Cvs automated line called informing me to pick up my prescription. The prescription I picked up turned out to be a reissue of a prior prescription which actually stated no refills. Upon realizing the error I took the prescription back but was informed that I could not get my money back but that they would mark in their system not to refill this prescription which is actually marked no refills.
The cashier at this place is not professional at all. I bought about 10 products and they gave me a little bag. Besides that my mom and I forgot the mask and this cashier in a very rude way she told my mom and me that next time we would use masks. I am sorry if this person is having a bad day but I am a costumer and his job is to serve me in a good way and with a smile on his face.
I went in to use the restroom. Theres two bathrooms, one for public and the other labeled with an 8x11 piece of yellow paper, EMPLOYEE RESTROOM.I walked into the public restroom and realized that there was no toilet paper. So, I used the employee restroom. As I was walking out, a middle aged male employee was walking down the hallway and after I passed him he mumbled under his breath, I guess you dont know how to read.What an inconsiderate thing to say, nevermind the poor workmanship of not keeping the bathroom stocked but to say something so demeaning to a stranger/customer. I hope his day is better tomorrow...Needless to say, I will not be going to CVS again.
I have been searching all over the place for a new product called Nano Bio Protect. Susana w/CVS searched & found this product for me & then she took the time to educate me on other products only this CVS offers! Susana did an awesome job on her CS skills! Thank you again & I will be back to this CVS store!
This morning I placed an online order for a 4x6 mounted photo panel. This afternoon I go to pick it up only to be told it wasnt ready and that their store didnt even have the 4x6 panel to complete my order. I wish I would have asked for the name of the girl who helped me, she was great! She assured me they would make it right and offered to make an 8x6 right then and there for the price of the 4x6. Of course I took her up on it. We printed the 8x6 to find the picture was blurry so she took the time to help me get another picture off my phone and made sure that I was happy with everything. This location is a little out of my way but I picked the wrong location when I placed my order and will now be going back to this location because of the great service I received today. I really feel like this girl went above and beyond today and it was very much appreciated.
Drive thru is very very slow
I prefer over Walgreens. Seems easier to navigate and find what I need plus more convenient to where I live
Doris, the manager or the employer of this places made me buy to candies because a needed two bags for myself and the attitude that she had towards me and my brother were totally unpleasant
