This Cub Cadet sales and service gets a five stars for having the product that I was looking to purchase. The sales representative gets four stars for being some what stand offish. I felt has if I was an inconvenience to him for interrupting something more important. When I arrived home with my new yard toy. I discovered in my paper work. There was no pamphlet or brochure showing how to operate the lawnmower. Has in how to install or remove the grass catcher or the mulch guard. I had to YouTube to get the information. Very disappointed that I spent over $600.00 for a product that comes with no guide or instructions. What paper work that was in the pouch was very vague.

Office staff had very poor customer service, not respectful of customers time (mine and others while I was there), made it sound like they were doing a huge favor for me whenever I asked a question, dont give estimates over the phone since they dont know much about the services they offer, and dont inform customers about estimate fee costs up front. FYI, they charge $48.38 to give you your equipment back if their mechanic convinces you it isnt worth the cost to fix it.The mechanic was knowledgeable and friendly though.Based on the office staffs attitude, I recommend going elsewhere.

Cheap options for renting a trailer but they have poor customer service and werent flexible on us bringing back a trailer just a little past closing. Would be nice if they had some sort of self check in so that I didnt have to pay for an entire weekend of not using a trailer.

Excellent customer service, called three other places first looking for a trailer tire nobody had because of Covid shortages. Chris had a suitable alternative that would fit my wheel and it was actually a far better tire. Took it in they fixed me up and I was on my way with new tires in 15 minutes.

Purchased a Cub Cadet riding mower. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The gentleman that delivered the mower was on time and did a nice job of explaining the mowers operation.

I brought in a boat trailer that had been transported from Florida and it was in poor shape mechanically due to corrosion from salt water. Chris went through the entire trailer and determined that just about everything mechanical needed replaced. Chris helped me determine whether the frame was structurally sound enough to continue with replacing the mechanical parts. It was. I consider the investigation Chris performed as going above and beyond and I truly appreciated his honest and straightforward approach. Chris also went the extra mile and removed all the rust from the frame, treated and painted the affected areas. The trailer looks brand new now! Great people and great service! My husband said his mower has never run as good as it does now.

This was the best experience I have had withva repair shop for any of my RV needs. I brought my dolly in bc I was suspicious of the the wheel bearings. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment but when I arrived they took the dolly immediately into the shop. I left figuring I wouldnt see it again for two weeks. In an hour, I got a call informing me that the seal surface had never been polished and both seals had failed. The brakebvb assy was loaded with grease and the shoes were saturated. I authorized the replacement, again figuring they wouldnt have parts and it would be weeks before I would get it back. Within three hoirs, I got a call that all repairs were complete and I could pick up the dolly. When I got there, they had the old brake assemblies to show me. Several small repairs were also accomplished. I would recomend this shop highly.

I have a 33 ft travel trailer and well the trailer brakes burnt up(Ate themselves due to a short) I took my hubs in on a trip to see if i needed to order new ones because they were 250$ a pop through online retailers, The staff shot it to me straight and said they could just be resurfaced through another shop here in wichita. I told them thank you and departed(they made no money) but still talked to me which I appreciated very much. I then returned a different day with my bearing and seals trying to find out if they needed to be replaced. While speaking with them They mentioned in their service they stopped reusing old bearings and just replaced them(not worth the risk) The guy continued to look through my bearings and sorted out bad vs good. Because of how honest and friendly the staff was I just decided It would be a good idea to just replace all of the bearings and seals too, because I know the hubs got hot. he this spent some time explaining grease and which ones are more ideal than others.I just want to say I really appreciate honest and helpful people now days. its seemingly more and more rare to find. It is always a pleasure 2 encounter a resident Pro who knows their stuff right from the beginning. We asked for, and they provided two sets of wheel bearings and seal rings. Even more accommodating, knowing we may or may not use the hardware, the shop supervisor said bring them back in Cherry condition for a refund. This kind of service and care will ensure that we go back.

I have taken my trailer here a few times. Chris is an awesome tech! I am always in and out quick. Even the smallest things, like realizing I put the wrong bulb in a brake light, he does without complaint.

I recently had my 33” walk behind mower serviced and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I particularly appreciated the pick up & delivery service they provide. When I got the mower back the servicing was spot on. The machine works better now than it did when it was new. During the process I worked with Joe & Missy who were very courteous and friendly. This place has been great. Bought a Cub Cadet 30 inch cut rider. No problems with it at all. Also had my edger fixed there along withTwo lawn mowers. Taking my tiller in for repairs and know it will be fixed right the first time.

I don’t see how this place could get a 4.5 star rating. Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every single time I’ve been in there, except when I bought the most expensive mower they sell. The LZ Tank commercial mower. Attitude and service has been horrible every single time for 5 years. I’ve had my fill of this place.

I reserved a trailer a week ago for $650 a week and get a call I didnt put a deposit down so she rented the trailer to some one else.She did not ask for a second deposit when I bought it back.I will not do business there again. I needed that trailer for like 3 months. Do the math I guess they dint deserve my business.

I was in the market for a leaf blower and after doing research online I decided one made by cub cadet was the best for me. It turns out that Trailers N More was the only cub cadet dealer that had the model I was interested in.I stopped by on a Wednesday and they told me that they have the model I was interested in but it was in their warehouse, which was located about 10 miles north. So they told me they would have it there on Thursday. Well I called Thursday and they said they didnt have time to get it and it would be there on Friday. Well, same thing on Friday. Said they forgot to get it and they assured me it would be there on Sat afternoon. I stopped in Sat afternoon and they said they still didnt pick it up from there warehouse and actually had kind of an attitude about it. At that point I just told them to forget about it and I would take my business elsewhere.I really wanted to keep the business local and not go to a bigger chain store, but now I regret even trying. If you can, PLEASE avoid Trailers & More in Wichita. Terrible.

Why we went there to try to get a try to rent a trailer so I we can all my brother-in-laws vehicle back from Emporia we told him we add a heavy have tone they said it would pull it come on down we get there and then they tell us all well you cant hook up to a bumper so if you want to hook up any kind of trailer or anyting from there you got to make sure you have a receiver hitch or dont even bother calling

Do not deal with this business. We were stranded on the road. We called to find a part and was told they had one and we paid for it over the phone. They happily took our money but, when they found out we already had someone else to install it and they went to pick it up, it magically became the wrong part. We were left stranded for several additional hours due to these petty people.

Did a great job wiring the lights, but took a little longer than I expected, also a panel missing but for the low price, I think they discounted a bit fuel to the wait so its all good.

Its not very often someone completely blows away my expectations. But they did it, I had my trailer in to do some work done and also to get a light fixed on my trailer that my girlfriend broke trying to take the trailer in Mc Donalds drive thru. The owner said ya we can tack a new light on while they were doing the other work on my trailer. When I came back I looked at the side that had the damage, it looked brand new, it looked so good I walked around and checked the other side to make sure the damage wasnt on the other side and I was just looking at the undamaged side. The work they did was just that good. That is what makes a good business. He told me they would tack a light on there but went above and beyond to bend the metal, weld and paint the original hosing for the light. Highly recommended, and will always use them in the future.

Price gouging a non profit organization who clearly communicated to you, yet you choose to ignore that communication plus hung up on them. Terrible morals and inconsiderate.
