First & last time buyer!! Their delivery team ripped my new furniture on delivery because they were mad. Now Im getting the runaround! Their solution is to re-appholster that piece with no additional guarantees. No full replacement because there is no other piece in all of the USA to find! Yea right! These people dont care! My advice.....go elsewhere to buy your furniture!

We went in looking for a sectional and found exactly what we were wanting. Debbie was awesome, she knew the answers to all our questions and did everything she could to make sure we got the best deal. We had turned down the protection plan at first, but once Debbie found out we have 5 kids she insisted that she find a way to get us the protection plan, and she did!! Even our little one clung to her like she was family and didn’t want to leave her. So make sure if you go to the west side Ashley Furniture, you find Debbie!

One of the best experiences of shopping that we have had. Robert G. was extremely caring, understanding and very knowledgeable without pressuring us at all. The whole staff was great as well. Large selection and nice displays.

Your furniture WILL NEVER ARRIVE. They will quote you 8-12 weeks though. Twenty weeks later and we get yet another answer of itll be at the end of month. Problem is, they are just blowing smoke because they dont even know. But come the end of that month, youll hear the same line again, itll be in at the end of the month. Meanwhile, youve forked out money for furniture you dont have and cant use. Go somewhere else. Youll probably get it faster and youll probably get more help.

Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different products we were interested in. He walked us through the process and payment options as well as leveraged online/in-store options. We shop here often and are always pleased with the products and service.

We went to Ashley today to purchase a sectional for our basement living room. This had proved to be a difficult task given the considerations of size, ability to get the couch down the stairs and pairing this with a piece that we love. However, Ashley HomeStore came through! We were helped by Cambria who was absolutely amazing. She walked us through the store taking all of our considerations into account to help us find a perfect sectional!

Friendly staff, but their furniture is way over priced with bad quality, work on your quality.

First salesman to approach me pulled his mask down to talk to me and kept moving closer to me as I tried to move away. Second salesperson had her masked pulled under her nose. Masks may no longer be required but you should still respect those that still do wear them.

After spending a day of stress trying to look for a new bedroom set that me and my partner liked for the looks and comfort we finally found the perfect match here. The amount of deals and selections were amazing. It was a lot for us to handle. Thankfully a worker named Dee was extremely helpful showing us all of the best options. She helped boil our choices down and gave us plenty of great financial options as well. We bought a huge bedroom set with a bed frame, mattress, 2 night stands, a dresser, and a chest all for just a lil over 1,700. Such an amazing deal. Easy to put together, with same day pickup! My daughter and I had been to three different furniture stores looking for a bed with a lot of specific requests before stopping in at Ashley HomeStore. I called earlier in the day to get some info on bed frames I found on their website, Robert was so patient with me over the phone and even helped me navigate different products. I decided to go in store and Robert was still there and showed me around the showroom. He asked all the right questions to right fit me in to what I was interested in and ultimately found the perfect combo of furniture for my taste. It can be stressful to spend a lump sum of money all at once but Robert made the experience less stressful and fun at the same time. Definitely recommend him to anyone interested in buying from Ashley furniture west!!!!

Both experiences I’ve had at Ashley Furniture West were GREAT! The sales people don’t make you feel suffocated or pressured. Nathan is amazing! Super helpful, I definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a great sales associate! I am highly disappointed with the quality of the furniture. And service. We spent 5,000 dollars on a new bedroom set, living room set, and dining room table about 3 years ago. We are still paying on the furniture. Only to have consistent concerns since day one. For instance, my bedroom dresser with mirror. I have not been able to use my mirror, it sits in storage because we do not have the bolts and screws. We have requested these pieces many times, in which we were told the pieces would be coming by mail. Next, our bed frame fell apart two weeks after it was installed. They came out to fix it. It was repaired but still felt weird. Today, it completely collapsed again. We were shocked to find that the top part of the frame was held together with only 2 screws. Although, it required 5 on each side. Luckily, my toddler was not on it when it happened. And that’s not all, our living room furniture is coming apart at the seams in two places. Someone came out to replace the piece on the recliner, but was not friendly to say the least. The dining room table...the legs on the chairs are all falling apart. The only people that sit at the table are my children and they are all under 60 lbs. So it’s definitely not a weight issue. Either the furniture was not screwed together correctly or it’s just cheaply made. And yes we did have warranties on all pieces. Extended warranties. Yet, we are left with poor quality furniture that we can’t even use. I will never buy Ashley Furniture again.

Dee helped us and she was wonderful to work with. She was patient and helpful without being pushy at all. She was really great. Tyler, one of the managers, was very helpful also. He explained a few things about taking the furniture apart if needed and other things that were helpful. They worked together and made it so we could pick up our couches that day. They were both great!

The customer service is horrible....We have honestly spent over $10,000 worth of furniture from ashley furniture looks nice when you buy it and get it home it falls apart quality of furniture is horrendous...service plans they sell are a joke takes forever...and half of time they say its not covered...outdoor furniture is ruined and its not covered.. on my third set of couches from them...its been 2 months from buying my last set of anything from them...and they say it will be 2 more months before I get It

Best customer service ever!!!

I purchased a dining room table with 4 chairs and a bench for over $400.00 in late February 2020. That was the sale price. The regular price was over $700.00. About 2 months later, one of the chairs legs fell off. About 5 months after purchasing, chair #2 is starting to fall apart. This happened through normal, regular use. Im very dissatisfied and beginning to wonder about Ashleys quality.

I wanted to wait for a few months before I made a report on my chair. Its held up great. I love it! The fabric is of quality, soft and durable. The sales person was wonderful. We are saving up for another.

20 weeks to recieve the remainder of our furniture. Delayed on deliveries, and then delivery guys refused to bring the furniture into the house and to the basement due to the pandemic. After i had a conversation with management to have this done. They ended up doing it but wouldnt assemble it. Took 30 minutes of argument and calls to even get it downstairs. Worst experience ive ever had with any retailer.

The people on the sales floor were friendly..but the people at the register were not I was making a small purchase and the cashier kept waiting on other people and answering the phone and ignoring me took her fifteen minutes for her to finally ring.me up and that was after I said something to her

Melissa was absolutely amazing! We came in wanting a new, low maintenance couch and Melissa went above and beyond. She helped us find EXACTLY what we were looking for with the best price. She was not pushy and super understanding of when we wanted the couch delivered and everything. Amazing experience at this location. Tyler worked with me and really tried to understand my needs and what I was looking for. He was then able to match me up with several different recliner options. After finding one I liked, I went to a couple other places. Didn’t get the same amazing customer service or find a recliner I liked. Ultimately I returned to Ashley Furniture and purchased the recliner I liked from Tyler. He was very professional and hands down one of the best sales reps I have ever delt with. He deserves a raise or something.

Have bought furniture from them a few times now. Previously, had an issue with a chair being delivered broken and they replaced it free of charge. Service is always been very good. We had Dee last time who was patient and very good at finding our specific requests. Were quick on delivery and their new care plan is worth asking the details about.

Avoid both Ashley Furniture locations. The furniture is incredibly low quality and the cost for it is ridiculously high. The couch we purchased from them starting sagging on one side less than a month after we purchased it. We bought a protection plan on the couch they said we could use to replace it but then we would be out the $200 for the protection plan and they only offer to replace the couch with the same model or give you store credit to get another poor quality and repeat the same cycle again. I advise you to choose another furniture store with decent prices and furniture that wont fall apart on the way home.

Disappointed the product we purchased wasnt in stock. Have to wait 8 weeks. Recd a call from the store. Item will be delivered Monday. My expectation are very high when an item is over several grand. Dont like to wait!

They both did a really good job helping us find what we were looking for, they were honest and great to work with. Both of their outgoing and up beat personalities make us want to go back and work with both of them again on our next purchase. Crystal helped us finalized all of our paperwork and she was great!! She was very friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. We felt very at ease working with the Ashley team and we will definitely go back again to the 21st and Maize location.

Went in a few weeks ago and was stalked by a sales lady so badly me and my fiancé almost didn’t go back there but we decided to give it one last try since they had some amazing Fourth of July sales. We went in yesterday and were greeted by a young gentleman named Nathan who was incredibly friendly and easy to talk with and was not pushy at all. Needless to say we left over an hour later with a brand new bedroom set and could not be more pleased and excited about it!
