Always have a good experience with the workers in the store. We were able to get a new phone and a battery replaced in an old phone in under an hour……have gone to my carrier’s store and after waiting an hour was given a phone number to corporate as no one there is capable of fixing problems ‼️ I have returned to the east store in Wichita no less than 5 times and think the employees are wonderful and have a can do attitude‼️‼️

Needed my I phone 7 to take a charge, got a new battery and it charged right up. They did the work in under an hour. Very professional and reasonable. They also then reset it for me and it works great. So speedy and so knowledgeable. I recommend them very highly.

I picked up all these products from Chris over the course of this week and Im impressed that the business has a keen sense of knowing the value of high end cheap iPhones. They have the SE first generations which can still fly drones. Ive used them before and wanted one again for my Apple Watch 6. Also, these other phones they have here made me look. He even has screen protectors for the 1st Gen SE. I wouldnt waste my time anymore looking anywhere else!

Sold my iPhone X through them a few weeks ago. They offered a very good price of $290. I took pictures of the phone before shipping and shipped it to them. My feeling was that the phone was in pristine condition. They got it and said there was a scratch on the screen. So they dropped offer to $270. I looked at their pictures that they sent and did notice a small scratch. I had just had the screen replaced a week before, and I didn’t see any scratches on my pictures. Went back and forth with them. And after another look at my pictures with phone off, did notice something. The upshot was they promptly paid me the full $290 anyway. I was very impressed with them and would definitely do business with them again.

Was so happy with the help and knowledge. I just needed a cell to get me through for a short time. The rep was so helpful with helping me decide the amount of storage I would need, the processor speed and the price. The prices are amazing anyway however I really wasn’t wanting to spend a lot on a temporary cell.In the end I spent less than 225.00 on an Apple cell with screen protector and otter box. My wife and I both changed from Android phones to IPhones. Frank assisted us in choosing and setting up of both phones. We had follow-up visits to ask for assistance and ask more questions about the phones. Frank is knowledgeable and patient. Prices are good and quality of the phones so far is good. The store is a bit hidden in the back part of Party City. It is a bit “hard” to find, if not familiar with the location. BUT, I think it is a Geme. The associates I met at two different visits seem to know, what they are talking about. I was impressed about the fast and kind service AND the good pricing. I was fully satisfied and feel confident in their work, which is backed up for 90 days. Why 4 stars? Honestly I think they deserve 5 stars, however the app offers only “full” stars. I don’t have anything to compare to and the location is a bit difficult to find. The service was very good, so I would award this place a 4.8 score. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and will seek their advice in the future, if I have a technical problem. Job well done!!! Thank you!!!

My son broke his phone so badly that he could not use the screen and couldn’t access any of his photos to put on his new phone. He was devastated because he had over 2000 photos from the past five years of memories. These guys were able to put a temporary screen on and work their magic to download hisPhotos and put them on his new phone. That is priceless!

Called around to 4-5 places and this was the cheapest place to get a screen repaired in my area. Stopped in and was helped within 10 mins even though there were a few people ahead of me. He quoted me a time frame of about an hour an a half and was finished within 45 mins. Very happy with the result screen looks great!
