and a dirty interior. Do not recommend.
We bought a 2021 Buick enclave in wf and the sales young man ( Daniel Bianchi) that sold us the vehicle was super nice, very knowledgeable of what he was selling and explained everything inside out to us.Also Ryan in the financial department, explained the warranties which we are very grateful, great out come all around!
Honestly, its Texas, so I shouldnt be too surprised by the misogyny in the sales staff. But just because Im a woman doesnt mean Im incapable of buying my own car. If you have other options in car dealerships, choose one of them. With their reputation and now their owners nefarious after-hour activities, this place is bad vibes all around.
Somewhat of a mixed bag. For what matters (fair pricing) this place is great. They were fair in the sales and trade price they offered me. They got me in and out of the dealership super fast, too, which is awesome.The main feedback I want to leave is around the cleanliness of the car and the aggressiveness the finance manager was when offering add-on packages. I had to explain over AND over that I did not want gap, extended warranties etc. It got to the point that the conversation was just awkward because he did not want to accept no as my final answer.When I picked up the car, it was kinda clean. There was dead skin on the center arm rest and the dealer put so many random stickers on the car that it took me quite a while to remove them and clean the residue off.Overall, I am happy with my purchase and mostly happy with the experience at the dealership. Dont be so aggressive with customers on warranties, wheel packages and GAP, its not a good look.
Unsure of who the lady that came out of the Mercedes Sales building was driving a White Mercedes today parked by the Shop, but while she not only almost backed into me as I was leaving, she also flipped me off. If this is how Patterson’s employees are going to treat customers, especially with the current news that’s out regarding the owner, my business will be taken elsewhere.
Bought my 2012 Toyota Venza from Mark and Dylan here, and had a wonderful experience! Delivered my car all the way from Wichita fellas to Dallas, and were very thorough with pictures and info before we purchased the vehicle. Gave us a great price and would 100% purchase a vehicle from here again. :)

The lady that works at the desk is always absolutely fabulous. She goes above and beyond to make sure I understand what service I am getting, what is covered by my warranty or letting me know if it is something that I would need to cover. She has a very welcoming personality and I have never felt like I was a bother even when she is on the phone. She has made my experience great both times I brought my vehicle in.
My wife and I bought a Kia Soul 2016 from there and October of 2018. I highly recommend the service department they are friendly and they are fast. Thank you Lloyd and your staff for answering my last post. I was impressed without quickly you got my recall taken care of and the time I got there till the time I left was it about 30 minutes 40 at the most. They offered me condiments they had clean restroom and they even had a phone charging station. I give them six stars if I could but I cant. Do not .... I repeat DO NOT BUY USED VEHICLES AT ANY PATTERSON .. I have bought at least 4 used vehicles At different Patterson dealers and EVERY SINGLE VEHICLE has needed major repairs within a month of purchasing....... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
If I could give them 0 I would. 3 WEEKS AGO I talked to Jimmy Bennett (an advisor) then paid $730 for the repair “diagnosed” by Larry Simpson to be fixed & it absolutely was not fixed. Since then I have been going back & forth with the service manager Lloyd Vassar simply just wanting my car fixed & have been getting the run around, they have not refunded my money NOR fixed anything since then.

After a horrendous buying experience in 2016 with a brand new Kia Sorento, Ive just now noticed all of the years weve trusted our vehicle with them and taken our car to Pattersons Dodge/Kia dealership to get oil changes, they were putting the wrong oil in our car! This plus the terrible service from the employees is why we will never do business with them ever again. Its a 3.3GDI V6 engine, the manual says to only use 5W-30. Looking through our oil change receipts from Pattersons, theyve been using 5W-20 for a 2.4GDI 4 cylinder engine.

Bruce and Tucker in sales were instrumental in our decision to purchase our new Ram 2500 Diesel truck. We wouldn’t have considered driving 150 miles of it weren’t for Bruce and his willingness to help us find exactly what we wanted. Tucker made the whole buying experience as easy and pleasant as a walk in the park. The sales mgr, Marvin worked hard (really, really hard) to get us the deal we were looking for. He was very straightforward and we didn’t have to beat each other up haggling back and forth (that was a huge relief). Cliff in finance was great at explaining all of the warranty options and did not make us feel pushed to purchase anything we didn’t want.All in all I will say that Patterson Dodge is a class act who knows how it should be done and they do it right.
I went in Patterson Dodge on friday and purchased my new 2019 Ram! My sales person Dwayne Jackson was very professional! He and Cliff stayed after hours to make sure I got the deal I was looking for! My truck had an open recall and Dwayne told me about it up front, but, told me he would come to my house and pick it up monday morning to take care of the recall. Well actually Dwayne came to my house on Sunday during his own personal time and picked up my truck, and, dropped off another truck so I would have something to drive! Sales are good, but when it comes to repairs? Dont bother. Also, save your money, dont buy a vehicle warranty through them. Come to find out they cant even run electrical diagnostics on a F-150 in their location? They wanted to send me to Bowie, TX over an hour out of my way? Uh....no? Youd think before they sale a warranty to you (on the most popular vehicle around) that theyd tell you they cant work on it. SMH? Clowns.

This was an excellent group of people to work with. We had Kendric as our salesman and he was amazing! They helped and negotiated with us until we were comfortable with an asking price. They made sure we were taken care of. Mailed us a thank you card, and even called a few weeks later to see how we were liking the vehicle! I’d definitely recommend Kendric and the rest of the great people, to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle.

I made my first car purchase over a year ago at a Patterson location. Not only did my dealer rush me into a car, but then shemoved before every thing was finalized. Well that car got totaled out after my very first accident a few weeks ago. I went into one of the Patterson locations because I saw a car I was interested in and wanted to know more about it. Dealing with all this at once was very stressful so I decided to give them one more chance. When I walked in I was greeted with a very unprofessional manner and after asking about the car in my interest I was told by one of the Patterson sales men to GO ONLINE AND LOOK FOR A CAR BY MYSELF!!!!!!!!!!! Sir, that is your job. I will be taking my settlement and going to another dealer!!!

Follow up calls could be better, as well as returning phone calls. Overall, they did my parents good on a 2015 Jeep.

Brought my car in for scheduled service. Was dropped back of at home by a very nice (and funny) driver. When I picked up my car, a young man named Bryan was finishing up the (complimentary) car wash. My car had not been washed in errr... lets just say a while, and enjoying open top motoring in the Texas Outback collects many bugs and critters on the front, and lots of dust everywhere else.Bryan detailed and cleaned my car, and it looked better then when I took delivery of it.Shoutout to this enthusiastic gent in Pattersons make ready and detail department.Service on my car was done to perfection as well, but I have grown used to that at this dealership.

I found a listing for a car that was interested in at one of the Patterson dealerships. I live in Austin and wasnt going to be able to dealership for at least a week. Brad H. answered all my questions and even sent me additional pictures. I was able to put down and small deposit and the held the car for me nearly a week. When I arrived the car was freshly washed and tank was filled. He gave me the keys so that my friend and I could look it over and it for test drive - without lingering. (Thanks Brad!) We negotiated a very fair price that I was very pleased. Every step of the way Brad delivered superior custom service - he was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, fair - an absolute pleasure to work with! Jabin in the finance department was also pleasure to work with. I had already arranged financing through my bank and was convinced they were giving be the best deal. Jabin saved me 4.5 percentage points! Brad and Jabin ensured that my experience was excellent, all the way off the lot. I HIGHLY recommend Patterson and these two gentleman! hank you Brad and Jabin!
Took my 2016 dodge ram in for recalls, oil change, tire rotation 8 am wednesday. should taken a day at most. day two i called for over and hour and a half before i could get anybody to answer the phone! then a gal told me twice she was going to all me back and did not. today i called over an hour before i could get anybody to answer the phone. i have my truck sold to a friend and buying a new one but guess who i will not be buying the truck from., pattersons! worst service dept ive seen in many years!

I like this Pattersons much better than the main one thats right off of the hwy. The main one always used to give me the run around. Although I did pay $44 for an oil change. Ughhh. At least they had snacks & drinks out for customers... Gaidoraid, water bottles & of course coffee.
The staff was extremely courteous. The dealership either does not evaluate the preown vehicles or they have their mechanics are incompetent. The orifice on the a.c. went out 2 weeks after we purchased the tahoe (may not have realized the a.c. was not working properly). When we had it fixed the mechanic discovered the front motor mount was broke and had been for awhile. We feel they should have found that IF they checked it over before they sold it. So beware if you purchase a preowned vehicle from this dealership!

Rude, unorganized, unprofessional, all the dealerships run together. I went to the wrong one, no sign to signify the BMW. So apparently I was at the shop right behind the BMW dealership. Once again you have to guess what building belongs to what. A black man in his 40s early 50s was completely rude cause I pulled a BMW in the service lane and its not a BMW shop.

I purchased a car there. My experience was waiting in the show room for nearly and hour while the sales people debated who would talk to me. Then they used that fact that I was pressed for time (after waiting) to low ball my trade. Id steer clear especially if you are a person of color.
