If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I’m always super excited to visit this location when traveling, the store has always been in great shape, but today I spent a total of 12 minutes walking around (I should say tripping and falling around the store) I couldn’t stay a minute longer I was so put off by the amount of trash and product left on the ground. It would be understandable if it has been several hours from opening time because customers but these photos were taken no longer than 30 minutes of opening. I noticed a totally new crew of workers that I feel are not keeping up with the store properly, this used to be one of the best kept stores I would vist. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Near traumatic shopping experience lol! Wont go back. Ever. To any Dirt Cheap store. Entire store seemed in total disarray. Things just thrown on shelves randomly with %off signs taped up so you have no idea what goes with what and can expect your price at the register to be like a game show. No idea what the actual prices are. Didnt buy anythimg because I had no idea what I would be paying for it.

Constantly looking bad, doesn’t have a lot of staff to supply customers needs, I feel like I’m in that storage wars show looking through/at the electronics department. It’s just a mess. I understand the concept behind it. But they could hire a couple more people clean up things. And their policy on testing items to make sure they work before you buy, and leave, is horrible. Should test your items you get before throwing them on the shelf in no particular order size or fashion.

If you dont mind digging and searching...there is always fun finds on the cheap.

Well in grandfield ok I bought a couple of things one was an air fryer that didnt work when I got it home took it back and couldnt get my money back I was pretty much made to buy somethink because I couldnt get my money back so not a good experience had to drive to Wichita Fall 2 time

More like a disorganized indoor garage sale than a store. Can find a few things here and there if youre willing to spend the time to dig.

Ive been to Dirt Cheap many times. I like going through the aisles looking at the new shipments they get in all the time. I also like that everything is 50 to 90 percent off. There Has never been a time when I’ve been to dirt cheap and everybody was was not working. Manager Queen Sophia is always helpful in anything you need like on pricing or even caring out product I am a regular I go in there all the time no matter how much they try to keep up with the store the customer always throw stuff everywhere so they do their best to keep up with the store there are time I pick up after other customers as well but other than that they have great deals and prices always drop each day so I tend to go in every night to find all the great deals.

This is not a store for people with high anxiety. Its an organized chaotic mess. And by organized I mean it is organized by whether it is 40%, 50%, 75% off, etc. Generally you can find toys in one section, clothes, household items, electronics, and shoes each in there own section of the store. Keyword: generally. Definitely dont expect anything in those sections to be in any kind of order. Going into this store for the first time youll most likely ask yourself, What in tarnation is going on here?, what the hell? and who the hell? several times. Everything is marked down from the price on the sticker but Id suggest you either follow the discount sheet conveniently posted on each aisle, your calculator, or just download the app and scan the qr codes on the price tag. You can also just throw everything in your basket and take it up to the register like I do but thats probably not the best thing for you to be doing. When they say it is like a giant garage sale... its true. You can compare it to Ollies but just know Dirt Cheap takes in unwanted, hard to sell, got lost in the stockroom, package damaged, and things someone returned. Ollies is closeout merchandise and excess inventory so Ollies items are usually better quality and a lot more organized. I also think Ollies is picky in what they except but Dirt Cheap takes everything. Dont go into Dirt Cheap looking for anything, you have to go in there with a blank mind and open eyes to find your treasures. Happy Treasure Hunting! Oh, and bring hand sanitizer.

My first time in there I saved so much my wifes bike was stolen and I bought her a brand new schwinn and some nike shoes that match the bike colors but left the shoes THERE. JAY my cashier was so friendly and nice. Unbeknownst to me he ran after the truck when I returned to the store he had my bag waiting for me. THANKS JAY.

Great prices but very messy!

Most their stuff isnt cheaper then other stores. The store is very dirty and not organized. When I went in today they were selling a coffee maker that was previously used because it had stains and coffee grounds. They also had open bag of moldy dog bones.

The prices are confusing my wife asked a employee there how to figure out how much something was he told her incorrectly & i overhead 2 of the employees very rudely say hey is this your basket? Oh its ok we will put your studf away for yall the customers they were referring to didnt even have a shopping cart

I love the fact that you can find some real treasures at a major discount. Bought a few pieces of furniture at a fraction of the retail price and everything was there and in good condition. However certain items are priced at or above the retail price. Not crazy about the fact that there doesn’t seem to be enough people employed there to maintain much organization. It’s a place you really have to dig through. Also, make sure you pay attention to prices. “Seasonal” items are marked up, despite being in sections that say they are discounted items. This gets especially confusing in the clothing section.

Nothing but junk. Very cluttered shelves. Slow check out. Clothes are ok. But thats about all. Its a indoor flea market mostly.

I like a good garage sale as much as the next person, but this wasnt a great experience for me. The shelves and floor displays were messy & cluttered. We found a few things, but I dont know if it was worth it to look. Im sure they have many good finds but not for me.

The store is very unorganized and was very full of people, no social distancing was inforced.

You have to really dig to find what youre looking for. But the good thing is when they tell your check out total it is always less than what you think.

I really like this store. I will say, it could use more organization, however Im not too lazy to dig around for an excellent deal. I grew up poor and sometimes homeless, and Goodwills prices have gone up Ive noticed. I could see this place being great for people like my mom, who had 4 children and was alone and homeless sometimes, staying in shelters. For the deals you can get, try not to be too picky about the organization. Its worth digging around. I found 2 items I really liked during a quick browse which would have costed about $45-$50 retail and I only paid $1 for each item, brand new with tags and undamaged. Its worth digging through the disorganization in my mind.

This place is REALLY dirt cheap. Its unbelievable how you could get something so high for low. I admire that. Also, very messy. Hope to see this place be neater.

The prices really are dirt cheap! I like that its almost goodwill prices. The isles are overstuffed to the point that stuff is literally falling off the shelves. With all the goods on the ground in the isles its hard to get around. There are rows and rows of bucket tables, plenty of isles, and a middle section of racks. Each day there is a different sale.

First time there and I loved it. I had fun. Came out with 3 baskets full to the rim!!!

It would be better if you could depend on the prices that are on the merchandise when you look at the number kn the paper and match it to the one on the one they hang up and it be right at checkout but its not they had some chips with a4 number on it so you look at the paper and its 2.50 then you get to checkout and the lady tells you its wrong and rings them up for 10.00 thats just wrong and I want the only one who had to put them back either. I was very disappointed.

Fun store to shop in, if you enjoy bargain hunting and dont mind getting your hands a bit dirty. This store gets new stock in (nearly every day), but a lot of times, the packages have been in storage and might be dusty, or they might be crushed or missing pieces. But you can find some great deals, if you have a little patience!

This place is disgusting. The lighting is gross and they sell old candy. Almost all over things are filthy or broken. I was literally just standing next to my friends in an Ilse and a shelf just fell down on its own. Dont go into this place there is literally nothing remotely good in this store.

I visitedDirt Cheap Today. Though it isnt always as organized as some stores, the deep discounts make up for it.There is a variety of goods from candy to clothing and shoes for the whole family. There are home goods. Bedding, cookware, rugs, and lamps to name a few. Their seasonal offerings are Always great.

I love dirt cheap. Ive been to quite a few and this one is quite organized, competitively speaking. The staff is so nice and helpful. They are very good about putting new stock in. I go like every other day to look around and I always find new things.

When you find something cool its great. Store is dirty. Waited 5 minutes at the cash register before anyone came up. Some employees are nice, but most dont have a personality.

I find something amazing and unique every time I shop here. Have you ever seen tube socks that look like bomb pops? Also, Im pretty sure the regular cashier recognizes me by now. We discussed whether or not a certain item qualified as a backpack ($10) or a purse ($6) and Im happy with the result. Be nice to retail employees, yall!

The staff was rude and rolling there eyes at me. The price signs was not made clear and the price signs that was up the staff said that they was not the right price. The place was dirty and messy. The products was dirty and damaged. I for myself will never go back. I had $200 to spend on myself and i put everything back.

Stop in once in awhile. You can find some great deals. You really have to look. The lack of organization and clutter can really give you anxiety at times. If you dont mind digging through boxes, shelves, and just piles of stuff this place is great.

This location always seems to be in need of good help. The products and prices are what continues to bring me back in. However I sometimes feel overwhelmed searching out anything that is not clothes. The household goods can be difficult to find in a hodgepodge jumble.

Things were a wreck. Ive never been to a more disorganized store. Half of the items on the shelves were just empty boxes, item taken out, trash all over the place, broken, dripping items. Dont go unless you have 3 hours to waste looking for something and trying to figure out the price of the items in your basket.

Its surprising what you can find in this place. Its always worth it to stop by and see what theyve got. Whats not on sale is usually reasonably priced.

Its a good store to find things cheap! That is, if you dont mind most of the items being dirty or half-opened. I saw a lot of candles there without wicks, and everything is so unorganized and cramped. There are a lot of small aisles that you can barely get your cart in.

The best of the Dirt Cheap stores within 200 miles of Denton TX. Wonderful & dedicated manager, friendly & helpful staff, clean & well organized, and a great selection of low priced items. My husband & I purchased 4 cart-loads of clothing. Well worth our 2 hour drive to visit this store, and we will definitely return again soon.

An eclectic collection of stuff you probably dont need at prices low enough to consider it. We ended up scoring this awesome star wars quilt set marked down to half price. Weve been looking for a queen size star wars quilt for ages and here it was. We also scored a drawing book for the kiddo. Mostly good music too. Muze was playing when we walked in.
