My husband works here and has said he loves working with ADT and protection 1 they take care of the employees and have great benefits for single or family! They have great work hours and the pay isnt so bad either for the work you do but each to their own as there are many different positions here. The equipment is also up to date.

Highly rated security company! In my experience, good customer service, atmosphere, and code of conduct. All questions and problems are quickly resolved. The entire staff is generally very helpful and courteous.The company attempts to stay on the cutting edge while paying attention to time tested techniques. The techs are knowledgable and efficient, and customer service couldnt be friendlier with their Real Live Person Every Call policy!A solid choice for alarm provider.

This company has been going downhill for a very long time. They have recently merged with ADT. Now joining many other corporate Giants their focus is solely on profits. The customer experience has been drastically altered in order to increase production. Employee benefits continue to be cut down, sometimes in the middle of the plan year. Save yourself the money and the headache and fulfill your security needs at Home Depot or Amazon.

Great place to work. Supervisors really care about your growth & success and do everything they can to balance whats best for the customer, the company, and the employee.

If your looking for home security, adopt a dog. There is no way I would recommend that anyone should ever purchase services from this company. Their mafia style contract will lock you into an extend period if you move. Do not trust the installer to clearly communicate the details of the contract to you. Also, dont expect anything more than an empty apology from the manager that you talk to when you call to dispute the contract.

I worked there in customer service for 3 years a few years back and loved it. Good working environment good pay good benefits good work and now ADT owns them and it appears just as solid. Step daughter had interview and got job and I am excited for her. Good security company and that is from the inside. I was customer service rep 2 and tech support for almost 3 years and as long as you test your system and be very aware of how it works practicing customer responsibilities you will never get hurt. Learn your Panic buttons set your home setting when your home do home Test 2 to 3 times a year and while an alarm you must go around and open and closed everything with contacts to get a reading from them. Doors windows motion detectors. I must call back to check all signals came through properly with customer service when done then take out the test. Must maintain your system properly and it is a win-win luxury that unfortunately these days is a necessity. The longer you with the company you should get rate decreases too by the way. Only the first like two years little expensive after that just a simple monthly monitoring fee should be all you can negotiate easily. Great company. I love Protection One as an employee and as a customer. But you must do your customer responsibilities part know your system and know your billing. After your contract for a couple years you have to call in and ask for a rate decrease or adjustment. Love you Protection One thank you for sending me to the NASCAR races the first year and you guys sponsored the new track in Topeka I was the one that won the tickets and it was amazing. Little ole me got to go to the inaugural races at Topeka NASCAR compliments of Protection One random drawing. Man I had a blast me and my step daughter. Something Ill never forget thank you again Protection One.

WAS TOLD THAT I COULD TRANSFER MY ACCOUNT TO A NEW LOCATION AND NOT HAVE TO START OVER ON A NEW CONTRACT. WHEN THE LIARS ARRIVED AT THE NEW LOCATION IN A ADT VAN I QUESTIONED THEM AND WAS TOLD THEY MERGED WITH PROTECTION ONE. I CALLED AND CONFIRMED THEY DID MERGE. THE LYING SCUM DID NOT TRANSFER THE OLD SERVICE ALL THOUGHT THEY DID CLOSE THE OLD CONTRACT . THEY DID START ME OVER WITH A NEW 3 YEAR CONTRACT. NOW THAT I QUESTIONED THEM ABOUT IT, ONE COMPANY SAYS I HAVE TO CONTACT THE OTHER AND BACK AND FORTH. THESE PEOPLE ARE AS BAD AS THE LIARS IN WASHINGTON.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible for commercial service. The sales guy called me EVERY DAY before we signed the contract. Afterwards, we refuses to take my calls or respond to my emails. There is nobody local I can deal with to resolve my problems. I would would not recommend.

Parking here is the worst. Be prepared to walk. There is no customer parking.
