I had an amazing experience here. They were more than helpful in fitting contacts and making sure I had some to wear. Highly recommended for the eyeglasses check as well. It was one of the cheapest in the area at around $80.
Was in a bind and needed to get a new prescription ASAP. Insurance just kicked in and my regular Optometrist could not get me in for at least another month.Kessler was open on a Saturday which was a need so I skeptically scheduled an appointment for the first Saturday they had open.Everything started off normally until I got into the back for eye readings. Kessler did not have the necessary equipment for my astigmatism which was worrisome but then came Dr. Scott with a bit of genius, intuition and/or insane ability to think outside the box with all sorts of tools and to get me taken care of. There wasn’t much of a change in my prescription (thankfully) minus one large detail - The axis was completely off and had it not been for having to manually check my astigmatism, this wouldn’t have been found.TL:DR - Dr. Whitney Scott at Kessler is a definite recommend. She was patient, caring and as stated - a bit of a genius :) I just picked up my glasses yesterday and the difference is extremely noticeable. Thank you!
I had an impromptu eye appointment after work today, and was delighted with my experience. The girls were all super nice and very helpful. This will be my new go-to for eye care, and I recommend them highly!
I have been a patient of Kessler eye care for over 10 yrs. I can not speak highly enough about this practice. I have had the pleasure of receiving exams and eye care from all of the doctors there. Every time it was above and beyond my expectations. They are all very professional, knowledgeable and have a truly vested interest in their patients. I could see going anywhere else for my familys eye care.
I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam about a week ahead of time. When I showed up for my appointment, the nice receptionists got me checked in and led me to the examination room to wait for the doctor. About 10 minutes later, she came back to inform me that neither of the doctors showed up and that I would have to reschedule. Not her fault, but to say I was disappointed in the experience is in understatement.
I recently had to switch eye doctors due to having new insurance my old one didn’t take and I am SO happy with the switch. I have been to Kessler Eye Care on several occasions this year alone due to various issues with my eyes and have been amazed with the staff and service every time. Dr Scott is awesome, so kind and friendly. The ladies upfront are also very polite and professional. I have zero complaints and recommend them to everyone.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They do not care about their patients! Especially if they’re not getting paid. I will never go back. It would be worth your time to look for a different eye doctor to visit!
Ive been a several-year customer of Kessler eyecare, and so has my wife and two daughters. Although Ive never had to wait very long when I do a walk in visit, most times we make an appointment, show up 10 minutes early to update our information, and were seen promptly. This week, my daughter and I all had appointments and were all done within an hour, and I even had a contact lens fitting. The staff has always been friendly and professional and theyre good about answering all our questions, and weve never had a billing problem with them. And I like the fact that I can get fitted for contacts, but can get my prescription and purchase my contacts on-line for significant cost savings, because my insurance doesnt pick up my lens cost.
We came in with more than an hour and a half before their office closed. We came in with an emergency and needed to see am eye doctor as soon as possible. When we got to the front desk and told the receptionist what was going on she literally laughed, then said weve taken our last patient for the day, sorry. Are you kidding me?! One eye exam and you have an hour and a half till you close and your doctor cant see my husband to help flush his eye. Absolutely ridiculous. If you arent going to take patients then change your time and remove your walk ins welcome sign at least 4 hours before you close. We will NEVER go back to that place for any reason and I will make it well known across social media how we were treated.
I have been going there for seven years. On my last visit, I had to fill out an updated form which was a waste of my time because they already had all the correct information. The doctor asked if I had seen them before. The receptionist were unaware with what my insurance covered which should have been checked before I showed up sinced they knew I was coming for over 6 months. The receptionist runs you through different eye tests but never tells you what they are for or how they went. Nor do you ever find out. Since the receptionist did NOT know how much my insurance would cover, she was going to check for me and call me back so I could order my contacts over the phone that day. But as I was leaving the mall after shopping the receptionist was outside. I guess making things happen quickly doesnt apply to her. And she NEVER did call me back that day. So, I guess I will call her and tell her to just order the contacts and while she is at it- DELETE MY ACCOUNT because I deserve better service. I have NEVER been satified with this office and just stayed there to avoid paperwork/time to switch.
This doctor has the worst attitude and customer service I have ever experienced. She doesn’t care about making sure your eyes are taken care of in the slightest. She also is in such a hurry she didn’t even come close to giving me the right prescription. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!
Ive been coming here for several years. I love the doctors and the staff. Ive always gotten in promptly and never had to wait. Very friendly, great doctors, great service.
They are very accommodating and helpful with offering a solution to correct my overly stressed eyes.
