My son in law has a Harley. He collects the poker chips. My daughter found jeans, a t shirt and gloves. Especially liked the t shirt with tornado on it.They said inventory of bikes kind of skimpy where they live in Texas. Looks like this place had a good selection if anyone on the market. Staff friendly and helpful.

Left with a beautiful bike that fits me perfectly and the skills to ride it. They had me financed and insured and tagged and ready to go! Staff was super nice and helpful. Really nice motorcycle parking area. Was out on a road trip and a friend needed to do a service on his sportster. We kept asking for additional items and transactions after we realised we forgot stuff. The facility was clean and well organized. Hung put in the lounge for a few minutes .

Came through Wichita recently in a 5,000 mile road trip. Had a simple little problem (low beam headlight bulb). The service manager had me back in the road in a half hour. Thanks so much for the fast, friendly service! - John Rather

Bought a pair of boots there will have to bring them back again to get replaced for the third time they keep giving me a credit for new ones three pair in a year I would love to wear a pair out instead of breaking them in and taking them back I guess I’ll see you on Monday again

Really awesome place if youre in to harley! Ive been flip flopping on the idea of getting a motorcycle. This place pretty much sealed the deal. Its suprisingly affordable. I cant wait to feel the freedom. They have tons of options, and loads of apparel. If youre in the area, you wont be disappointed with a quick pop in. Clean store and lots of friendly and helpful staff.

Best buying experience ever! Staff was friendly, super upbeat and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable without the high pressure sales pitch. Gave us the space we needed to check things out on our own but were always available with the answers to our questions. Highly recommend!

I had a accident repair from 2016 in January and you can clearly see on my front fender where the paint is not a professional paint job and is fading away already and in around the chrome cover accent light on the front, you can see where metal was never prepped to begin with and just painted over. It has since bubbled up and peeled off leaving the exposed fender and you can see where the rest is starting to bubble up and going to peel off around that chrome piece soon. You can also see the orange peel and the clear coat is not there either. Well, they wouldn’t do anything about it. Says paint will do that over time, haha, NO, paint does not do that over time, if that were the case, my fairing would look the same since it came from Harley. Well, they lost any future dealings with me on a new Ultra along with any upgrades that I had planned, that can and will be taken elsewhere. I don’t do shady work, never have, never will. I even asked the guy if he honestly thought it was a good paint job to begin with, he just looked at me, so I know my answer on that one. Keep being shady Twister.

First class dealership all the way. From service to parts,sales,clothing they are all on top of the game. I don’t write a lot of reviews but they handled a problem I had was honest about it resolved it. That’s how business should be done.

One of the best Harley Davidson dealership Ive been to, the design of the building is awesome and large square feet. The establishment is always clean and inviting. Great dealership to look at Harley Davidson, they had about every model possible. The service department was very helpful and friendly. We were about 150 miles from home, when got ready to head home one of us found that the rear tire was coming apart and was to far from home to ride back safely. We went into the service department, it was 2 hours from them closing. We explain the issue we had, the service writer was all over it and we were on are back home. The only 3 stars were relate to the following, walked through the show room, not one sales person came up to ask me if they could help me, went to purchase some tall clear shot glasses, the sales associate explain that only had the tall black shot glasses and also went to purchase some goggles to fit over my glasses, the sales associate explain that dont have anything that would work and walked away. The owner has 2 other dealerships, one being Route 66 in Tulsa, Ok, the staff there is totally different than at this dealership, they always greeting customers when they come through the door and always friendly and helpful. I just think that as big as the dealership of Twisters they need to take up some learning lessons from their other dealership Route 66. One great thing was that they had a covered parking area for your motorcycle.

Today is my birthday. My husband had been talking to Chris (the salesman) during the week to surprise me with the bike we wanted on my birthday. Chris got him approved with the bike he wanted and made the deal. On Thursday it was clear that because we have to drive 4hrs one way, we would come in Saturday to get the bike. We show up and Chris tells us he sold the bike that morning before we got there. Didn’t try to call us or help us with anything further when we were there. He had a “your sht out of luck” attitude. I guess customer service was not his priority, and he clearly is not a man of his word. He could have given us a call and at least avoid us driving the 4 hrs back and forth. I’m not saying the place sucks... I’m saying this salesman does. I definitely do not recommend him to anyone. Thank for ruining my birthday.

We had a great salesman (Darin Dalton) who didnt try to push us into making a purchase. He showed us different bikes and the accessories they had. He answered all of my questions and gave me some good advice since this was my first Harley purchase. No problem with financing. Everything went smoothly.

I was out riding on Friday, my 09 Street Glide started getting some serious front brake fade. I didnt have an appointment, but the guys in service got my bike in the shop and bled my front brakes and got me safely back on the road. Very much appreciated!!!

My wife was steered into buying a bike that she was not ready for. She did not have a license at the time. Now the offer to buy it back is almost 7k less than what they sold it for, with less than 200 miles. Ridiculous! I bought an ultra from them. They let it go out the door with no oil in the primary. Caused the chain tensioner to basically explode inside. I had the bike for 7 days. All the repair and tow costs came out of my pocket. All they did was give me a gift card for their store. Very disappointed with them currently.

If you are traveling and have problem with your bike dont bother to stop here. They wont help. We had problems with our bike and they said we had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. We were lucky we made it home. We live 110 miles from this shop. We hauled the bike to Hays where you will get better service

My mouth dropped open when we came off the exit and I seen the building. Great design and so big. Inside was large also with a great selection of motorcycles and merchandise. The sales reps were very nice and helpful also. If you like HD this store is a must.

I came in with questions about tires and to order a set. I ride an anniversary v-rod (VRSCAW) so when I ask questions most people give me the deer in the headlights look. Yesterday when I came in to the parts counter I talked with Blaine Moore. He was very helpful in finding what I needed and answering my questions. Unfortunately the tires are on back order but he was able to save that info so when they are available I can have them ordered without having to drive back to Wichita. Very helpful and understanding, thank you.

This relates to the service department.I took my bike in because I have a leak in the air shocks I could not find. Also had a little wobble in the front end when hitting bumps in a curve. They checked front end and could not find any problems and suspected it may be my tire.But they cant mount 23 tires. So i have to take it somewhere else to see if that fixes it. But seems better already whatever they did do. They did not have any success at finding the leak either. It is a very small leak so no big deal at the moment. I went to pick the bike up ready to fight charges for things they could not fix even thought they probably spent at least a couple hours working on it. To my surprise when I got there they just told me no charge. What, no having argue with them? I was not ready for that. Well done Twister City! Even thought they could not address the problems I had they did not charge either.

What a difference from the last owners! No longer smug, self absorbed, standoffish and rude, the new owner has brought helpfulness, pleasantness and professionalism. What an improvement! The building was always impressive but now the people seem to match the effort put into the appearance. Typical overpriced Harley goods but the service is amazing. They can find any part you need to keep your steel horse on the road. They make even my kids feel comfortable.

Excellent people and took their time helping show the bikes. No pressure and treated very well. Didnt seem to matter if you were looking at a $10000 bike or a $30000 bike. Highly recommend.

Was looking to buy a bike here and they would only tell me my payment, refused to tell me length of note..Called to get tires and they told me rear tire I wanted was backordered. I find a tire and get it in and call for a appointment. We wont install it because you didnt buy it from us. They couldnt get the tire to buy from them or I would have.Terrible dealership. They will never get another penny from me.

I sold my old bike to Twister City for 8K and then they want to turn around and sell it for 14K. I understand that companies need to make money to stay in business. I understand that and get that but that price is a little much for a mark up. I sure hope that no one pays that much for this bike when is only worth around 11K. I dont think I will be buying my next bike form them.

Not a good experience - Salesman did not care about us as customers. Just there to hurry the sale through. Delivery guy was awesome though. Spent more time with him.Dont ask for Darin if ya go there. He is in such a huge hurry for ya to hurry and sign that he forgets to remember you want to look at your bike or even take a picture with it.Find another sales man and you will be ok Im sure.Ps- they dont hold bikes even with a $5k down deposit offer . If ya see one online and want to get it, you have to hurry there or they wont hold it for ya.Dealership is nice. I saved and would of spent serious money there in the apparel area & parts area, but when I felt rushed by him, I decided I will spent it somewhere else now.Bike delivered late and was not clean. Delivery driver even apologized for it.The delivery driver was personable and helped answer questions we had about the bike.The salesman and delivery driver should trade places. LOLCUSTOMER SERVICE

My girlfriend and I were in park city for modify races at 81 Speedway last Saturday. We are from Enid, ok.So we had some time to burn so we went to the Harley shop there we walked in and was never acknowledged and we walked around for ten minutes or more and was never asked for help or anything so we left. Its very upsetting cause Im a previous Harley owner Ill never go back there ever. Employees are very rude there So sad..

I want to give a shout out to Austin Evens Parts Associate at Twister City Harley-Davidson Wichita Ks. I am a happy owner of a Softail Slim FLS, is the biggest bike I can flat foot. I have been there before and was told I could not get a seat to better reach the controls. Guess what? He found me a seat and saved me hundreds of $s. I spent what I saved and more. He has a loyal customer for as long he works there.

This is a really nice Harley Davidson dealership. The staff was very nice and helpful. They have plenty of bikes to select from. The clothing department also took great care of helping me and my wife is selecting just the right shirts and accessories. The building is unique and cool. I really enjoyed stopping in and visiting for our 1st time. Looking forward to another stop soon!

I had an appointment time to test ride a bike, the salesman I was working with was busy at the time so I wondered around looking at other bikes and merchandise for 30 minutes. During that time, not a single employee acknowledged my existence nor did my sales guy offer any kind assistance. I feel like since I am a new rider and a woman I was not taken seriously. Poor move since I had cash in hand. Guess they dont really want to sell bikes.

I was acknowledged and invited to look around at all the motorcycles, employees constantly asking kind and courteous questions. I felt comfortable around the showroom

These guys really squared me away. The bike was the best and the deal was even better. Great people to work with, very knowledgeable service staff. I will be back.

Purchased a 2012 Switchback on Dec 24. After paying for the bike, I rode it home. Discovered that bike was uncomfortable to ride. Hard to reach and operate rear brake pedal. It is policy not to allow test rides. If I had known how uncomfortable it was to ride I wouldnt have purchased it. Tried to return it the next day. Was told that no, we dont do that. Tried to return it for a bike that WAS more comfortable to ride. Nope, dont do that either. Seems like all they want is your money. Will be getting rid of bike in the spring and work with a dealer that customer satisfaction comes first.Visited with Dan about the issues I had. No resolution was found. Come spring will sell bike.

The service department was great! They worked me in to get a new rear tire when I was 1,000 miles from home. I will definitely stop by again the next time we are in town!

Always good service. My big complaint is the time to get the part in. They didnt offer non oem part. Just left me with frustration not riding bike. Thats on the company, should have better informed shop and customer on delay for part.
