Very nice restrooms. Seems if I ask the same question about my pool, I get a completely different answer -- every time that I go in... I keep asking, hoping for a better solution. I feel as though they come up with answers and products off the cuff. Like they are being creative, but not by using knowledge or research.

My husband and I just recently purchased a new home last week that has an inground pool, I came into the store and spoke with Constantine he was so very helpful and gave me easy to follow directions to get our pools levels under control.definitely recommend them!

We stopped by the East store late in the day just to check hot tubs before we met with the contractor. I built a pool years ago and was very happy with Ultra Modern, bought patio furniture as well. Today, so disappointing! I asked some questions but the woman was rather rude and dismissive. My husband walked out. He said he wouldn’t buy anything from her. The guy, was better but really seemed uninterested. I don’t know their names but apparently we were not welcome 30 minutes before closing.

HOT TUB PURCHASE! Dropped in after checking out a couple other places and absolutely loved working with Jeff. He is knowledgeable and not pushy in any way! As a customer I hate pushy sales people. We purchased on a Saturday, had it delivered that Thursday. We had taken in a water sample earlier that week and Jeff had us set up with what we would need to do on delivery day. If we have a question we can email and he replies quickly with an answer. We LOVE our hot tub! Thanks Jeff!!

I met Jeff and his team at the Kansas State Fair in 2019. We were buyers, but not quite in the market yet. I found that his approach was very similar to mine in that I never once felt pressure to buy. Jeff was very professional in what how he handled us. I felt like he was concerned about getting us exactly what we wanted, not just a sale. Moving forward 6 months and we were ready to buy. Having had horrible expierance with my local hot tub places, I was determined I was bringing my business to Jeff and Ultra Modern. Would you believe, I received the same amount of respect and quality treatment again. I was able to a quality product in a budget that made me feel like I won!Let me say, you owe it to yourself to check these guys out, dont waste your time with rest, when you can buy from the best!! I dont normally shop at Ultra Modern because their prices are high to me. However, they were the only ones that had my pool part in stock. I paid 3x the price at other stores, but hey I got what I needed.

Im using my sons account, but this means enough to me (Don Gribble) to do this. Ultramodern (Becky) went WAY BEYOND in terms of good customer service. They saw to it that our pool cleaner (purchased from another company) was replaced under warranty. Ultramodern had no obligation whatsoever to do this but just stepped forward to help. Very nice experience. Came in and explained the issue I was having for my pump and they diagnosed it and recommended a solution that ended up saving me hundreds.

Staff is nice but dont know what they are doing. I live a couple miles from that store but Ill drive clear across town to the west side to talk to Chris the general manager. At least there I know I can get my problem solved.

Wonderful employees a bit pricey

Ultra Modern was not the first store I visited when shopping for a hot tub. Why did I choose Ultra Modern? Thier staff was friendly, non pushy and most importantly properly trained. I was recommended to go to another pool store where the staff didn’t know anything about the tubs nor prices. Ultra Modern was the best quality for the price that was within my budget. Excellent customer service and still to this day continues to be friendly and helpful. I visit regularly to have my water tested by machine. Thank you guys! Keep up the excellent customer service. Hard to find these days.

Help was friendly and quick. The store was just a bit to small compared to the other location. Most of the pool supplies (connectors, baskets, etc.) are not on the floor but in a back room. Used to be able to browse and pick out what I need and pay and go. Now, if it is not on the floor, must wait for help to get the item..

Chemicals work great and they good advice on the proper steps to take to keep your water and filter in good order. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and they were still super helpful and helped load everything into my car. Great service!

I bought a spa at the State Fair this year. I originally wanted to be able to have music on my spa by using Bluetooth but the person I bought it from told me I needed speakers only not the stereo. The guy did not work for Ultra Modern, but after the sale I was given to one of the managers. I was disappointed they did not catch that issue prior to my spa being built. After the spa was installed and I realized it, I called. They were kind enough to give me a set of upgraded speakers but I have to spend another $1200.00 to have a stereo.As for the installation and working with the staff, they were all very kind and helpful. Definitely a first class operation in my opinion.

Deb helped us get just the right outdoor table in time for a family event. Even gave us a loaner table and exchanged equipment when what we ordered was not exactly right! Best customer service ever!!

I’ve recently purchased outdoor furniture from Ultra Modern Pools and Patio and as much as I love the furniture, I’ve got to say the entire experience of working with the staff at UM has been top notch. The customer service is truly 5 star and this includes everyone from the sales representative, Deb, who now feels like a good friend, to the incredibly courteous delivery guys. Great place. We have been doing business with them for 24 years. Bought our 2nd spa 3 years ago.

I purchased a pool from Ultra Modern in August 2016 and contracted installation with Will Grimmest, formerly of First Start Pools, now employed by Ultra Modern Pool and Patio. When he installed my 20x40 foot above ground pool he did not put any concrete under the side rails of the pool. The walls did not hold and he had to drain the pool and retroactively install concrete footings under the side rails. He also left my pool in a shallow depression when he excavated the ground, so all water that came over the side or any rain water collected at the base of the pool. It was very rainy last August and September and water sat at the base of the pool for weeks before it was dry enough for me to have someone backfill the dirt so the water would drain away from the pool. When I did try to have this done I realized Will had installed the pump and filter below grade and I had to have him come back and reinstall it above grade so I could fill the dirt in so water would stop pooling at the base of the pool.When I opened my pool this spring I realized the entire south end had sunk several inches and was no longer level. When I asked Ultra Modern for an explanation they insisted it was because I overfilled the pool once the past August, completely ignoring the fact that Wills negligence had caused my pool to sit with water at the base for weeks on end. At Wills recommendation I stopped treating the water in my pool while I waited for him to come fix the pool once again. He raised the south end and told me how to clean the pool and his recommendation led to the liner being ruined at which point he stated he would not be coming back to fix the pool any more.Ultra Modern insists it was Will who caused all the issues with my pool, and they are correct. However, they are still using him to install their pools, so beware when you buy a pool from them. They hire incompetent installers and then wash their hands of responsibility when that person does not do a good job.

Jeff at the East store was very helpful even correcting a delivery issue we had. We are still waiting on a fire pit cover which hopefully will be resolved soon. Ready to start enjoying our new furniture!

Jeff, Deb and all staff at the east side location were awesome from start to finish. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure my new above ground was everything I wanted and hoped for. I would highly recommend Ultra Modern to any one wanting a pool, they are the best!!

I get great help to opening my pool. They test the water and give me the answers to taking care of it. I trust them. They real know what you need and dont need .This is my 2nd year i get to use the pool. Thank you ultra modern pools thank you

There is a good selection here. Went in to research swim spas and was ignored the entire time we were there. My wife and I both even waved at a lady on the phone who did not acknowledge or wave back at either of us. We checked out the swim spa for a bit. Even turned it on ourselves with no assistance offered. Walked around the store a little more ignored the whole time so we left.

Love the customer service at the East store. Always very helpful. The west site is closer for us but we seem to get snubbed when we go there. Like they know and care we bought from the east store.

Nice place, nice selection of products, a little pricey compared to some other places but what we have purchased has been good quality. The wait time to be helped is usually longer than expected so dont make this one of your stops if your in a rush unless you know what you need.

These guys are great! Always very friendly, and very helpful in getting only the products that you need.

They had a sale price on a BBQ Grill with two different prices the sticker on the unit stated 2100.00 at 40 percent off with a new price of 1700.00 and there was another sale brochure in the BBQ unit for 1600.00 but they were sure where that came from it matched the model number for the unit the sales clerk could not explain he just took the 1600.00 brochure away and didnt come back with it.
