I had an issue with an out of warranty EHC computer for my 2004 Bid Dog Ridgeback. Heard that BDM was back in business so I called and spoke to Bob. Bob was very helpful in getting my problem resolved. I liked the fact that even with an older BiG DOG, they were helpful and prompt in responding to me and my problem. Very good customer service.
