On April 1, 2020, T-Mobile US and Sprint Corporation completed their merger with T-Mobile now being the whole owner of Sprint, making Sprint an effective subsidiary of T-Mobile until the Sprint brand was officially phased out. Leadership, background, and stock changes happened immediately, with customer side changes happening over time. The Sprint brand was officially discontinued on August 2, 2020. Billing was already showing the T-Mobile brand, and on this date all retail, customer service, and all other company branding switched to the T-Mobile brand. New rate plans were also introduced as well for all new and existing customers from both companies, though all will be grandfathered into their current plan should they choose not to switch to a new T-Mobile plan for at least 3 years.
Walking in to the store to be greeted by Kayla, whom was absolutely wonderful to talk with. She was very helpful with explaining what would be the easiest and best choice for an upgrade and switch from iPhone to android. The service was great and was done in a very timely manner. Also very helpful with explains the cost breakdown of what the account payments would be. 10/10 would refer others to this location.
My Husband and I just met with Kayla and had one of the top 5 best customer service experiences we have EVER had. She was super knowledgeable and accommodating. Not to mention she handled all of my concerns and questions. 10/10 bringing a friend tomorrow to do the same.
Went in last week to pay a bill and was helped by Kayla, when I asked her if there was any way to reduce my bill she gave me her information to make an appointment (it was close to closing time).Met with her again today and my heart has been made so much lighter with her guidance and advice on what things to apply for and set up to get things lower and help with my devices.We have been having a rough couple of years financially, and this is the first sight of light weve seen.With her help I have a little hope again that things will get better, she is an angel!

Went in to change out an iPhone 5s for an iPhone 6 that I bought new on Amazon. Nathan really went the extra mile for me, especially since the SIM card didnt work with the unlocked phone I purchased. He was very helpful and great to work with. I highly recommend Nathan and the Sprint store at 21st and Amidon.

Went in to upgrade my phone as part of the iphone forever plan. Was told by corporate there would be no charge. The rep in store, Eric, told me it would be about a hundred bucks to upgrade and when I asked kept asking for the specific reason why that was he struggled to give a reasonable answer and just said Its usually about a hundred bucks for activation and taxes and stuff. I was skeptical but proceeded. At the end of the transaction Eric said he would try and waive some of these fees so he could get me some free accessories. He then sold me a bundle for $99.99. Had he been telling the truth about the initial hundred bucks that would seem like a good deal.Come to find out the activation fee is only $30 and thats all I should have had to pay. I have since confirmed this with Sprints call center and an ACTUAL sprint corporate store. . I was lied to and scammed so that the sales kid could sell me more money in accessories than I had needed to spend that day. This place operates through deception. Not being honest and up front with customers, making it seem like theyre cutting you a deal while theyre actually scamming you. Im a little ashamed I didnt catch it earlier but its clear this Eric kid has been doing this awhile.Every time I have called to try and talk to the store manager Eric keeps running interference and is not passing along my messages. I have yet to speak to the manager about this situation. BE WARY OF THIS LOCATION! THEY WILL SCAM YOU BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT AN ACTUAL SPRINT STORE. THEY ARE THIRD PARTY. ERIC WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could rate with no stars, that would be my rating. I switched from Verizon after 20 years to Sprint just for something cheaper. It turned out to be a huge mistake at I was only saving a few dollars. For from the 4th day on I had nothing but trouble with Sprint. On the 4th day I was back in the store because I could not get service and when I would open an app, a text, or email, it would just set there with the circle icon thinking and trying to load. The customer servicr rep at the store told me that they could not fix it ther. I had to drive out least 30 minutes away to have it looked at. Then on the 5th day my phone cover broke I went back into the store and they told me I could get a new one but I had to pay for shipping both ways. I continued to have problems with the phone and the company absolutely would not do anything about it they kept telling me that it was Samsungs fault and that its not their phone and I replied that you guys are contracted with samsung you represent that phone that is not an excuse. They kept telling me there was nothing wrong with my phone, they did hard resets, and I would spend hours in the store trying to get something done with my phone and nothing ever was. The consumer service was absolutely horrible and nobody would work with me and that seems to be the common theme for Sprint. horrible service, coverage, network and company. Stay away. Buyer be aware.
The store has great customer service, the employees help me find what I needed and answered any questioned I ask. I will definately be coming back that store in the near future.

Not a friendly environment, the manager doesnt know anything. Hes as useless as bum. Reps areas are always dirty and not cleaned. I ask them a question they hesitate to reply with a right answer like they dont know what they are doing. Music is inappropriate. All in all its a joke. Prefer going to a corporate store then to do business here again.
