Kristina was amazing in helping me find a frame when mine broke, I have a high prescription and eye care needs and it helped me untill I could get to the low vision clinic Im use too. They were really kind and willing to help.

I paid for a contact fitting and the script she wrote me at was way off, I could still not see clearly. I called and let her know and she failed to do anything to help the situation unless I paid for another fitting.
