Your basic Dollar Tree. Unfortunately there wasnt a lot of seasonal decor to choose from.

I must confess that I needed a quick card for a birthday and some other supplies for a birthday party and thought Id give Dollar Tree a try. It has been ages since I was in here and must say that Im liking the new floors and was quite impressed with how stocked the shelves and display racks were on Sunday morning. The cashier was quite helpful and speed.

The lady that I think is a Manager,she is (hispanic)She has been there a long time.She is kinda short with glasses.You are a very hateful person.U need to watch how u talk to people when they ask u a simple question...you better be lucky no one has gone off on you yet...Being hateful wont get u anywhere

I stray at the Burkburnett KOA in Burkburnett Texas I drive over to the Dollar Tree every once in a while,and pick up what I need.I shop at the dollar tree. Employees that work there are real nice and helpful. 🤪👍.

This location is so much better than other locations. Always stocked, newer and different items not available at other locations.

I was in and out pretty quick. I found 3 of the 4 items I went in for but I didnt put a whole lot of effort into looking. Check out was confusing for a second. There were checkers working were the lights were off and nobody where the light were on! I got into the first line where a light was on and a checker was working (the only one) and she look up and said oh Im sorry Im closed then flicked off her light. The next lane was closed even though the lady was ringing people. Next stall was lit up but no checker to be seen. I waited for about 2 full minutes in a lane with no checker and nobody wanting to call for help. Once my checker arrived I was quickly served and left.

Texas is such a good place. Praise God someday maybe I can move back to Texas.

We saw roaches in the fitting rooms, the store was so dirty and mty. And even though we found 4 items to purchase it came to over $80 and it was tax free weekend.... I was so disappointed!

Great prices and the merchandise is higher quality than what you pay! Check it out!

Love dollar tree,was a bit disappointing when I went there to do some dollar shopping, and found out their signs are not the right statements, its not every thing for a dollar, they do have some great buys for a dollar, does anyone else feel the same way I do?????

The cleanliness of the store was really good this trip to the Dollar Store on Kemp Blvd. Ive never had any problems finding what Im looking for because everything is organized well. The Cashier, Vickie was nice. At the end of my purchase, I was given just one bag. I remember looking at the other bag that she was getting ready to put things in for the next customer. She said that the bag she gave me was all of it, so I left without second thought. I didnt realize until I went to mail some of those items, that she didnt put the candy in the bag. Yes, it was just a few items missing but its the customer service that I didnt receive after calling the store, that Im frustrated with, and is why I gave it a 3 star instead of a 5 star. The lady I talked to on the phone told me that she didnt have any bags left with candy in them, and that she couldnt help me. Which tells me that 1) she didnt look for it diligently, 2)someone at the store stole my items, or 3) is lying. Im a very honest person but that doesnt seem to be good enough these days.

Called to see if face mask was required and if exceptions were in place due to our governor saying there is exceptions due to health issues. All she would say is no to all my questions about wearing a mask or not. Never giving a real answer. The lady never gave her name and was very rude. ( as normal). I spend around $300.00 in this store alone every month. Most of the associates are rude and have fowl mouths on them. We have 2 other Dollar Trees in my city but this one has the most craft items. I guess I will have to travel up into Oklahoma to shop. Done with this store. This is why I gave them a 1 star rating.

How can you not love Dollar Tree? You spend $20 and walk out with 20 items! That totally rocks! Each location might have slightly different inventory and the employee faces are different but who cares? Its not Neiman Marcus. And regularly you can find products that are priced much higher elsewhere but here just $1.. especially in health and beauty inventory! Ive been shopping here for a lot of years and still love it to this day.

They need to keep sugar free candy in stock. They have not had sugar free fruit chews in several weeks. Otherwise great bargains and friendly staff.

As a surveyor and to be new to this Dollar Tree in Wichita Falls, Tx was an experience with the cashier, Tammy, whom at the cash out line was disturbed with my having $100 bill. It is one thing to understand that there might not be change for $100 from a purchase of $15. Its another for a cashier to tell a patron whom has never been in this Dollar Tree to not come back with $100 bill next time. This was done by the cashier with an attitude; while the knowledge of my smile was enough.It is sure that numerous customers walk in this particular Dollar Tree with $100 bill all the time as the location surrounds a shopping center.To believe or not to believe the color of my skin made a difference with my having $100 bill is irrelevant. However, when Dollar Tree creates the option to not want $100 bills in their store...POST A SIGN for all customers to adhere to NOT bring $100 bills in this Dollar Tree Store. DO NOT pick and choose how a customer can spend money how that customer may decide to spend their funds.For a patron to spend their money in a store; that patron is paying that employee salary. Therefore, the question remains, how many customers look to spend their money in a store and the need for a sign to be posted if there will be no change for certain money?Next, out of curiosity and if can be researched, on November 19, 2019, Store #1997 after 11:48 a.m., did this store have other customers whom had $100 bill and may have spent $20 in the store?

Fun place to shop. Always can find cheap goodies. Lots and lots of items available.

I have visited this store two days in a row. The first night drinks in the back by freezer were not stocked. The rest of the store seemed ok maybe could use organization. The second night I went to the other store on southwest parkway. Big difference. I TrueDepth a return there on two items she said I just had to exchange even though I had receipt. That was ok but one of the items had to be returned at other store so I went there. They would not exchange even though I had receipt. It was not used. That was really not the issue. The manager that night was not polite. She didn’t even come out to explain. Cashier was helpful .

Shelves seemed pretty empty today. I understand when they were right after Christmas time, but no reason for them to be now. 2/3 of things on my list they were out of.

Came to get supplies for my job, I accidentally hit no receipt and the assistant store manager tells me she doesn’t have access to print receipts ???? Shouldn’t this be a basic function any team member should have? Poorly managed and trained employees . Extremely disappointed

Great customer service. Cashier was friendly and professional. Lots of variety in decorations, treats, crafts, etc., to choose from for the upcoming holidays. They also have your regular household items. Its a fun place to shop!

Staff is incredibly rude. Susie the manager acts like she doesn’t want to help us customers out. Bathrooms are disgusting. Shelves are stocked neatly and nice but the way they treat people overlooks all of that. Glenda is an sweetheart and deserves higher pay. This store needs to upgrade its customer service and it will be okay

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The worst Dollar Tree I have ever been too!They only take $20 dollar Bills or LESS. MY BILL CAME TO $66 I gave the girl a $100 bill and she told me she cant take it and pointed to the paper sign and said it says very clear mama no Bills bigger then a $20. If your in WF area the dollar tree on southwest parkway is much better .

Nice, friendly staff, clean bathroom... 4 toilet paper holders, 3 empty, 4th barely had paper... that is why my rating is a 9, not a 10. Surely SOMEONE is in charge of checking the toilets.

I like the fact that a dollar store is actually full of things that cost a dollar. They really have an outstanding collection of cards, and they are not the typical ultra-cheap looking greeting cards that you get at other heavily discounted places.

I got upset because everythings not a dollar and I spent more then I need. They sections of like $3 section $5 section and so forth. So mad. They need to change their dang not to Dollar tree anymore but me and change it to general Dollar.

Only saving grace this store had is one and I mean ONE nice employee. I didnt get her name but she was very short and very nice and helpful.

It is terribly Hot Inside Of That Store. When you go in you expect it to be cool. Its as hot inside as it is outside.

They use to be a real good place to shop but they are sold out of a lot of things most of the time now. not much use in wasting gas and time and wear on the car to drive over there its just not working no more. and they never did take care of there lower volume selling stores like the one on greenbriar rd in wichita. They never did get much at that store no Almonds no chicken ala king. they just out right ignore that store it will probably close down any time as little business as they do. And if there always going to be sold out at the other stores they will end up going under too. Cause people will quit stopping wasting time to see they dont have what they want. and i got some swansons can goods 8 cans that came from a bad batch campbells and swansons send there second and 3rd run products that dont make the cut for other stores 8 cans of bad swanson products like food poison for real .

Always something here for the back yard or house. Friendly staff and (just about) everything for a buck!

Absolutely ridiculous. We were in there at 8:30 p.m. and the cashier would not let me 5 year old daughter go to the bathroom because it was too close to closing at 9 p.m. My daughter would have made a bigger mess not making to the bathroom than in the bathroom. Totally rude and not costumer friendly. Never shopping here again.
