I had some cups engraved for my daughters birthday. We had a little hiccup, but Shannon went out of her way to make everything right. My daughter was very happy with them, and so was I. I wouldnt use anyone else. Always shop local!

BJD Engraving has a great variety of items to choose from. They have exceptional customer service. They have very affordable prices. I am very pleased with the cups that they worked on and created for me.

I took a belt buckle to BJD Engraving to have it engraved. The end result was GORGEOUS! I would recommend this place for ALL your engraving needs! The personnel are extremely kind and helpful and the work is beautiful! If I could give this business 10 STARS, I would gladly do so!

Truly truly the BEST!!! We had just moved to WF, still hadnt moved into our home, Im running around getting the necessary things for my husbands work ceremony, kids into school etc etc etc and I of course want to get my husband a gift..I had an idea of what I was looking for, but didnt know exactly. mind you, I had been running around a new city, I was self-stressed, and Im from CA so I tend to talk loud, fast and point blank ha! Combine all those and I can only imagine how I was presenting myself...Not only did Ms Dia ask the right questions to help me figure out what I was looking for, she did it in a manner that was professional but still personal..had excellent feedback and first hand knowledge/information to every single question Id had.Not only was my finished product PERFECT, I had received the HANDS DOWN best customer service, which to me is just as important, I have had in a long time, if not ever!
