Store seemed cluttered with papers all over, I do not know who was manager but seemed to be one person always trying to talk over the associate that was helping me pay my bill. And I am not one to talk about fashion trust me, but one gal had tennis shoes on and the talking over girl had a shirt with her shoulders cut out? Did not seem very professional at all but in the end my bill was paid and thats what matters.

We didn’t plan on getting a ring when we stopped in but when we saw they had Disney Enchanted Belle wedding ring - my heart was gone 🥰 Nina was the sweetest, most patient, informative, over the top lovey! We had a little hiccup with the ring they had in stock but she ordered a brand new one in my size and it came in promptly and perfect. Definitely recommend!!

Not ever too busy to get great service and a staff that will pay attention to your needs and wants. Will visit the Town West location as their staff seems to be the best. They remember you have a budget, you have style preferences, and can get you certain pieces to look at by request and dont guilt you into getting something if youre not happy with selection or price. Will return and always do. (Always pay my bill in store to check out deals and new arrivals.)

I love Zales. When we purchased my wedding set here the salesman was very informative about the quality of the diamonds explaining what the letters meant on the diamond color chart.

Wish they would have updated there store hours I couldnt get thru via phone, figured the salesman might be with someone else so called the east store and they confirmed yes the store should be open. Got there at 715 and its closed!?. I get it Towne West is a joke right now but if you have posted hours of 10-9 then be open when you say your going to be open!

Came in the weekend before Christmas so it was a busy day there, not sure the name of the employee but she asked what we were looking for and I explained o was looking for tourquise earrings, she said okay and moved on the next customer. I asked another employee for help and she explained they didnt carry tourquise earrings. That would have been nice to know from the first woman. 😤

Bought my wife’s $14,000 wedding set from there with the added insurance. 2 years after we got married she noticed the diamond had a chip in it. Went to this store to claim the insurance and get a new diamond with our paper work. Ring went in December 8th 2017 and when it came back in in January the diamond went down in size and went from a G to a H in clairity. We did not accept the ring and put the paper work side to side and this store marked out our certified paper work showing it was a 1.15k diamond and wrote under the weight as a 1.08 diamond. Weighing the diamond with the chip. Told the worker that the manager Cat needed to call me. The next day I got a phone call telling me that we actually got a really good deal because our diamond weighed out at a 1.08 and they gave us a 1.10 diamond. She was very rude and told me that she has a trained eye and couldn’t tell a difference in the clarity between a G and a H. After a heated conversation on the phone putting my wife in tears she told us that is all she could do and asked when we would be in to pick the ring up. I called customer service right away and explained my story and I was immediately put though to management . David at customer service immediately wanted to know the store # and managers name. The ring was shipped back the next day and customer service was amazing. The ring came back in the second time February 15th with no call from the store. Received a call from David at customer service asking if we receive the ring. I replied no I have not heard from the store. Ring was sitting in the store for 3 days with no phone call. Decided to show up with my wife on the 18th and the manager immediately went to the safe to get the ring. I asked why we have not got a phone call and she stated it’s been crazy with valentines days. Manages tone was 100 times different trying to make small talk. My response was very short and explained we will not be back to this store. Zales customer service put a bigger diamond in than we originally had. A++++ for customer service and these ratings don’t go low enough for this store and the manger. Stay away

I bought a new wedding band on April 28th and paid the rush fee to resize it. The ring was suppose to be back on may 5th and they called on the 3rd to inform me they have to send it elsewhere and it wont be ready until may 17th them it changed 2 more times now its June 14th and they wont tell me when my ring will be on and ready for pick up
