Amazing! We blew a tire on our horse trailer & they were the ONLY ones in Wichita who had the tire in-stock. After learning we had an 18 hour drive ahead of us that day, they immediately mounted our tire to the rim and we were on our way in less than an hour. If these shops ever wonder why ppl don’t trust them this is why. I took my car to get a alignment and they took me back to show me I had movement in a control arm, up front I believe josh wrote up a repair for 1200$ all 4 control arms. Got a second opinion and only 2 bad. We’re all 4 bad? I think not. They could have made 700$ if they weren’t trying to do work that was unneeded. These ppl work hard for their honest paycheck. So should you. I gave 2 stars and not 1 for being attentive, attentive to take my money, anyway. Friendliness was below average, mechanic seemed nice.

Went and bought new tires, they were quick to change them out and their prices are affordable.

Was traveling from Tennessee and needed a tire badly. Easy calling services and were extremely nice over the phone. They had the best prices around and gave us a great deal! We were in and out in less than 30 min! Really nice group of people that worked there and would highly recommend their services to anybody and everybody passing through or living in Wichita, Kansas.

Not too sure about the service of the facility as I’ve never used this business for tires or repair of. That, however, may change when I visit to gain a copy of the waiver I apparently signed to have their delivery driver nearly kill myself and other motorists on 235 this morning. It’s a little unsettling to have a box truck traveling far over the 50mph construction zone speed limit toward your rear bumper, swerve around you and then nearly take off your front bumper as it cuts you off prior to striking cones marking off a single lane of traffic. I’ll try and update my review with how easy it was to obtain the waiver for the life of myself and those around their delivery driver(s)

The gentleman in this garage are amazing. They treat you like family and are not afraid to tell you what needs to be fixed now and what can wait for later. A young woman can walk in by her self and no she’s not gonna be taken for a ride. The environment is safe and positive.

Kind of pricey $40 for a used tire my neighbor and it went flat the very next day thank God he wasnt out on the highway and the poor kid didnt know how to change a tire the car could have fell on him and killed him until I pulled up and save the day he was taking off the lug nuts without it being jacked up and his head was up and around fender well wondering why the last night wouldnt come off the car is getting ready to fall down on his head I told my friend my neighbor do you know how close you just came from Dieing so I taught him how the proper way to change a flat tire and took him down to get it fixed the right way but if you ever go here double check your tires

If I could give these guys 20 stars, I would. They went above and beyond to fix issues from a tire install that Discount Tire/Derby, KS did on my RV and didnt charge me a dime to do it. I will recommend Shamrock Tire to everyone I know and highly discourage everyone to NOT use Discount Tire. I was so grateful and when they told me there would be no charge, I broke down and cried because I had spent many hours trying to find the right parts to fix my problem and they did it so willingly. I didnt even have to wait. They saw my problem; had me pull into a stall; and fixed the problem.

Spent almost 3,000 there this week and not satisfied with the service. Felt rushed, felt like I wasnt talked to about what the needs of my vehicle were. I wanted everything checked while I was in there. I asked about my battery as I was willing to purchase a new one and felt blown off on that. I asked that my power steering be checked and when I picked up my vehicle and asked about the power steering I wasnt answered on that. I had all that work done and my service tire was still on, on my dash. My tires dont even remotely match the type that were taken off of my vehicle. I wanted my vehicle completely checked over, done properly, shown and explained to what work was done. For that amount spent I felt it was deserving to know. I was willing to spend as much as it took to have all repairs done, very disappointed

Very competent staff. Quick Service fair prices which is why theyve been around for so many years. My dad went there and he was very satisfied which is why I go there, and Im very satisfied. If youve never been here, give them a shot. I really dont think youll be dissatisfied its like a old school mentality with a modern flavor.

The customer service alone is enough to keep me coming back. The employees are all very friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond to help you out. They usually have what we need in stock and were in and out pretty quickly. The prices can be a little higher than a few other places but as wonderful as they treat their customers theyre well worth it.

Bought 4 new tires from them in March 2018. Needed 4 more new ones in March 2019 as I am a rural letter carrier and they wear out fast on gravel roads. Called to make sure they had the right size in stock. Found out 4 months later they had sold me 4 ply instead of 10 ply now I have to puchase another full set only 6 months later. Very disgusted. Not sure if they were incapable of looking at their own customer records or even listening to me tell them exactly what I needed? But common sense shouldve told them 4 ply wouldnt work. They also stripped out half of my lug nuts while putting on the wrong tires. So when I got a flat a few days later I was unable to get the tire off and ended up breaking a lug. When I called to complain they acted like it was not their fault and charged me 100.00 to repair what they messed up. Will never go back and do not recommend them to any other mail carriers now.

I take my work truck here and decided to take my personal car there after Firestone said I needed a bunch of suspension work. It turns out I didnt need all the work Firestone said i needed. Shamrock did an alignment and put some new tires on my car and it drives better than it did brand new. The guys at shamrock are fair, honest, and work with pride. This place is top notch!

What shamrock did was criminal. I had an accident and had both lower control arms replaced. One was bent which they agreed after I had to show them how it was bent. For $165 they could get a new control arm, and wanted to charge for its instillation and realignment. Autozone sold me the part for $75. The bolts holding the arm on were extremely used. The arm would have not held very long. Shamrock wanted my front wheels to fall off. Too bad I have to give them one star.You saw the car up on a lift, showing the control arms, and told me they were not bent. I had to show you that they were. I lost out on my thanksgiving travels, replaced both control arms, and due to the quality of the other parts in it, I can not get it aligned properly. You could not get it aligned properly either. I have your printout showing this. It is closer, now but more work to be done. Do you know a good mechanic?

Best tire dealer and auto repair shop in town, hands down. They dont charge you to mount and balance your tires. The dont charge you to change out the valve stems. They quote you total price, tax included out the door. I would recommend them for any work needed!!

My favorite tire place! My ex boyfriend used to work here, then we began bringing our vehicles here to be serviced and for tires. Even though hes dead and gone, I still continue to come in here. His friends that work here have always been good to me here.

They were very nice and dont charge an arm and a leg! I asked for one specific thing done to my car and they charged me just for that. Not for anything else and didnt try to talk me into buying anything or telling me how bad my car was so I should get things fixed right away. After my car was fixed the man I was speaking to told me there was a concern about my tires but did not pressure me into buying new tires. Gave me a quote for them and sent me on my way.

#1 grade A professional alignments here. Took my truck in to get it aligned and was told I had some worn out parts that needed replaced before it could be aligned(story of my life) lol. They offered the services but I installed the parts myself to save myself some money. After I replaced said worn out parts. I took it back in for the final align and I must say ive never been happier with the way my truck glides down the road staright for a million miles. Huge shout out to the fellas up there and the one... the only.... alignment professional.

Good service at a fair price

J.B. made my experience a pleasurable one. Gave me a fair price on a set of Toyo tires and worked with me on double checking on the work another shop performed on my front end. The following day I called back to say I had a slight shaking in the truck and I dealt with Shane and he requested I bring the truck back in at my earliest convenience and theyll check it out, I returned and they corrected the problem promptly and it turned out to be a tire that they hadnt worked on but corrected it anyway and generously didnt charge me. Ill return to this shop when Im in Wichita and need their type of services. As my truck & I travel cross country I always say your only as good as your support staff and Shamrock stepped up and supported me and my business. 👍

Great price and great services

They have pretty good customer service and good repairs, but when they found out that I needed a wheel bearing replaced on top of my alignment they estimated over a thousand dollars. I decided to do the wheel bearing myself and the part only cost thirty bucks and going to the guy with a press only cost me another thirty bucks, so a total of sixty bucks for that plus another thirty-three equalling out to ninety-three dollars vs over a thousand.

They were so helpful. I was traveling home after the holidays and ran into trouble....but I was able to make it back to Colorado with thier help. Thanks guys!

Thank you, Josh, I hadn’t thought of that. Josh, do you now have a professional opinion on how to decipher between Joe Dirt and Kid Rock on some of those forums. My husband explains that we’ve read many forums but they all contradict one another. Josh, were just looking for a tire guy with a similar style to hold my hand through the buying process of legitimate tires that show off my cocky personality yet responsible enough to not fu@k up my truck! “A Professional” to speak boldly.Josh quickly proves he’s not my people. He cuts my husband off with more of the same “go research and see what those guys are running”. Listen Josh, I don’t know if those guys are sitting in a hole at Buffalo Bills, waiting to be skinned while slapping happy and reading auto trader.Josh I got questions and need a professional opinion, I mean $hit bud, my truck’s outside. To be fair I’ve got a 3-2flu raging in my stomach so I may have been over reacting and didn’t much want to engage with a condescending dude who’s tone screams some women emasculated him years ago. I did however keep my thoughts to myself after-all his co-workers and other consumers were in there.Perhaps I’m just at the wrong place. Maybe this is just a “you pickem I’ll stick him” tire shop. Now envision my completely bored face. 😑All in all JB (josh) should probably go back through a training process where it could be explained; consumers are how Shamrock capitalizes and corners the market. We should meet our consumers with courteous customers care, Not condescending douchism. If you had a medical issue, JB, you wouldn’t be a happy patient if the doctor asked you to read a forum and do some research, your expectations of professional opinion would faultier.I think we’ve all read this feedback with the same condescending tone as josh’s (JB) today. Called on a Saturday, up front that they could only loose tires cause compressors were down, told them to buy some Milwaukee cordless but anyway. I was told a price over the phone and brought in wheels and tires for a road force balance and paid that price. Wow, a lot different then my experience with bosley who tried the old bait and switch on prices over the phone. Come here Wichita, hope the other ungrateful tire company goes away.

0/10 for this tire store. We bought a tire for my fiancés car from here, and it turns out it was the wrong size even though he told them the specifics of his wheel. That and they would NOT take the tire back or refund us our money so we are stuck with a tire that we cannot even use. We even had to ask for the tire back, the one that we paid for, as they only gave us back our wheel. Very poor customer service and will never shop here.
