Leslie was my customer service rep and she went above and beyond to help move my parents onto my plan. It wasn’t easy moving from AT&T but Leslie spend 4 1/2 hours with us talking to AT&T and getting everything perfect. Johnathon was there also snd was a joy to talk to. I highly recommend!!

My husband I were at the 21st and amidon location on 11/7/20 for a 12 o’clock appointment with Harley Baker and it was an all around great experience. Harvey was Very helpful and informative salesman. The atmosphere was amazing as well, apologizing for any wait we had and making sure we were 100% satisfied from the time we stepped inside to the moment of going out the door. All of the employees were very involved and tentative. I’d refer Harvey and Verizon to anyone I know!

Beware this is not a Verizon Store, even though thats what it says on the building. I bought a phone there a couple of months ago, nothing note worthy. Got my first bill and it wasnt what I was told in the store. Went to the store to discuss and thats when they told me they werent a Verizon store and Id have to call Verizon. Took 3 phone calls and about 2 hours to get it fixed, turns out I was signed up for insurance plan I never agreed to. Might have been a mistake, but pretty suspicious mistake. Fast forward to this week and my phone keeps rebooting for no reason. Go back to the store and am told they cant do anything, they dont do any service on phones at all, even if they are still under warranty. Totally worthless. Also worth noting they have a sign on the door says that all customers and employees are required to wear masks, but nobody but me was wearing a mask. I also noticed that the prices on the products are higher than online and higher than at the actual Verizon store I went to on Kellogg. The Kellogg store was awesome, got me a new phone in about 20 minutes.

Well they werent able to they werent able to correct my phones taken off my debit card when I went to pay my cell phone bill and they overcharged me for another month and then on top of that they charged me $63 for another phone service I guess Im not sure but the gentleman couldnt help me with none of it he was more interested in selling me a new phone very unsatisfied because then I had to be on the phone for 3 hours to get a hold of somebody from Verizon the issue is still not taking care of

So I came here to get a $30 prepaid calling plan (unlimited call and text, with 5 GB). They told me the first time activation fee was $45. I got my own free sim-card. I asked the representative if $75 was all Im going to pay for, and they said yes. But after I was about to agree and pay, there was a hidden $20 additional per month accesss service fee. This place is a scam. The representative try to trick you telling you the monthly phone bill cheaper than it really is, so they can get commissioned. Be careful. Do not come to this place!

Went in recently to upgrade my sons phone. I was greeted with friendly staff and quick service. My sales rep Emerson Davis was extremely knowledgeable on the phones as well as helping me to find a way to get a better monthly rate and upgrade my current phone plan to maximize my content and save money. I highly recommend this location and the highly qualified staff.

It was not with the salesman it was more with the company Verizon after being a customer for 20 plus years you offer nothing for existing customers all for new customers so unfortunately you have lost a steady customer

We just switched service to Verizon from Sprint. We couldnt be happier. Sarah helped us and was amazing. There needs to be more representatives like her! She was very knowledgable and provided oustanding service.

I got a real good deal on last years Samsung Galaxy phone.

Went to see about getting a new phone plan (prices/phone availability) and the representative said they only offer the newest phones and essentially shoved the prices down my throat. Wasnt feeling very comfortable with how the whole interaction went. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I met with Ryan M. when my phone started losing battery performance-it was time for an upgrade. He took the time to find a phone that was the right fit for my needs, rather than picking the one that was the most expensive. He also switched around our family plan, and even with adding a tablet as well as my new phone, our monthly bill is still less that it would have been had I not visited the store.

The Cellular Sales retailer for Verizon on North Amidon in Wichita, KS is exceptional. We bought our first smart phones 2 years ago there and the service was excellent. We just upgraded to new phones and Josh Flores provided personal one-on-one service, determining the most cost effective upgrade, setting up the phones and transferring old data. When I call in with a question, all the staff is courteous and helpful. They actually provide better service than the official Verizon stores in Wichita.

Polite, Friendly staff. John was willing and able to answer questions about my new phone. He helped switch over the info from my old phone to my new phone. Helped me setup my new phone. He also said I could call or text if I needed help after I left the store. Best service Ive had in a Verizon store.

My rep Phillip Zimmerman has on more than one occasion gone above and beyond the call to make sure I get the phones and plans I wanted. Not only that, but watching the way he reacts with different customers and different situations is awesome. Its clear to see he actually cares about his customers and not just his sales. I came into Verizon because I was very unsatisfied with my previous provider. Phil introduced himself immediately and I had several questions that he was able to answer. I was happy that I was able to set up a plan that fit my needs. The customer service is exceptional, and I am incredibly happy with my new partnership with verizon. I cannot thank you enough!!!

I have never been to a Verizon store like this one. I walked into the store to look around and decided to also pay my bill and neither of the two people working felt the need to get up and greet me, so I walked to the counter and told the girl Id like to pay my bill. She said okay I can do that here. She asks me if Ill pay using cash or card? I tell her cash and she proceeded to tell me they charge a fee if you use cash..... Being in a rush I said okay, she asks for the amount and I tell her and give her cash. She then tells me I must have exact change, that they dont have a register. So at this point I took my cash back and left. My thought is how do you go and charge a fee when paying cash? Ive heard of convenience fees, when using a credit card but cash? Why would a Verizon store not have a register? Also, is it too much to ask that you get your lazy self up out of your chair to help or to the other guy to look up from your device? Those two were the worst at customer service. No wonder that store looked like it was a ghost town. Absolutely worthless!! Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever encountered and I had some bad service in my life. I would say take your business to any other Verizon in town if you want help. To the management, you made a poor choice of staff to represent your new store. Makes the AT&T store across the street look better and better.

Ralph is your average middle aged American with great hair. He did an amazing job with setting up my new iPhone 6s and had a great attitude about his job and his customers. Definitely recommend him. Hes my Verizon BFF now.

If youre going to buy a phone for prepaid service, make sure you visit a corporate store. This retail store will not refund your money for the phone. Youre basically screwed. My son bought a iPhone 7 prepaid and got quoted a cheaper price at corporate. He went back to get his money back at the Retail store and was told he couldnt return it because he opened a prepaid account. Make sure you know what the deal is before you buy from scandalous stores like this. Its not a corporate Verizon store, Its an authorized retailer. Which means, they cant do anything the Corporate store can do but rip you off.

I was about to throw my phone out the door because I was tired of it. Got ahold of Philip my favorite Verizon rep and he was available to give me the hookup on a new phone. My mom drove 6 hours to come help change over my phone because no other rep helps us better with our plans and phones than he does. Philip gave us a great deal and walked us through the whole process thouroughly!

BEWARE. This Verizon location is run by a company called “Cellular Service,” and the employees are not actual Verizon employees. I spent 5 hours this weekend with Nikolas, who lied multiple times to us in order to make a sale. In the end, our phones were still not working correctly and the “promotion” I was offered for changing my service did not actually exist. Long story short, DO NOT SHOP HERE.
