I am generally not one to write reviews however, I had a one of the best shopping experiences. Brad is amazing! he gave a zero sales pressure experience from the start. It was very clear he wanted to help me find the right bike far more than he wanted to sell me something, I actually had to ask if he was the sales person due to the lack of sales pressure. He was extremity knowledgeable, answered every question I had and showed me many bikes til I found the one that I loved. Steve at the parts counter is also a star, he is a fan of the Victory bikes and was more than happy to share his knowledge and love of the bike with me and he gave me tips and advice well after I had written the check. Then to top it off one of the service technicians Nick knew I was looking at the helmets and he jumped at the chance to help me find a good fit. he made multiple trips to the storage area up stairs to help find the right size style and color helmet to help me be safer... I never would have expected this level of service walking into a Motorcycle shop and these 3 gentlemen blew me away .. I highly suggest anyone looking at buying a motorcycle check here first.

I would give 10 stars if I could I first got my Honda interstate from here on 2018 black Friday. Sadly Nov 6 of 2019 I was in wreck. Ready to get back to riding since Nov 6. Contacted Brad Lewis about a new Roadmaster listed in their inventory. He was very professional and great to work with. Sent him photos and specs on my trade in and he came back with a fair offer and we made a deal via text messages on the new bike. Steve made the 100 mile drive to pick up my bike and he was very friendly and professional as well. We drove to Wichita the next week to look the bike over and found it to be exactly as presented online. Finalized the purchase and Brad had the shop install the accessories we added, had the bike detailed, and Steve delivered it on Monday. Everyone we dealt with at Dream Machines has been great to work with allowing for a exceptional purchasing experience.

I cant say enough good things about this place. I drove more than 4 hours to get there and it was worth every mile. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. It was the easiest and most pleasant motorcycle purchase Ive ever made in nearly 40 years of riding. Zero pressure and a very relaxed atmosphere.Thanks particularly go to Brad, who was extremely helpful throughout the entire experience and really went out of his way (in my opinion) to get me taken care of, and also to Aaron who pulled a rabbit out of a hat for me at the last minute when my insurance companies computer system crashed leaving me unable to purchase insurance just before 6pm for the 4 plus hour ride home. He hooked me up with an insurance agent across the street that took care of things for me in about 20 minutes.This may have been a 9 hour round trip but it was worth it and Id do it again in a heartbeat. If youre in the Wichita area go and see these guys. If youre not in the Wichita area, then plan yourself a road trip and go anyway. You wont regret it.Thanks again to everyone there. I was looking for a good Sportster with mid controls which are a little tough to find. I live in Dodge so we basically did the transaction with texting. Bike was super slick, low miles. They added an extended warranty from Preferred Warranty which is really good. Used it once for a minor gasket leak. The bike has been great and now Im looking for a touring bike. Im really happy to deal with Dream Machines.

I cant begin to say how pleased I am with my experience with Dream Machines and what a pleasure it was working with Aaron while buying my bike. Getting me financing for my bike was quite a challenge but Aaron made it happen and now I have my 2016 Harley Davidson Street Glide. When I arrived at Dream Machines Aaron unloaded my trade in off the trailer and loaded my new bike for me too and to me that is going the extra mile in customer service.After the bike was loaded I started to strap it down and while working with the straps Nick came out and took care of it for me. My whole experience with dream machines of Kansas was made very simple with Aaron. I found the bike I really liked online and contacted Aaron to inquire about it. Being from Texas, I would have had to make a long drive to get the bike but he arranged to get it delivered to a near by dealer. Overall my experience working with Aaron and Dream Machines was a pleasant one.

My battery was dead so I took it in to get a new one, they asked when I bought the bike and checked to see if it was still under warranty even though I did not buy the motorcycle from their dealership. Luckily it was still under warranty and it was replaced for free of charge. While there I bought and oil change kit and they also talk to me about an extended warranty which I will purchase from them and will use them in the future. Thank you Indian or Wichita. You guys are the greatest.

Very nice inside and well organized. I took stars off due to the lack of customer service. When we first entered a younger guy mumbled a greeting of some kind but I could not understand what he said. We circled around the store several times and looked at a couple bikes and nobody approached us to ask if we needed help or if we had any questions. And nothing was said when we left. There were at least three employees working.
