Let me start with if youre paying out of pocket, 100% worth going here! I went in with a budget and left with glasses that cost less than that number.Valerie was so very helpful! She helped me understand my prescripted lenses better. She also helped me choose a frame! My glasses were originally supposed to be ready in 3-4 weeks but she was able to have them ready in an hour after ordering them! Valerie made me feel like my vision matters. She felt more like a friend than worker and that is what I enjoy seeing in the business area. Everyone in store were all helping accordingly as well! They took there time but they also did not take very long either. Wait time was 5 minutes or less. I definitely will be returning!

The glasses I bought were cute and I got them for a good price. Robert made sure to offer me a coupon discount of $60 off my purchase and 1-year warranty on the frames. Above and beyond service. There was a problem with original prescription. Staff did everything possible to fix. Replaced lenses on corrected prescription at no charge even though it was the eye doctor’s error. Robert was absolutely fantastic in explaining everything and making sure glasses were right. After having mixed results using online retailers, I decided to go to Eyemart. I already had a frame in mind and was lucky enough to get them at the store. Robert provided insightful information about my new glasses and the different options Eyemart offered. The price was reasonable for out-of-pocket (used insurance to buy contacts so I couldnt use it for glasses). I picked them up today, thinking I wouldnt get them until after New Years. I had an excellent experience at EyeMart Express. Valerie exhibited her knowledge of eye glasses explaining the different lense features that would meet my personal activities both inside and outside and most importantly my vision needs. She explained the benefits of my insurance as well as the warranty benefits of EyeMart Express. My purchase allowed for a single vision pair of glasses free which I chose sunglasses and I am very pleased with them. I am an avid runner, participate in water classes, and enjoy being outside. My sunglasses are perfect for all those activities. I also had the pleasure to witness another associate provide excellent customer service to a person with special needs. He was patient in explaining the eye needs the customer had which included single vision and bifocals. Thank you Valerie for leading an excellent team at EyeMart Express Rock Rd.

I came in 40 minutes before closing. As soon as I signed in three other customers walked in right after me. For some reason, the other people behind me got all helped before I did. When it was finally my turn, the Jen lady rushed me and I could sense that she just wanted to go home. The other associate, however, was still helping other customers and they were getting their glasses done right then and there. It was so frustrating! I had to drive back and forth to this location so many times to get my glasses done right and I don’t even live in Wichita. I am never going back to this Rock Rd location again.

We visited the Rock Road location and were helped by Robert. He was through in his explanation of the glasses, deals and policy of trying on glasses during these COVID-19 times. Once my son had decided on which glasses he wanted, Robert explained the next steps to him and made sure Sebastian knew exactly what to expect. He told us his glasses would be ready within 7 days and that we would receive text messages indicating when they were ready. To my delight, we received a text message THE NEXT DAY saying there were ready for pickup. We went in and once again Robert gave impeccable service. You receive a year warranty on the frames and we elected to purchase a year warranty on the lenses as well. Other than them being lost or stolen EVERYTHING else is covered. You also receive free refills on the eyeglass cleaner. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. I’m going to go in next week and get myself a pair of glasses. This process took sometime, as I was originally atopoing in Eyemart Express for the first time to get prescription sunglasses. It had already been 7 weeks since my eye exam and order with another company and Amanda mentioned there service was quick.

Sherri helped me pick out my new prescription sunglasses. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. Indicated that glasses would be ready in under an hour, but my schedule didnt allow me to wait or come back later that day. Recd a text message within an hour that my glasses were ready. Eyemart was always one of my favorite places when my kids were little. They always go above and beyond. I went there looking to spend at least $150 on one pair of glasses. Ended up spending less than $100 for 2 pair. Not to mention that they were ready in less than an hour. I am very happy with the service that I received .🙂

They wasted my time I went 3 times to get my glasses. I was told by someone named Robert that they didnt know how to process my insurance so he would have his boss do it when she came in. Here it is 3 days later and nothing was done.

Reasonable prices with a good selection of frames. Done very quickly in my case and the prescription seems done perfectly. My regular glasses got ran over when I had my sunglasses on while walking. I was relieved to get regular glasses so quickly. I got lined bifocals for a change but progressive lenses were also available same day. If I change my mind within 30 days I can pay the difference and change the lenses.

Pleasant experience going in and picking out my frames with Amanda.Go in the next day to pick them up...took forever sitting and waiting. Had to go to the restroom which they will not let you use and they tell you to go next door to Qdoba....and loose your place in line (you have to sign in at the door).

Honestly, I came in just to try on glasses, to see what I liked, to order cheaper online. Turns out, after coatings, warranty, etc, it was actually cheaper to buy here, with the bonus of great in-person customer service. I bought two pairs! Robert is very friendly and professional. No high-pressure sales, and even recommended a pair that happened to be cheaper, because it would work better with my prescription. Great sense of humor. I will definitely be back, and will recommend them to others.

I have now bought 4 pairs of glasses from here. They have done an excellent job every time making sure that I was satisfied in every way. I had a lot of eye problems initially, including eye surgery, that caused my prescription to change after I had purchased the first pair. EyeMart Express worked with me to change my lenses over a number of months so that I ended up with the correct prescription. Even with the other 3 pairs I bought, each time there was no hassle/problem when I wanted the lenses remade to satisfy me. (I wear progressives and am really picky about my field of vision.). I have full time progressive glasses, 2 pairs of reading glasses, and sunglasses now purchased. Everyone there has been wonderful to work with. I have now come back after my cataract surgery to get new glasses since my prescription has changed. As before, I had excellent service. No complaints, only praise for how friendly and competent Robert was. Love the people there!! And they all remembered me [is that good or bad?!!!]

I live 2 hours away and seen the commercial on TV. I decided to stop while I was in Wichita And I was impressed to say the least. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I ordered 2 pair of glasses And They were done within 4 hours. A+ in my book. Its been 2 weeks and my glasses still fit and are working fine.

When you go through the front door, make sure you go to the counter along the back wall to sign in. If there’s several people already there, you’ll be called in the order of the sign-in sheet. There were probably a half dozen names ahead of mine, but I wasn’t bothered as there were many, many frames to look at and try on. I had the good fortune to be helped by Robert. He wasn’t a hard-sell kind of guy. Instead, he shared his knowledge with me - and my options - in a very kind and friendly manner. It was an enjoyable experience and I look forward to the text telling me my new glasses are ready to be picked up.

Wonderful place!!!! I first visited this store in Aug, ordered 2 pair of glasses, one sunglasses the other regular. I ordered 2 different frames. After a few days I decided that I didnt like the frames. I have worn glasses for about 30 years and have never not liked a pair of frames. But this pair just didnt fit m face right and I decided I would bite the bullet and pay for another pair.Once in the store, I explained my situation. I posed maybe I could just exchange the frame for the same price or lower and then pay for the lenses. Much to my surprise, the exchanged my frame and lenses at no extra cost to me. They were very nice and accommodating. I have and will continue to recommend all my friends and family to this location. They are outstanding! And I love my glasses! I worked with Crystal when I ordered them and Robert when I went back. Both great people to work with!Last week my mom got 2 pair of glasses. She was very happy with them and they were very prompt with the order, they had to wait for her lenses as they dont stock them. After a few days she felt like the tent she got for her reading, was too dark. She has recently had cataracts removed and was bothered by the glare. We returned to see if they could lighten the tent, prepared to pay for new lenses if they couldnt. They could lighten it and within a few hours, she had her glasses back and is very happy with them. Once again, I can not say enough good things about this place! She worked with Lena and Robert.
