We had a tech issue and we were sent a technician out to fix it as it could not be corrected over the phone. Our technician Miles was on time, polite and very friendly. This is a great company.

I had them for at least 5 years. They are super nice even when the alert was my fault. Understanding company. When it came down to a possible break in, they stayed on the line with me and called police. Luckily it was a false alarm but the outstanding end to the ordeal was 3 policemen complimented ALERT360. They had never had a security system company call them personally. Well-long story short- I know it’s there when I really might need it.

Alex did a good job explaining everything to us. Updated our system. Checked all the sensors. Overall was good on what we needed.

This security group is awesome! From the sales representative all the way to the technician who installed the system, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them to everyone. You really get a lot for your money and I really like that you can control it by an app on your phone. Just had it installed yesterday but happy with the customer service so far. Everyone has been great and friendly!

All I needed was a simple service visit, and every time they tried to get me to sign a document entering into a three-year contract, when all I needed was a part replaced. everything about their business is structured to get you into a contract and keep you there as long as possible. The people in the Wichita office were not helpful in any way, I had to escalate to a manager at their corporate office to get any kind of service. Three weeks later the problem was finally resolved.

Horrible scammers since switching companies to Alert 360. Told my elderly in-laws they had to have a free upgrade because their system would not work with Cox phone service. They installed a cell system & charged them almost $700. They never approved or signed a thing. We have the same Cox setup and never got a similar free offer or a problem. We had to get involved and Alert 360 fought back, but could not provide any evidence that the order was approved. We eventually said we would just call the State Attorney Generals office to report their predatory practices and they agreed to uninstall the equipment. The tech who uninstalled it said it was not necessary with Cox. The bill was not reversed & they harrassed my inlaws, threatening to turn it over to a collection agency. It still took many calls and a lot of our time to finally get the false bill taken off.Based on our experience, Alert 360 preys on the elderly and engages in deceptive practices. Stay away. There are theives on both sides of that alarm system.
