Very nice and helpful place. Also very professional and knowledgeable. I was really happy with my experience.

I had the best service with every single employee in the vision department. From start to finish they took great care of me, explained all of my options and helped me choose the best pair of glasses. Delores was wonderful and another woman (I can’t remember her name) is also very helpful!

Picked up my new glasses today which are the same exact prescription as my current o ea I just wanted a backup pair that was plastic frames instead of metal. I told the lady theyre blurry which shouldnt be as its not a new prescription. She told me if the prescription changed any it will take getting used to. Uh I JUST said its same script! I told her 3 times its the same prescription and she assured me that it was the right prescription. I took them and my prescription card to the place I get my daughters glasses and what do ya know...the prescription was jacked up!

My glasses broke on Christmas Eve of all days! I was so stressed and worried I wouldnt be able to have new ones until after Christmas. Luckily the girl working the vision center was AWESOME. She took her time finding a pair my lenses could fit into and was friendly the whole time. So glad I was lucky enough to replace my glasses so quickly and with amazing service!!!

Called in to schedule an appointment and I asked if they worked with VSP and was told yes, The lady then proceeded to tell me what my benefits would be. After I talked with VSP myself they said that I was quoted wrong from Wal-Mart vision. When I called back and explained this the lady said she would call vsp and figure it out. I asked if she would call and let me know when it got figured out and she said yes. After not hearing from them I called in to see if they had everything taken care of and she said yes and proceeded to tell me what they quoted me earlier was correct. I questioned as to why I was told different from VSP when I talked to him. She asked me to hold and came back a few minutes later and said sorry they dont actually work with VSP and they are considered an out of network provider. Thanks for not doing your job as I could have scheduled with an in network provider before they closed. It is a shame you even have to give 1 star.
