They need to do a better job at training their online shoppers. The shoppers are extremely wasteful. One item per bag; I’m not a tree hugger but they are using way too many plastic bags. It’s really sad.

Purchased a pallet of water they loaded it with a forklift the forklift driver was super helpful.walmart employees are awesome for the most part. Great value all the time great service to go with it. Hard to beat!!

Manager was hateful not caring that I was stranded and needed a phone. I could of been trying to escape a bad situation and she was saying I needed to leave cause she was told I was asking customers for money when the truth was I asked 2 Walmart employees for a phone to use and both said no. Was in Walmart today, Sep 10. Checkout was amazing this time which usually is not this way.The checker, his name was Jay, had me in and out in no time, and I had a lot of items and groceries..He knew his “stuff”….wish all checkers were this good.

Better check your tickets. Ive got one where they charged me for turkey out of the deli twice($7.97each). And another ticket for $8.97 for OTC medicine that wasnt in the bag when I got home. Then one that I lost (ugh!)where they charged me $4.98 each($9.16 + tax total) for 2 cans of Vienna sausage! Going to get my money back and this will be my LAST trip to Walmart!!!!

Its a Walmart. Typical experience.Wide variety of items; reasonable prices; reasonably convenient one-stop-shopping; checkout is a pain. Occasionally someone wants to try to stop you to verify your receipt against the items in your cart because the store would rather make the customers ring up their own goods than have a cashier do it.One checkout lane open with a cashier and customers are forced to check their own items out. With all the money Walmart makes off of us consumers, you would think theyd be able to hire some more cashiers.

I have always found the staff helpful and polite, unlike the Lawrence Walmart where every employee is violating Walmart Policies (top to bottom).

Even though I call it the $100 store, they finally had the yellow Gatorade Zero! And if your looking for a great diaper for your baby, you cant go wrong with Little Rascals.

One stop shop to buy anything you need. The stores clean, the workers are polite and friendly; just an overall great store. My only complain is I wish they stayed open later.

On Aug 14, 2021, I ordered my groceries from Walmart, 2700 Central E Freeway, Wichita Falls, TX, 76306. The order was canceled, with the following message.We’re sorry, but we had to cancel your order because of unusually high demand. Slot availability, staffing, and inventory are still fluctuating daily. We know your grocery order is important, and we apologize for letting you down.I reordered my groceries for later that day. I forgot to order some bleach 2. So I went to the store and got some. Then I went to get my pickup order, and got another message that my order was canceled. So I asked why my order was canceled. A man came out after about 10 minutes and told me my orders would keep getting canceled and I couldn’t get my groceries there anymore. I asked why and he said “you know what you did”, and “this is a private store and private property and we can refuse anyone at any time for any reason” and if I had any problems with that the store manager would be back on Tuesday. I ordered my groceries from Walmart at 3130 Lawrence Road, and got my pickup with no problem.When I talked to the Store manager on Tuesday I was told one of the associates had accused me of taking pictures of them. I said I don’t take pictures of people without permission, and he could check my phone if he wanted. He said he didn’t want to check my phone and “this is a private store and private property and we can refuse anyone at any time for any reason”

This Walmart is much nicer than the ones Ive been to in Fort Worth, as I recently moved to Wichita Falls and I can definitely say that this is a very good, clean, friendly staffed Walmart.

The pharmacists along with her coworkers were awesome, I stopped in for my 2nd covid vaccine shot and everyone was nice and polite, very professional and awesome to work with

Poor, always understaffed and the cleanliness could be improved. Customer service interaction seems on a continuous decline as this is a store i visit often and dislike more and more every experience.

Walmart not enforcing shoppers to wear masks anymore....? Dec 1 They were not.You would think Walmart would be more responsible and enforce a mask for all. The 2 women in the pic together were approaching the employee at the return counter. They stood less than 3 feet from the employee with no partition between them. Shame on the employee for serving them and shame on those customers for putting everyone at risk in that public environment.The other woman on her phone eventually got in line at customer service.

They have moved things around so its a little challenging finding what youre looking for, but I believe it will get better. I havent been in the store too much in the past 2 years (basically since COVID-19 hit).

Just a quick trip to get a couple items. This Walmart seems to be able to keep up with stock of the items I use most. Clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Its walmart, they usually have what I need. I like this location better than Lawerence, they always seem to have more stock here.

Sub-par experience they literally ran us out of store like we were incapable of telling time. Im quiet adept in knowing that its closing time as well as being able to know I still have 15 minutes to grab what I need. Its getting almost impossible to even shop there anymore.

Hard 2 find 1 u can pull into w/a tractor/trlr. This 1 was convenient. I got what I needed and got the hell on out fast. Not many trucks pulling in when I got there.

It was almost set up like the walmart im used to.I went through self check out and the csm or associate overseeing that section was rude and unfriendly. She even accused me of NOT ringing up my $5 bag of epson salt...i did and when i showed her she quickly turned and started to direct other customers

I need new tires for my car the price they quoted me for four sets of tires was very reasonable and it didnt take long to change the tires out either and they even reset the tire pressure monitoring system for me so that it would work properly.

Walmarts not my favorite place but the one in Whiticha falls is on spot when it comes to service and knowledge of where to find stuff in the store.

Seems to have more items the other two don’t carry. I like the lay out of this store. However, the kids in electronics need to be better educated on the items they are selling.

Very few cashiers and some self check out machines werent working. Seems like this store not able to keep up with the customers.

Had a great outing today! I love the new store layout. It flows way better than the old layout and it makes the store seem more open. The only downside is that you have to search a little to find things now, but Im sure as time goes by, itll become more normal. Anyway, one thing that I noticed today was that there were a lot of affordable items and more variety of products on the shelves. It almost hearkened to days gone by. There was so much to see that a 30 minute trip turned into a 3 hour trip, and my family and I still didnt see everything there was to see! It was like a time warp! LOL. So, to sum things up, I had a great time shopping and Im sure that Ill be back before too long.

Was in the store 2 hrs. Spent mabe 30 shopping. The other time was spent WAITING. First in electronics for an hour. Then service desk wrestling a manager over a salad exchange. Left shaken and in tears
