My experience at Pattersons Service Department was exceptional. Janie Bean checked me in quickly, notified me when my car was finished, and got me back on the road in no time. Shuttle driver Heath Spears got me to work on time and picked me up at work at noon to go get my car. He was very courteous and prompt in dropping me off and picking me up. Janie and Heath are both examples of what makes Patterson Auto Center a wonderful place to do business!

We had a wonderful experience at Patterson Kia. The sales manager, Ruben Romero, was great to work with and helped us find exactly what we were seeking at an extremely fair price. Ruben and sales consultant Tim Howell were great listeners to help us find exactly what we wanted. Worked with Corey Welch and Reuben Romero to purchase my vehicle! I drove a distance to purchase and they were very helpful throughout the day before I arrived and made the transaction so breezy. Had a pretty awful experience- we scheduled a test drive for a vehicle on their site, showed up and the dealership was still closed. When someone finally came by to help us, they went out to look for the car and couldnt find it. They told us they werent sure where it was and that its possible that it was at a bigger lot. My question is, why do you have a car listed that is not on YOUR lot? Why were we able to schedule a test drive when the car was not available? Very frustrating to say the least. Poor customer service.

The only number you had was my sons and there were no messages left or any texts received at all in regards to anything about this. The adversion to the other car was that we were told that the $4,000 lower sales price listed online was not applicable. Im sorry Ive never had that happens to us in the many years weve bought vehicles, and yes we have dealt with online vehicle sales managers. There would not be a chance to gain our business, we went right down the road and got much better sales staff.**All I will say is we drove 6hrs one way to have a horrible experience today. Would not and will not refer anyone to any of their family of dealerships.

We went to Patterson Kia to purchase a KIa Forte for my son as he prepares to head off to college. Alisa did an excellent job in working with my son and checking on us as we got financed. My son is super excited about his car.

Revising my previous review after being contacted by the manager. I had issues after purchasing a vehicle but they have agreed to take car of the problem and fix it. They could have better attention to detail and not down play issues but overall a mediocre experience.

Called twice before I went up there because its a 2 hour drive to the dealership to make sure they werent wasting my time when I got the buy back letter. Was assured they woul not waist my time. When I got up there it was a different story.... They wasted my time and gas!!!!! Spent 2 hours in a hot office when Rubin told his sales person to take care of me and all they did was preceded to tell me I would not be offered anything close to what buy back offer was. As a matter of fact I woul owe in order to not be upside down. I was MAD. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP EVER! I WILL STICK TO SOUTHWEST KIA!!!!!!

I brought car into Pattersons for blinking light related to engine. After checking it out it was a simple fix for a software update. Also prior to determining the problem they assured me of limited warranty on Kia engine in case the problem was more serious. Luckily it was a software upgrade. Thanks Patterson.

Tim was a down to earth and funny salesman. He made me feel really comfortable throughout the process. He assured me a good deal and was very confident I was going to walk out with my new car. So far, Im really enjoying this 2019 Kia Niro charcoal color with black rims. The more I drive it the more Im starting to love it. At fist I was like oh geez gotta spend like 10 hours at lot to buy a car however, salesperson Mrs Findley made the process so quick along with the finance team and Mr Ruben. I was in and out total experience in about an hour and a half total. Loved the experience and look forward to going back for our 2nd vehicle.

We drove six hours to look at a Kia Sedona. The sales department at Kia is outstanding. My wife has trouble with her arthritis and they made sure she was happy with the van and that it would work for her as far as comfort. We felt like they were really fair on trade-in and sales price of the van. The sales manager really went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the purchase.

They overcharged me for services. I would have better luck going to a Kia dealership in Fort Worth, which I will be doing in the future.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Daniel Bianchi. He was funny & very patient with us as we decided which vehicle was best for us. I buy a new vehicle every year so I am very well versed on the ins and outs of vehicle buying and dealerships. This is one of the most professional and straight forward dealerships that I have ever dealt with. To a person, everyone that I came in contact with was awesome. Negotiations including my trade in were handled very painlessly and I am confident that I received the best deal in the state of Texas with very little haggling. Michael treated my entire family with the utmost of respect and professionalism and the finance department was a complete stress free and enjoyable experience. I typically dread the finance department and the hard sell of unneeded products. I assure that did not occur here.

Wife called to inquire about a new kia telluride and ended up speaking to salesman Juan Delacruz. He was extremely helpful and eager to assist however he could since we live about 4 hours from the dealership. He even went by the lot on his day off the make sure the car was available before we made the trip. Ive gotten through the financing and paperwork side of the deal much much faster at other dealers, but Juan we as attentive and accommodating while we waited. If we are searching for vehicles in the future I will not hesitate to contact Juan and make the 4 hour drive again.

Dylan McDorman is a great salesman and asset to Pattersons of Wichita Falls. He was very patient with my daughter and helped her get into a vehicle. Then the finance department was a blessing. They got the car financed with a great warranty package and a great interest rate and payment. I live in Amarillo about 200 miles away from the dealership in Wichita Falls. I searched online for the exact car I wanted. I called Patterson and they have a special online sales department. It was so easy. They would have financed it for me, but I chose to get my own financing in my city. They coordinated with my lender and all I had to do was sign papers. I choose to go pick up my car so that I would get the first few hours driving in it alone. Yep, pretty selfish. LOLJeff and Carol helped me on the phone. Then Jon called me and said that he would pick me up from the bus station. Jon sat in the car with me after I signed making sure that was happy with car and understood the gadgets. What a great team. I love my new car. Its exactly what I wanted, and I was treated the best!

Wonderful!! We got a new family member!!Our sales lady and now good friend, Chris Schaller, was wonderful!! My mother bought a new Kia Soul about a month ago and I bought a new Kia Rio this week and both times Chris was amazing at making our budget work and getting us what we needed.She has called my mom Momma Bear through both deals and feels like a new member of the family. Over a year ago, I stopped by Patterson Kia to purchase a new Kia Forte. I had been driving a Kia for 6 years and since my kids were out of college and my old Kia had over 95,000 miles on it (and never one repair except for tires and a battery!), it was time for a new car. When I walked on to the lot, it was my pleasure to meet Jeff Baker, an amazing sales associate, who kindly introduced himself to me and made me his priority for the next few hours.Not all male sales associates treat women like they know what theyre doing when buying a car, but that wasnt a problem with Jeff. I recently purchased my second Kia (first an Optima now a Cadenza) from Patterson Kia in Wichita Falls. Both experiences have been positive and they have been generous with my trades. Financing has been amazing and they definitely go the extra mile to get a competitive rate. I would recommend this dealership and salesman Miguel Contreras to ANYONE! I will be back in the future for all my service and to upgrade to my next Kia!

Michael Smith was my salesman, he did an awesome job helping me pick out a new 2019 Dodge Ram Rebel. After I decided on a truck the sales manager Chad got me above Blue Book trade in on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Then, even after rebates took a considerable amount off the final price. After agreeing on all numbers I got to meet Mr. Marvin White. Mr. White is the finance man. He walked me through every sheet I was to sign, also explaining every nuance of the contract. Marvin also got me a lower interest rate than I had originally agreed on! On top of that, Marvin explained that I could get money back off the previous dealerships warranty that I had purchased. Having signed the contract, I was given the keys and met by Michael Smith, he then proceeded to show me everything I would need to know about my new truck. Walking me through every feature and he even synched my phone up to the Uconnect system. The truck was immaculate, perfectly detailed before I got in. It happened to be raining, Michael said bring it by tomorrow after the rain, and we will detail it again for you. Usually when I leave a dealership I feel like I have been taken advantage of. Not the case this time! Patterson has earned a lifetime customer.

Alegra was the first contact thru on line then she told me to ask for Daniel when I told her I was coming by. It last late in day. Daniel and Chris the manager were very kind and helpful. Even it was after 7 they let me continue showing asking questions and made it enjoyable

Started out looking at Used cars With Monica Garcia and we needed up buying a New 2019 Kia Sorento and we loved everyone and everyone was great Jeff and Ciff was great too!! I was wanting to buy a car that would lower my monthly payment and be better on gas. It actually raised my monthly payment, but I was at least kind of okay with it since it was a new car. When I got to the highway to head home, I realized the car I bought didnt have cruise! This wasnt even something I had thought about because I thought all cars had cruise on them. I was just so annoyed because not only am I paying more for this smaller car, but it doesnt have cruise! I just think they should have made sure I was aware the car didnt have cruise. If they had, I wouldve never bought the car!

Jon Miller is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. He stayed in touch and while I was close to buying another Stinger, Jon pointed out some of the monitary advantages in the Stinger I eventually bought at Patterson Kia. My wife and I both enjoyed the whole experience at Patterson Kia and Jon lead the way. Jon and I both like to use text messages and whenever I texted a question to Jon, he would always respond quickly which was very helpful. Why is James Ponces name on here? I had an agreement with him at Herb-Easley and he sold the truck behind my back. At Patterson Dodge, I dealt with Valerie in finance. Had a mix-up with $500 being added to the M.S.R.P., but Chad, sales manager, straightened it out and got me a check for that amt. Bruce Whitfield was the salesman and did an excellent job. And both receptionists I spoke to there were very nice and courteous.

My husband and I purchased a 2015 Kia Optima from Pattersons Kia. Our salesman, Steven Contreras, was great. All of our questions were answered and all of our concerns were put to rest. I went to Patterson auto to look at the new 2019 Kia Optimas, with plans to buy one about 2 months ago. Thats where I was greeted by Alisa! We talked, test drove, looked at almost every Optima they had on the lot. She was so down to earth and was so patient with me ( Im extremely picky) Im not all for salespeople, but Alisa was totally different than most Ive dealt with. She didnt try pressure me in to a new car. She was very educated on every car on the lot and could answer every question I had about it without having to check. She never said you should buy this car because it is the best out there, nor bashed any car lots in town!! She listened as I told her what I was looking for. She stayed 20 minutes after closing and never complained. I gave her my number. She called me about 3 weeks later to check and see if I was still interested. My granddaughter and I were really sick when she called. As I talked to her I felt like I was talking to my friend of 20 years. She again never pressured me into buying, she said Im so sorry yall are sick, when yall get better and if youll still interested in the car Ill be here. Thats it no texts annoying calls. I went back in April 24th with my daughter and we picked the perfect car for me. Alisa is hands down the best Ive dealt with. Im not saying that every car salesman is bad, Im just simply saying that she will not make you feel like you are pressured into buying from Patterson.
