The team were very friendly and although I was running late they still got me in and out in excellent time.She was super friendly and although it was my first time there she made me feel like shed known me for ever.Highly recommended for a family eye doctor.
Easy, efficient online request for an appointment, received a call to verify soon after. This was my first experience at an eye doctor and it was very thorough and all of my questions were answered.
We were scheduled on very short notice after my granddaughter s glasses broke just before leaving on trip. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Very appreciative to Grene Vision. Regular Derby office booked but main office searched all local offices and were able to get us in to another Wichita office within 1 and 1/2 hours.
Staff is so kind and helpful. I was in and out in no time. Dr. Carson was patient and answered my questions appropriately. She didnt make me feel like I was wasting her time with my questions. The friendly young lady at the front desk was super kind, I observed her answering the phones, scheduling, and taking her time with a patient who needed to pick up her glasses, then the patient wanted a little more adjustment on her frames, several times, all with a smile on her face. I think I have found my new eye doctor. Thank you Dr. Carson and staff for making my first visit there memorable.
I made my daughters vision appointments a week prior. I received a reminder call the day before. Once we arrived at the office to check in, we were informed that masks are a requirement. Why didnt he scheduler/receptionist tell me this over the phone? We left immediately. I could have saved my family this huge inconvenience. The staff were wearing masks thats should be all thats needed. No other business in Wichita has this requirement, especially Walmart, Target, Dillons, Lowes, or Home Depot, where hundreds of people go daily. However, I use curbside service. I also havent taken my daughters anywhere during this pandemic. I thought a vision office would be different since its a small facility and they need their vision checked. I didnt think Grene Vision would force its belief upon the patients.
The front desk was incredibly friendly. The appointments are quick. The prices are within a reasonable range. I appreciate everyone who works there. Glad I picked them to assist me.
Everyone was very helpful and very pleasant to work with.. The entire team made me comfortable and I felt confidence in their skills to identify and treat my injury. My only suggestion is that you suggest helpful apps that aid with the cost of perceptions at the pharmacy.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful office staff. Great atmosphere! Dr Carson is one of the best eye doctors Ive ever been to. This visit was for my yearly eye exam. After my exam she answered all my questions about my concerns and made suggestions on what would help me to see better. I would highly recommend this office and of course Dr Carson!
The receptionist was inviting, I was taken straight back and taken care of, great customer.service. Ashley was very professional and knowledgeable, she explained what waa going on throughout the vision exam. The lady that helped Me pick out my glasses was a great help, very patient and understanding she helped me pick out the perfect pair and customizations for just me. This will be my permanent place for any vision or glasses in the future.
Dr. Carson is professional, friendly, and fast. She’s a great listener to what is going on with your eyes. Love her!
The front staff was very nice. I liked the doctor. Nursing staff was not friendly at all. Did not care for her. Being in medical profession caring is number one key, exspecially being new patient. That would keep me from going back.
Its nice to find a place where you are the patient. Theres not 700 of you in the office. In other words, it was a small convenient cozy very comfortable experience. Now I cant wait to they see how my glasses work ... Looking forward to that
Dr. Carson was very thorough and answered all my questions. I has a pleasant calming visit. I only waited a few minutes before my exam! All the staff are very kind and helpful.
They were all very helpful and polite. I felt very comfortable there. The lady that fitted me for my new glasses was very informative and gave me some suggestions on getting help on my insurance coverage. I was very great DIL to them and would highly recommend them to anyone needing glasses.
I overslept and missed my follow up appointment for an infection and yearly exam. They didnt give me any grief over the missed appointment (I dont normally miss appointments and I do apologize). There were no open appointment times til after the first of the year. This would have left me without proper vision for the duration. But my fault. However, they called me back within a few minutes with an immediate opening. Thank you!
Update to my Update: After speaking with Rain (sp?) on Friday the 3rd, and being assured that my issues were being addressed, I called back for an update on Mon the 6th. Rain seemed surprised that I had called back so quickly but assured me she should have news for me by tomorrow/Tuesday. Heard nothing on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, and when I called Friday afternoon, I was told she had already gone home for the day. I had been told my glasses order was cancelled, but no refund has been issued and no sense of whats going on has been conveyed to me. At this point, it seems as if they have just stolen over $200 from me and I have nothing to show for it.Update: I heard back from the office manager over this location, who was extremely apologetic and was able to cancel that order so I can go to a different location with better selection. I truly felt my voice was heard and that I got actual customer service rather than the usual oh, heres a $10 gift card blow off a lot of companies do these days. I highly recommend Grene Vision Group over all.----Original review:My experience with the front office staff and Dr. Carson herself was phenomenal. There was an issue with my VSP benefit not registering correctly and the receptionist literally spent half an hour trying to get in contact with VSP to get it fixed, even after being hung up on 5 times.The tech did not give me a hard time because my eyelashes were interfering with the screening tests and Dr. Carson was very patient with me as I had her go back to one, please? so many times.I was thrilled with my visit...until I was told to go sit and wait to see the optician to order my glasses. Half an hour later, longer than the exam took, the optician brought me back to her tiny cave of a showroom. She never introduced herself and offered any pleasantries. I picked up her name, Bailey, by looking at her name tag.Since she wasnt being polite, I started off by saying I hoped she was having a good day. Her response: I need a break. The next 5 minutes or so were spent with me just sitting there quietly while she pounded on her keyboard, and then she finally started asking me what options I wanted. Youd have thought that since I was getting all the most expensive options available, shed have perked up a bit. Nope. She eventually just told me to go find a frame I liked. I tried asking questions about the frames, where brands were, etc, and she acted like she didnt know anything about them. Couldnt even tell me if they carried Oakley. Considering the entire showroom was the size of a small bedroom in a small house, its highly unlikely she didnt know what she had, and was just taking it out on me that she, apparently, didnt get a break.After I placed my order she tried to rush me out, and I had to ask how long it would take. When she told me it was going to be two weeks, I asked why it would take that long since a lot of places can make them on-site in a day. She acted like she had never heard of such a thing and acted like I was lying. I told her Id like to cancel my order and she got huffy with me, saying that that would require her to contact the big bosses and then just stared at me. I just said thats fine.After 5 minutes of her pounding on her keyboard again and complaining that places dont make glasses in a day, or if they do, they arent any good, I finally gave up and just told her to keep my order in, and then left.All in all, I would definitely visit this location for an exam, but I would never, ever buy another pair of glasses from here as long as Bailey is lurking in her cave with her bad attitude.

I really like Dr. Carson and the atmosphere of her office. I have a special needs daughter whom I feel comfortable taking with me if I can not get a sitter because of the small family like atmosphere of the office. I felt that she was welcomed as well.
I had a great experience with Dr. Carson. As soon as i put the new contacts in i saw a tremendous difference compared to my old prescription, she definitely got it right lol. I found me a great new eye doctor. Check her out
This was my first time using Grene Vision Group, and it was a nice experience. I got caught up with work and ended up being late for my appointment. They were patient with this issue and helped me through the process of getting set up with them. I was well taken care of by the receptionits, vision tech, Dr. Carson herself, and the accountant. It was a very comfortable and welcoming environment.
Dr. Carson was awesome! She & her staff are efficient & friendly. I was in & out quickly! I would absolutely recommend this office!

Ashley R. Carson, seemed to be offish and short with questions asked her. She seem to be agitated with me when I could not recall when my last prescription for my glasses had been done. Although she appears nice you will find her to be short or somewhat condescending impression after leaving office.
