Cookies are always overdone and priced are way too high for what they offer. I dont recommend

I’m hoping we had a rare experience and based on the positive reviews it appeared we did. The serving sizes were incredibly small for a scoop of ice cream and the Sunday’s were laughable. Little to no topping and then a bunch of bad looking whip cream just laying there. They automatically put nuts on top which seemed completely normal years ago but given the allergy scares of today, we’ve grown accustomed to them never bring put on without request. Too many other good choices nearby to take a chance on this place improving. This being said, the Baskin Robbins on the east side is very good.

Stood in the store for over 5 minutes ( the only customer inside) and couldnt get as much as a greeting as both worthless employees were running drive thru. I planned to spend quite a bit but with that extreme lack of customer service Ill happily take my money elsewhere.

Ice cream is very good. They have a kids-size cone. Prices are good, but Braums (@ 21st & Ridge) prices are a little better. I recommend the chocolate peanut butter ice cream :-) They have coffee and espresso, and cookies, but so far, I have only tried the ice cream.

Good cookies, but WAY overpriced. I paid over $40 for 2 dozen standard sized cookies. No discount for buying a large quantity. Girl working wasn’t overly pleasant and seemed irritated that I wanted a box instead of a bag (I was purchasing the cookies as a gift for someone). If you are going to pay such a high price for cookies, at least go to one of the sweet treat shops in town with good service.

They gave a very professional experience, had plenty of cookies and ice cream in stock, and the prices arent bad. Im sure once this place has their grand opening specials they will be busier than a beehive. Its a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth on the west side!

Service was fast and friendly. Coffee and cookies were delicious. Great place to hang out. Will have to stop in again.

What can I say, ice cream and cookies. Delicious. Nice, clean dessert restaurant, good, friendly service. A little pricey for cookies and ice cream, though.

Very quaint and calm atmosphere lots to choose from kids love coming here for a scoop of ice cream after PMA class.

We tried several of their cookies and they were so good! They were fresh, chewy and crunchy. We already love Baskin Robbins, so their cookies are just an added bonus.

Ive been here a couple times and I always loved it it always smells amazing its never too busy when I go and ice creams & Cookies and everything its just amazingly delicious but its kind of like weird that the girls behind the counter are wearing like running shorts not all of them but some of them and that is really weird

Double doozies should be outlawed but they are so good.

I was disappointed and left empty handed. I was so excited to go try a upright banana split or upside down milkshake shown on the website here. Although they share a store with Baskin Robbins they do not offer any ice cream items off there menu here. Only cookies, brownies, and coffees. So excited to try it and so let down leaving and the worst thing was when a employee and a manager both told me I was thinking of Dairy Queen I was even more confused. Nestle needs a custom menu for this store since it doesnt offer most items listed on the regular menu.

Baskin robbins is great but the nestle side is ridiculous expensive. Really expensive
