This 5-star review is for AIDA who repaired my smart phones tray (Samsung 8) on Aug 9. We were visiting from Fla so Im not sure if I have the correct address for her as the business card only shows a corporate # and 6 addresses. She had my phone done in @1 hr. Took my sons phone to the store to get the screen on his iphone replaced because it was cracked and spoke to Josh and Jacey. They were super knowledgeable and very friendly said it would be done in about an hour. We received a call less than an hour later from Josh saying it was ready for pickup. The service was great, easy and completely transparent. Would definitely recommend!

They were very friendly and even stayed after alittle and waited for me so I could have my phone back the same day.

Absolutely worst place to take your phone for repair, I took mine in and was quoted 385 plus tax, needless to say it wasnt the price I was told over phone so I took my phone around the corner to the ubreak place got a new screen with screen protection for 285 plus tax and same day service with warranty Mobilecomm was trying to breakit off in my, so go to ubreakit

So I bought a brand new battery yesterday from here. Took it home and installed it last night and realized it was a used battery. Well, it didnt even power up the phone, even being on the charger for an hour. So they have a no warranty for product if you install it yourself. Well this is fine, but this was a used defective battery. They wouldnt give me a replacement.BTW I have been working on small electronics for 15 years.See PhotosOne on the left is the battery out of phone, the one on right is from Mobile Comm. On the bottom of the battery you can see the wrinkles from where the old adhesive was. If the battery was new this would be completely flat.And most Moto batteries Ive ordered, dont come with pull tabs.

Wow. I was having the worst day; covid constrained, just had my identity stolen, burned up my phone battery trying to resolve and now my phone wouldnt charge. Went to MobileComm hoping they could replace my charger port but within a few seconds they knew it was just clogged with lent and the connector wouldnt mate up right. They saved my day - fixed it in maybe 3 minutes and I was out the door with phone that hadnt worked that well for many months. I can certainly recommend them as kind, efficient, friendly and fast.

I seem to break my phone about once a month. I used to go into Verizon and get a refurbished phone, but it would take a day to get a new phone. I started going to MobileComm on 21st and Maize and always have a good experience. The staff there are really friendly and will shoot you straight. I had my sons phone repaired by ubreakifix. They broke another piece in the process of fixing it. To get it fixed would take hours. The speaker was also damaged. In frustration I went to MobileComm. Myles repaired the speaker and the vibrate capability in minutes. He was amazing. I highly recommend Myles and MobileComm. We will bring all future repairs here!!!

They sold me a “lifetime” screen protector for my iPhone. Unfortunately the screen protector cracked down the center. I went in for a replacement and was informed by the manager that no one sold me a lifetime warranty and that it would cost me $15. Needless to say I was upset and will NEVER use them again.

I get sad when I break my phone screen, but Nolen always fixes it up like brand new! He always works super fast and is super nice. I know my phone is in good hands. So happy with my *new phone

The employees are very knowledgeable. They don’t try to sell you any additional things and they are not pushy. I broke my screen and if I were to have gone through my carrier’s insurance, I would have been without a phone for a week. But I went to this place and they had my screen fixed within 2 hours and the price was reasonable. They went out of their way to help me. Went into this location to find a Sim card adapter because I wanted to avoid the poor service at Best Buy, I was amazed with the exceptional customer service I received! The employees were very patient and helpful while my technology-illiterate self was trying to describe what I was needing. I also found out what was wrong with my phone I just recently replaced; would have been cheaper to have Mobile Comm fix my phone. I definitely recommend this place!

Bought a battery from them, and because we chose to do the repair ourselves and not pay the $100 to have them do it they will not stand by their product. We installed the battery in our phone and it will not work. It also appears the battery was used. Put our old battery back in the phone and the phone started working again. They wont even offer to exchange the battery for a new one. So now we are out of $35 dollars for a defective part. Will never do business with them again.

I drove 100 miles twice to get my phone screen replaced..... I got a new screen all right.....now my phone dont work right.... they just said bring it back .....another hundred miles?.....WTF?
