Easy to make appointment online, which included a discount on my purchase. I needed the battery changed on my iPhone, which was out of warranty. Great customer service & battery was replaced while I waited. I was at W 21st St store about 30 minutes and saw how friendly & helpful staff was as several customers came in for odd-ball bulbs or car fob issues. Store was well set up for COVID precautions, so I was comfortable being there. I will definitely return for bulbs, batteries, chargers, etc before going to the local big box stores.

I have been buying watch battery lifetime replacement here for all my watches. It is a great deal, all you have to do is replace the battery twice and you have more than paid the price for the lifetime replacement.

Darren went over and beyond to help me and my daughter. He was very personable, genuine, patient and kind. I was not sure if I needed a battery or some other repair to get in order to keep my car running. He did the necessary test and told me exactly what was wrong with my 1999 Civic. This helped me in that I did not have to get an unnecessary repair which I could not afford. This gave me some peace of mind. I am so glad that I did online research and compared the pricing of others establishments. Batteries + Bulbs had the best pricing along with The warranties. I also got 10% off with a $10 Rebate that made it affordable for me to get the best battery. The screw on the battery on my battery terminal was rusted on and Darren did everything he could to get it off, even staying over to help us. It was pass closing time and We did not want to keep him there any longer. But Darren gave some good advice to relay to my son. Also he is allowing me to bring the battery back in the morning. My son also had a difficult time getting the screw to loosen up but finally did. Thanks Batteries + Bulbs and thanks for having a great employee like Darren. This is the kind of place where I want to go to make purchases. I am interested in buying some light bulbs and too see if they can fix my tablet charging problem.

Edit: They sold me the wrong battery - I brought the other battery at the time of purchase.He wouldnt take my business check because my name wasnt on the check... The business isnt named after me. We have a commercial account with Batteries + Bulbs and Im authorized to sign on the bank account. He wouldnt call the bank or the business owner (my dad) for authorization. Just an annoying inconvenience that could have been easily resolved.

When I went to the store, I thought that I needed a battery for my laptop because it wouldnt turn on even with the charging cord. When they looked at my laptop he said that I just needed my memory cleaned and I didnt need a battery. The staff was very friendly and knew what customer service was. When I first went and I asked if the $10 rebate they had on there Duracell batteries. I was then probably told know that no longer applied that it already expired. Just about the time I ask the young man who is behind the counter why they still had to sign up he goes oh no no as he snickers and laughed and said no no no thats funny it still applies to end of this month. Makes you wonder how well trained their staff is.Next time Ill look to see what I can get online and what are the costs me with shipping as opposed to coming to the store.

I had a great experience at the Batteries plus store, when they signed me up for Company acct. We were given almost 1/2 off the total price!!Plus the gentlemen who were there gave great service to me,even walked my heavy load to the car for me!!!

Thought I was going to have to have my iphone screen replaced. Turned out a wire had come lose. Ended up saving me 135 dollars. The guy worked on it for about 30 minutes and didnt charge me a dime. Definitely would recommend!

I ordered a battery online for my car. I got an email the next day saying it would have to be ordered and to call the store. They took money out of my account that day for the purpose of the battery. I called the store to see when the battery was going to be in they advise me Thursday of the same week. Well its Thursday I called to verify if my battery is in and now theyre telling me itll be next week on Thursday. In my opinion very poor customer service.

Battery finally died in my old Miata, and it was time for a new one. Wife called around and the gentleman here was a great help. Went over and he was great help quick with the new battery. Service wise they were second to none and well he was very knowledgeable about the special battery that the NA and NB miatas take.

Terrible at replacing phone screens, my screen would ghost touch all the time had to take to up there to TRY to get it fix never worked. Also used after market screen and made brightness permanently low.

Turns out I had missing shields and screws underneath my screen from ICT Phone ER. These guys diagnosed the issue without charging me. Unfortunately my screen still glitches and becomes unresponsive but again, not to the fault of B+Bs. Its tough to beat honest business folks! Thanks...
