The shop technician was very helpful I have been battling a bad boy mower issue most of the week finally today along with the help from God I enough courage to ask for help technician Jeff was very helpful he gave me a few ideas and things to look at and praise the lord for the Jeffs willingness I found the problem (cracked filter head) Thanks for the help Jeff
