You can get anything at Sallys Beauty in West Plaza. The lady ( more my age) is lovely and will help you with vast knowledge about everything ❤ loved her Co worker took time to help us find perfect color. I love I dont need anywhere else.ION finishing spray smells wonderful 😌You can get hair color so inexpensive and exavtly what youre supposed to use not expensive store box colors!Ladies, thank you for a great visit as always!

I took my mother here for to get some advice about how to go about getting my mothers hair changed from black to a Jokers purple. So my mother ended up spending over $75.00 dollars, when she could have went to a beauty salon and got her hair professionally for half of the cost the purchase at Sallys

Love, love, love this store! I purchase all of my nail products here, and they have phenomenal products and great sales. Their staff is SO friendly and helpful! One of their associates helped me search and search to find an alternative to a polish Id been looking for that was the same color as the one they didnt have in stock. It was half the price of the other polish, so I bought another one in a different shade. Im in and out in no time. The store is clean, organized and well lit.

Sally Beauty is nice place for me to visit and shop. I always find myself browsing for new finds and products.

They were super helpful which was refreshing since most beauty places tend to not help that often but they went above and beyond!

The staff is always so helpful at this location, and knowledgeable about nearly every product! I purchased a hair perfume here 6 years ago and the lady knew exactly what I was looking for just by describing the bottle!They have great prices and awesome sales! ♡ I just love Sallys!

Not a very good experience simply because 2 wild child kids of parents who were NOT watching their kids while they shopped. Putting combs and brushes in their hair moving items here and there. Poor Mary that worked there was to afraid to say or do anything as the last time she did, she was told she had to apologize to the non parenting parents. Yet customers expect to pay for clean non used items. Hypocrite management really.

My wife loves this place and I have plenty to like as well. However, the employee tonight was not the pleasant service we usually experience. They lost a sale tonight.

I always feel that the ladies dont really know what theyre talking about. Or are they act like they dont have time to discuss questions. Also they dont have a set set of rules. And some other women do not know the return policy at all.

99% of the time I go into Sallys the sales clerks are extraordinary! They go above and beyond the call of duty. However, this evening 12/4/17 was the rudest, smart Alec troll I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She argued with me about what I thought would look goodShe told me that I didnt have virgin hair so a complete line of products were off limits to me. My husband was with me and said Hey babe, what do you think of this color? Before I could answer, she snorted in a condescending way. Also, I am not one to pick on looks but this girl didnt have any make up on and her hair was in the messiest ponytail I have ever seen. I love Sallys and hate to see people bring down one of my favorite places with their crappy attitude and poor hygiene.

The employees are so helpful and friendly, they always know where things are and have great product knowledge.

9:30 a.m. I got what I went in for. The store is nice. The woman working was rude, lazy and unfriendly! I walked out feeling like I was just a pain in her butt. Id fire her in a heartbeat! Ill go to a different store next time!
