This Walgreens is okay. Their pharmacy people arent always the greatest. They have issues with getting your scripts right if you get meds there. If you are going for a Covid vaccine, be prepared to wait. Get in the pharmacy line as soon as you get there. If not, you will be waiting in line & others will get in front of you. Their check in system is pretty lackluster. Otherwise, the store itself is clean and always stocked up. The other employees that are not in the pharmacy are helpful though.
Staff was working hard and putting up with people being rude. It was beyond amazing seeing how the employees that actually showed up to work were doing what they needed as fast as they could even with a customer that was literally yelling the whole store up. Alexis and the pharmacist were stellar and deserve recognition for there over the top customer service
Took my son for his second covid shot. Waited in line for 30 minutes and while waiting heard over the intercom that Appointments werent necessary. Finally got to the counter and was told they werent giving the shot without appointment because they were short 2 people. How is a business going to promise a big mack but when you finally get to the counter they say you cant have it because a couple of people didnt show up for work? Please have a hand written note on the front door or an announcement over the entercom, something.
My daughters 2nd covid shot took over an hour with an appointment. They check out 5 people in line before handing off the typed in paperwork that should have been available from my online appointment and then the wait went on and on and still had to wait to get the vaccination card for hand written entry. Honor your appointment times, and halt your sales to provide fair customer service or just dont take in shots anytime and set a dedicated block when its not rushed.
If I could have left no stars I would have the Seneca and 31st is horrible!!! Went in for second covid shot. Thought we were lucky when we went there was no one waiting. Then a lady got in line ahead of us because she had good sense and set a appointment. Still didnt think it would be so bad. Waited 50 mins....before saying could you please just give us our cards back. They had only given the one lady ahead of us her shot and she had already waited her 15 mins to be released. They had at least 7 staff members and not one of them looked like they were trying in with each other. Our first shots went great over at Central and maize staff only had 2 working. But in and out in 20 mins total. People skills mater!! And Seneca and 31st didnt care at all
Worst pharmacy ever. Waited an HOUR stuck in between cars in the drive through after they told me my script wasnt there when it was. Unbelievable lack of efficiency
Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever seen refills take 1-5 hours. Always understaffed and the staff is rude. They make their own rules about how early you can pick up your medicine too.
Currently taking an hour and a half just for a covid vaccine
Its ok. The only check-out associate I have ever seen is that older gentleman. He always seems stressed out and i never see him up front with help. I feel bad for him.
This pharmacy is awful! They never have my medication in stock and when it does arrive its never ready for pick-up when they say it will be. Its always an additional 20-30 minute wait. They are WAY UNDERSTAFFED and the actual pharmacist is really rude.
I went in Walgreens to pick up a prescription, and even though face masks are mandatory for our area, customers were walking around barefaced. I would like for my kids to eventually get to go back to school safely. Thats never going to happen if people dont wear masks. People go to the pharmacy when they are sick. Its super important to wear a mask.
Can always find everything I am looking for at my Walgreens on South Seneca in Wichita. Theyre very friendly here
Came here to get second COVID shot and it took over 1hour and 30 minutes, how awful, so slow, they need some help, wont come here anymore.
The pharmacy can not seem to keep the meds in stock for the most common prescription. 7 days to get one filled, today they were out of another. Both are insulin. Be sure to give them a week to two weeks for your prescription
Had trouble with Doctor approval. App said delayed, no action needed. I finally called & they told me about the Doctors approval problem. I called the office & they sent another prescription out. 2 1/2 hours later I called walgreens & they said 1 1/2 hours! Are you kidding me? Beenout of my medicine for 2 days!!!! Ridiculous! I rarely have a problem with my prescriptions, but when I do I end up without them.
Store is always dirty, pharmacy is garbage, they never fill any prescription in a timely manner. If they even have your medicine in stock and dont send you all over town. Easier to about the hassle and just use Dillons pharmacy, the store has far greater selection with better prices.
Last 4 times being here have messed up prescriptions. When trying to call to fix issue on the correct ones whoever answered the phone was more willing to argue than listen or said could not fix. Will be changing pharmacy.
I tried to call for a refill on my medication and the gentleman on the line took half an hour just to hang up on me.
Always able to get in and out fast. The store is alwats clean and organized. The pharmacy is a little on the slow side when outside or inside line. The photo department is a quick place to get some same day photos!
Contacted the BBB about this company. This place acts like your health and well being does not matter. DO NOT GO HERE customer service at its lowest of low.
Doesnt deserve a 2.8 rating. If I could put no stars I would. DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION FILLED HERE IF YOU NEED YOUR MEDS IN A TIMELY FASHION. My husbands Dr calls in his meds by 8am every Monday morning and they cant seem to get it filled by even 1pm. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Well I went to this location as I always do but my experience was the worst ever on 09/21/16 5pm. I had a script my doctor wrote me for pain medication as I have had surgery recently. The script had change from my last one and of course that had to be an issue. My doctor knew it may be because of the type of script. So when I arrived to drop it off I the lady at the counter my doctor is expecting there call if there are any issues, she said ok. She took it to the pharmacist and she told the girl she would not fill it. I proceeded to the counter and explain why it had change (which is none of her business) and she told me she will not fill it because I should have enough to last me for a few more days. Again I explained to her what the doctor told me and if she needed to call him he is expecting the call. She then told me I could have my doctor call her in the morning. I said ok I will do that. She made me feel as if I was a bad person for needing pain medication and was no help at all to me. She never even talk face to face to me she stayed in her area and spoke loudly so I could hear her in front of customers. I then return today to drop off my script and tell lady at the counter again that my doctor would be calling to approve the medication. She then told me well the pharmacist will need to call the doctors office and then I told her that was not what I was told yesterday. She then said well the pharmacist will need to call the doctor. I said whatever and left. So we will see what they will say now when I pick it up. I will never return again after this. You have no idea why someone needs there medication or have a right to make them feel like they are a bad person. Is the pharmacists a doctor????
The pharmacy techs are ALWAYS extremely rude. I have always used Dillons, but my husband use to like Walgreens when we lived in Oklahoma, but this one at 31st and Seneca...I have NEVER seen such rude individuals. People have to have their medications so they can maintain whatever normal life they can with whatever their ailments are....what gives you the right to be rude to your customers. You arent the only pharmacy in town, and now you have lost another husband. My husband is going to use Dillons from now on, and they are ALWAYS nice and cordial. You should really look and re-training your staff to be a little more helpful and pleasant.
In regards to the Pharmacy. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This situation happened TWICE. I sat in the pharmacy drive thru for so long that I had to call them and tell them to come help me. Twice in 1 month!! Ridiculous.
Dont even waste your time with the pharmacy. Go to dillions across the street. Tried to claim my insurance doesnt work but dillions has no issue with it. Bunch of crock. Wont ever come back to the place. Thanks for letting me suffer all night pharmacy!
Lindsey Smith is the least knowledgeable pharmacist I’ve ever encountered. Horribly disrespectful as well. Not to mention violating hippa by talking about people’s private information where anyone can hear. Reported to insurance!
This store is understaffed and cant handle the volume. Apologies only go so far- better manage the pharmacy and staff accordingly.

Ive been going there for years and the workers are usually lazy and incompetent. They often tell me our insurance isnt valid, when EVERY single time it has been valid. They never offer to call the insurance company I always have to tell them to do it. Just horrible customer service

Just left from picking up skin care products and am VERY frustrated and disappointed! One of they Oil of Olay products I purchased had a $3 off coupon yet when I checked out I was told it expired in December! THEN they had signs in the area AND in their ad for $10 off if you spend over x amount. I spent over $100 making my purchase well over the needed amount. Again, cashier went to scan it and it had expired 3 days ago. If all this wasnt enough the cashier failed to ask me if I wanted to redeem my points which would have saved me another $5-$10. Basically because of all this I failed to get somewhere around $20. Going to contact manager and attempt to resolve and if not well go back to ordering off line from other companies.
Convenient location and selection for a quick stop, but with Dillons and Walmart both right across the street I cant understand coming here and paying higher prices.

Worst Walgreens in the world. Manager is a fat slob whos attitude towards customers is just as bad as his health and hygiene. I had to fill a script at 230 a.m. after leaving the e.r. The manager stopped me and said the pharmacy closes at 11 now. When I said I shouldve filled it at the central and hillside Walgreens instead of your store because its closer to my house he responded by saying well thats not my problem maybe next time you will call before assuming somethings open. And this obese manager said it in the most rude way you could imagine. Whats worse is I cant ask to speak to a manager to at least get this guy wrote up because for some strange reason he is the manager. So not only did I waste my gas and time trying to use his store to get my medicine I got talked down to like I was child. I really hope someone above him that has the power to do something reads this.
The pharmacy workers are lazy an never want to get my meds ready they just want to pass it of to the next pharmacist or to another store but the manager of the store is really nice an will make sure your medicine gets ready one way or another.
