I was very pleased with my experience at the att store on north rock. Nick was great to work with, he was able to help me with my upgrade, get my plan updated and gave me free HBO! I was so excited I no longer had to pay for it. The manager also helped get my data transferred from my old phone to my new iPhone. Kurt was very helpful ensuring my data was transferred. I was intimidated at first by the thought of upgrading and having to go through the entire process but nick and Kurt did a great job and made the whole process so easy. Thank you againJackie
Chris, the Store Manager, and Jared gave outstanding customer service. I was with Cox and Sprint for over 15 years. ATT is by far the best in Customer Service. Anytime I called the ATT Customer Care, the agents were the best I’ve ever dealt with in my life. And that’s a very long time !!Chris and Jared at this corporate store sincerely listened to my wants and needs and delivered above and beyond service I expected. Shout out to Chris and Jared for helping me for a long time Ian your store. They made sure I was getting excellent packages that compared to my Spei t and Cox bill, and new phones and Direct TV with NFL Ticket and option to get Center Ice. This is a revision to my review of *** on Jul 27, 2021 to * .On Saturday Aug 7 2021, Company Store Employees held the door open for me when I came in and also when I left 2 minutes later.1 EXPERIENCE – Very Dissatisfied;2. REASON WHY – Issues Unresolved;3. CUSTOMER SERVICE – Non-Existent – Staff showed lack of basic courtesy and respect, displaying inability to listen (when they asked twice and I told them twice of my reason for visit) and lack of salesmanship. With condescending know-it-all attitude, company representatives then scoffed at my reasons then argued they were not displaying an attitude to me when I called them on it. Ken further refused to work with me including the other company employee and the floor manager who did mosy over just to fold his arms a few seconds before, if anyone else wanna help me and nobody would even speak up.So this loyal AT&T customer, since 1996 when AT&T bought SWB and SWB had bought Cellular One back in the 80s, who is also a semi-retired AARP member told all of the company employees including the floor manager very specifically what to do. So lets give Kurt Holmquist store manager and his employees a big attaboy by chasing business away.Recommend going to a AT&T reseller on at South Rock Rd & Kellogg. AT&T Reseller treated me with both respect and knowledgeable, courteous service. Not only did I upgrade my wireless plan to unlimited everything for only $10 more, but I also bought a new phone.
The store was very friendly and quick to help me with my phone, I was frustrated that my phone was not working and didn’t know where else to go for help. Andrew did a great job helping me and getting into a new phone. Andrew was very knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process.

Chris and Nick were great! I would never have been able to set up my new phone without them. They were very patient with “lose” passwords and helping me to reset the passwords I needed and transfer to data from old phone to new one. Very knowledgeable and courteous.

Andrew knew what he was doing and helped us out tremendously. He also went through all the trouble of calculating all the the offered plans for all 4 lines to get the the best price available. We upgraded to an unlimited plan and are going to be paying less monthly which is incredible. It’s nice to know that the salesmen at this store treat existing customers just as well as they treat new customers. This is the only AT&T store that I’ve had a good experience at.

Chris “store manager” assigned me to Jared whom was both EXTREMELY helpful and kind. Took care of me 100% I would recommend this particular location. Jared helped us upgrade 4 phones. He took the time to thoroughly explain each process and gave realistic explanations of how it would effect each person and their plan. Highly recommend talking with Jared, very efficient!
Absolutely horrendous, avoid this company at all costs. I tried closing my account September 2019 due to buying a home and told that my account was closed and no further billing was due.Was then charged October 2019 for 1 day of service and was advised that this was actually the final bill because I cancelled a single day late. I was upset but in order to avoid any issues I went ahead and paid them $100.Skip forward to February 2020 and I receive a call from collections because apparently after I was told twice already that my account was closed and no further bills, they decided to charge me an early termination fee in November. I was NEVER notified of an early termination fee, nor of this due bill until February 2020.By this time it was in collections and instead of being a measly $30, it was $193!I spent 20+ hours dealing with AT&T reps over the phone over 2 months. I was told TWICE, that the $193 in collections was successfully waived, and I no longer owed them anything.In the end, AT&T CONTINUED to LIE to me, advised to me 2 different times that the issue was resolved, my account was $0 balance and no longer in collections only to find out it wasnt. By the time I was actually able to speak to a Manager he managed to review my 20+ hours of call history in under 120 seconds (impressive!) and then proceed to tell me there was nothing he could do for me.
Jared is so very helpful and he has the best customer service. Have not seen that in a while. Will recommend people go see Jared. Had different phone internet and tv for a long time just wish I knew about AT&T a long time ago. I will be a customer for a long time.
It was an amazing experience and very painless with the help of Andrew. Other than the issues I had which were with my prior carrier and the port to AT&T; Andrew was very helpful and made the experience very personable. Rather than go to the AT&T closest to us we will make the drive up to the one we signed up at to work with Andrew again. Overall a wonderful experience and a very good promotion allowing my wife and I to upgrade to the iPhone 11s.

I paid a 100 dollar activation fee but then I had to cancel my account so I found out I could get that refunded and that it would be here in 7 business days, now Im being told I dont qualify thats not funny
Wow! The guys at this store were super helpful and got my phone issue fixed very quickly! How refreshing to get great service! Some staff from the other stores in Wichita could learn a lot from them about how to help customers with a positive attitude and patience. Even though I want there close to closing due to the loyalty Dept sending me here they were RUDE. And told me they couldnt help me. I dont know if Xavier still works there but I WILL NOT be back!!!

They told hubby for me not to open it if I wanted to exchange the color. When I went up yesterday the guy at the store told me I would have to pay $55.00 for restock fee!Came home and told hubby. Just cancel everything.He went up and talked to the manager. SO REALLY.... what’s good for one is not good for all.They are lying THIEVES!! RULES SHOULD APPLY FOR ALL!!!I HATE THIS STORE. The employees are helpful to the best of their ability and friendly. The store was in a remodeling process. My issue was with service from AT&T and at my wits end ended up at this brick and mortar store to talk to a person face to face instead of getting the run around over the phone with people that read from a script and their English is hard to understand. This store is a corporate store who is able to give more assistance than a non-corporate store.

I cant begin to describe how incompetent two of the workers are. Its really amazing. I wish I could remember the first guys name from the first visit. Explicitly stated to him I wanted my new iPhone pre-order (for my wife) bought with my own money in full so that I wouldnt have a contract. He still managed to input it as a service plan. Two people could not get my order correct since, on my second visit to pick up the phone, Alyssa B., which is what my receipt says, somehow managed to charge a phone I already bought with my own money to my cellular plan in installments. I paid in full, but my new bill still says I have installment payments. How that happens I dont know. 2 people who both understood I wanted to pay for the phone in full at the point of sale could not get this correct. The worst part is you cant call the store because it either rings or someone on their end hangs up the phone since its not face-to-face. I dont know what kind of training they get but this is ridiculous. Its not very hard to understand that someone wants to buy a phone and not be under a contract with phone payments over 2 years. They dont get that part even though they work for the company who made the plan.
EXCELLENT!Andrew is super awesome. We’ve been in here for over an hour and what had to deal with AT&T ‘s horrible corporate over the phone over a stupid discount issue on their end. But he was super helpful he was the first person in the years we’ve been with AT&T to notice that the discount was messed up and he did his best to fix what he could.
I was greeted right away at the door and everyone was very polite. I was asked for my name and was placed on a waiting list. I waited for just over an hour, and it didnt look very busy at all, and was finally seen. after speaking with the representative for 7 minutes, i was told the store could not help me and I must call customer care. Everyone was very professional but was not able to help me.
Waiting wasnt too bad but there was some perhaps 20 minutes or so. Jared was friendly, knowledgeable and not overly ambitious about the amount of the sale he helped us get what we wanted, not what he wanted to sell us. Thanks Jared!
I visited the store recently to upgrade my phone. Employees were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They handled the upgrade promptly and took time to answer all my questions.A few days later, after finding my new phone was defective, I returned to have it replaced. The employees went out of their way to fix the issue quickly and send me on my way. During this visit, the store was very busy and I had to wait 1/2 an hour. The wait was much more pleasant than it could have been. I was greeted at the door, shown to a comfy seat and watched on a monitor as my name worked its way to the front of the list.
People working there know what theyre doing, polite and helpful. Took my new phone for help setting it up, was quick an easy. No pressure to buy extra stuff I didnt want or ask for. Even helped me save money on my monthly bill.
My mother went into that store to pay for a previous bill and no one acknowledged the fact that she had just walked in and needed help. No one looked her direction which is blatantly wrong. We will never visit that store again.
Their customer service is amazing. Door was opened, friendly greeting, efficient and knowledgeable.. In and out in under 10 minutes! And they opened the door for us on the way out too. Very impressed!
I had been putting off getting a new phone because these things usually take forever. Even on a weekend, the wait was less than five minutes and I was in and out with a new phone and accessories super quick!

Great service! A little slow, but well organized queue and seats to wait in. Knowledgeable staff and a good selection of accessories for phones and tablets. Needs more selection of actual phones and tablets. Also carries home security systems.
Staff polite but useless. All they do is sell phones, etc. No technical knowledge.
Be prepared to go there you definitely wait for 30 minutes before any staffs notices you and helps you.
AT&T’s service is already showing the affects of store closings ...Sorry to say this because I stood behind them for long ... but I’m shopping for a different carrier..
I was having a back up issue with my galaxy phone. I walked into the att store and I was immediately greeted with a smile and told we will be you soon. Waited a bit, then it was my turn and I was showed how to fix the issue. Very helpful advice, and I learned a lot.

Very helpful and friendly service. Got me set up with 2 new phones and gear watches in a timely and professional manner well worth the longer driver to this store for service.
This is exactly what you would expect from a cell phone store. I deducted points because when I was in, a salesman was try very hard to up sell us to significantly more expensive phones than we came in for. Im not a fan of high pressure sales, so we left and got the phones we wanted from Best Buy instead, with no pressure.
Today was fast friendly service. Thanks to the young man who assisted in the process.
They Lied to Us. We had a iPhone 5 that got damaged. We took it in for a replacement. it was under warranty. We sat there for 1 hour while they acted busy by trying to adjust our plan. They did nothing, but increase our rate, and said they placed an insurance claim on our phone. We waited and waited and our new phone never came. We contacted the company and they said they had no record of an insurance plan being filed! The associate in the store assured us that he was filing a claim for us. NEVER HAPPENED. Then we called them, wondered why we were in the store for almost an hour and 1/2 it was because the Store rep just adjusted our plan so we could pay more to att!. The phone was never replaced. We were so disgusted with the whole thing that we let our contract run out.
Finally an AT&T store that fixed my phone instead of passing the buck they did a great job five stars fellows
I do not understand why the negative reviews on here. Every single time I have gone to the store they are very helpful and treat you with the utmost respect. Yes, ATT is a bit more expensive than the others and they will try to up sell you, but that is their job right. Darren at the store is simply amazing!
Customer service is below zero! Representatives are not eager to help customers. They act like they dont care what customer says they just wanna clock out and go home quick. Very disappointing about the service!

Store manager Tito solved our problem in 5 minutes. It was a billing problem that carried over from the previous month that I had been on the phone with AT&T for 1:51 minutes. I had made up my mind that if we didn’t get the issue solved today we were switching to Verizon after being AT&T customers for 23 years. Thank you Tito for the prompt, friendly, curbside service today.

I went to the store to get info on family plan and new iphone(Xs, Xs Max) BOGO offer. I was not informed they have released new promotion on BOGO. You need to either have internet connetion or Direct TV as per new promo. While I was in store, I wasn’t informed about this. So I go to store 2 days after to buy a family plan of 4 lines and get 4 iphones. I waited in the store for about 50 minutes to wait for my turn. Customer Representative came to me and informed me about the details and told me that you have to have either internet or Direct Tv. Promotion has been released on September 26th. I was like I was in this store on that day, but I was not informed of this. Manager comes and provides me different options. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, Provided wrong information to Customer. Emplyees need to be trained on promotion information. As per them, they provide info to store before 5 days. Very disappointed and Upset with At&t service. Never expected this from Att.

We went to get cases and screen protectors and while stock on hand was limited, Jared went above and beyond, going to a different store to get what we needed. By the time we returned, not only did he have the needed stock, he had it installed on our phones.

Sales person was to busy checking his phone and instead of helping me with a phone or telling me about special offers I had to ask the questions and got very vague answers. It was an hour from closing and he was busy texting.
