Flint Hills Spas is the place to go. Dont waste your time wondering around someplace begging for attention. I casually went in with a friend and Mike at the west location was knowledgeable, could answer my questions and showed me around. He was honest about the length of time and shipments. Didnt over promise, which I could appreciate that from a salesperson stand point! It also gave me time to coordinate cement/electrical installation so the sale to the delivery was perfect.

Bret did an excellent job of explaining the hot tub features and options. Delivery to Topeka went without a hitch. Very helpful and informative customer service. We need a platform built to make it sit level as our patio has a slope. It would have been nice to have known this in advance but they have provided the information needed to have one built. Would highly recommend them for your hot tub needs!

I emailed them initially asking for information and Jamil responded back quickly. He was super helpful. My wife and I went in to their east store and worked with Dave. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We felt ZERO pressure and he steered us away from options he knew we wouldnt want and kept things within the price range we wanted. He was professional and we had fun picking out our hot tub.When it came to the delivery, the team was efficient in getting it in place. They initially were concerned about driving on our lawn until I told them it was fine. That showed that they werent only concerned with the easiest way to get it to where it needed to be, but also aware that home owners might not like their lawn damaged by vehicles. They unloaded it quickly but took care to make sure the hot tub wasnt damaged. They set it up and the guy in charge of the filling, hookups, stayed around to answer ALL our questions, showed us how to operate it, etc.We had an issue recently where after refilling the hot tub, one of our jet series wasnt working. We called and talked it through with their team. They were convinced that it was just an air bubble in the pump line and gave us recommendations on how to clear it out. I ended up letting it set for a day or so and it cleared up on its own. I cancelled the service call we were trying to setup. Their diagnosis was dead on!Weve gone into their store to talk with them about chemicals and maintenance. I never feel like Im being fed a line or given information thats in error. Theyll tell me if they arent sure and look up the right information if they dont know the answer right away. I respect a company that will do that. Their customer service has been outstanding since we purchased the hot tub a year ago through today and well continue to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a hot tub or needing one serviced!

Our experience thus far has been excellent. I first emailed a request to flint hills spas asking about hot tubs as I did with a few other places. Jamil emailed me back within an hour and had several options with pricing sent to me. All of them fit the specifics that I requested. He followed up with me a few times. When we went to Wichita we visited one other place first. We did not receive the same service we did when we walked into flint hills. Brett was our sales guy and he was extremely knowledgeable. He never tried to push us to spend more... he was mainly focused on our needs and that we purchased what we really wanted. He also suggested a great lunch spot where we made our decision to purchase a j-355 hot tub. Thanks, Flint Hills, for making this a fun and seamless purchase!

I did extensive research on spas and I received A great education from Deb & Jamille. I did end up purchasing a spa and I hope the delivery and service are as good the experiences so far!!

The Flint Hills staff is very helpful and there sales people are never pushy or use Aggressive sales techniques. That is truly what i love about both stores! My wife and I have checked out both locations three different times and was never pressured into buying anything! We did our homework and did not impulse buy like we usually do. We went in price checking swim spas. Brett Chapman spent almost two hours running numbers and answering a ton of questions. He wasn’t pushy at all and he was very knowledgeable of their products. When he said we wouldn’t find a better price, he was right! We checked!! All in all, we are very happy with the service. Can’t wait for our hot tub to get here!

First time doing business with Flint Hills Pools and Spas. I was in the market for pool chemicals. Called the day before to obtain pricing. Call was very courteous and chemical pricing very competitive. Went in the next day to purchase and was very impressed with how the merchandise was displayed and the cleanliness of the store. The employee that waited on me was very pleasant and helpful. Good experience.

I went in to purchase a spa on 3-23-19. Nate helped me and was very courteous and easy to work with. If he did not have the information for questions I had he found out the answer for me. He did not try to over sell me and listened when I explained what I wanted or needed. The sale went well, took little time after I decided what I wanted and I was given all the paperwork. Now just waiting on my spa to come in. :) I would absolutely recommend them for the sales experience and believe the finished product and installation will be just as exceptional.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to write down information I needed for hot tub care. The location on the west side is so convenient and I have appreciated the coupons that I have received toward purchase of chemicals.I recently went to the west location to purchase supplies for draining and refilling our spa. The salesman was very helpful in telling me what I needed and I was able to use a recent coupon and punch card for further discounts. I was also happy to see the locations are open until 6:00 on weekdays. Date 10/24/19
