Only because I cant give zero stars. Everytime I try to fill meds here, they hand some issue with my insurance. These people are horrible. Customer service at the pharmacy is horrible. Ill never use this Walgreens again.

Had an appointment for the covid vaccine. No one working check in area. Told them I was waiting. Asked me 2 times if I had an appt. Said yes and still made my sit and wait for 20 minutes. Very unorganized!

Excellent location. Had a very good experience with the manager when a refund was processed incorrectly the first time. Great place to stop in for a gift card or quick items!

Kindest and most diligent pharmacy ever. Had to have my steroids for my lungs. I was told they were out and I was told to come in tomorrow. I expressed the need to have them. The pharmacist changed the dose by 1 point and they had them in stock! Thank you for being a great pharmacy.

You need a better way to refund your customers on their credit card when YOU double charge them for a prescription. Was told locally the customer support could take care of it immediately, but when I talked to them I was advised it would take 7-10 working days.

There pharmacy department is beyond far the best I’ve dealt with in this town. I tried the one on 9th and got nothing but the run arounds and excuses the every time I tried to fill my meds. This problem with 9th street location went on for like over a year. Don’t go to the location on ninth they don’t know what there doing. They obviously don’t know how to run insurance.This one on Southwest Pkwy. had all my meds ready fast and easy with no hassles. I dealt with Rhonda and she’s so professional, sweet and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate her. What the other Walgreens claimed they couldn’t do she got it done.Thank You

So havent been to this location in quite sometime. Gotta say had a great experience tonight and definitely will be going back again.ALAN has the best demeanor and was totally awesome. One of the best that I have encountered in quite sometime.

Every time My physicians call medications into this Walgreens location, they dont have it. I can even be standing next to the doctor and hear them call the pharmacy and they wont have it. Ill be told to call my doctor and the nurse gets upset and says, Ill called it in yesterday morning. This has been the same thing for the last eight months. And when I follow up to get it filled ASAP, say if its an antibiotic that they never received, they will tell me itll be ready in an hour and Ill need to call 2 hours later to remind them... EVERY TIME!!! Something is wrong with how your organizing your information or youre losing messages. Drs offices are tired of it, they tell me theyre tired of it and Im tired of it. Fix your issue because youve made it the customers issue.

I don’t know why this pharmacy has such poor ratings, because I think the experience here is great. I went here for my TDap shot, and the CPhT who put my info in the system was very courteous and friendly (I think his name was Matt?) as was the rest of the staff. Will definitely be back!😁

Worst Walgreens pharmacy Ive ever used. I ALWAYS have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. My husband has been inside waiting for a prescription for 1 hr and 30 minutes already. Drive-thru takes longer than getting out and going inside. I wish 0 stars was an option.

Since our other pharmacy closed all of prescriptions were transferred to Walgreens. Its close to the house and we decided to give it a try. Well here we are two months later and I can tell you that this place is terrible. Long slow lines inside and in the drive thru. We will be looking into another pharmacy even if we have to drive farther.

Best walgreens pharmacy among all, pharmacist is very caring, he was so polite, the medicine was not available at that movement but he ordered from another store. AJ is super nice pharmacist

This place gave me the wrong medicine and when I noticed I called to have them fix it. The pharmacist told me he can’t legally take them back and my insurance won’t pay for another prescription for another month. He was rude on the phone, condescending and wouldn’t let me speak. Goodbye Walgreens on SW PLWY. Your lines were a joke anyway. You made mistakes all the time and I stayed loyal. It this was the last straw. Actually goodbye all Walgreens.

Incredibly poor & slow pharmacy service. Getting the pharmacy to even answer the phone is a harrowing & exhausting experience. The management is not doing their job by allowing the workers to work shorthanded, which affects Walgreens patrons constantly! SW Prkwy location is the absolute worst with these issues! Large employee turnover as well. Im just sick of it!

After giving my wife a different medication than what she normally takes I overheard her conversation with the pharmacist on trying to clear it up. He was rude, condescending, and kept interrupting her when she tried to explain their mistake. There should be an option for no stars. Never going back there again.

I like the rewards card offers and coupons, but the pharmacy is slow and staffed poorly. My local one closed on a weekday early due to lack of pharmacy techs. I often wait hours or an entire day for a prescription fill.
