Very bad service, I was waiting for someone to attend me to fill my propane tank and ringing bell for over 3 times, like 5 min apart, the manager came out attending other customers, I got close to where he was and I asked for help to only tell me that they would take even more time to attend me.... what frustration, that they do not have a more friendly treatment with customers. If you want to save money on filling your tank remember that you will waste a lot of your time waiting in this place. It is not the first time that they do it to me on this location. but definitive, the last one, because I do not intend to return

I inquired about getting a brake control put on my truck. I got a price from the national call center that was exceptabl. I called this location and got a different price that was also acceptable. When I showed up for the appointment the jerk working there tells me that the price would be about 6 times as much. And he didnt understand why I was upset. I will never go to this place again. I ended up doing it my self for 1/3 the original price in 1 hour.

Rented a pickup truck and car dolly. Truck was great. Ratchet on dolly would not release. Was able to get enough slack to unwrap strap by hand. Wasted time and got dirty/scratched getting unloaded. The second ratchet on the dolly was obviously newer and gave me no problem. Talked to staff when returning equipment. Manager followed up in an email. Says no problem with ratchet in question.

They have several options of truck/trailers to rent.

After waiting about 5 minutes for someone to show up at the counter, the first thing the clerk did when I asked for help was sigh, loudly. He then was rude and condescending throughout my time there. It was clear they were not trying to help or get new business. Please go to any other Uhaul as this place and the people working there are complete garbage.

So i read reviews and was iffy on this place at first but used them anyways. Customer service was great pricing was good too!! I got a 15 foot truck with the $14 truck security coverage. Drove about 32 miles and only cost $75!! I Had no issues what-so-ever with brian (manager) who did a great job covering and explaining all bases we needed to know. We did an online reservation an it was easy. I was even an hour behind on getting my truck sense packing took longer. I called an gave them a heads-up an they had no issues with it at all. Overall i really loves this location :)

We have used them several times and are very happy with the professionalism of the staff and cleanliness of the trucks. Highly recommended.

UHaul is usually great, but this location s*cks. Very rude. Poor customer service, Dirty Equipment, dirty store, dirty mouths. Drive past this to the next closest UHaul location.

Went in last night to get a truck to move. This guy was super nice to me and my fiance. Went above and beyond to help us. Helped us get the best bang for our buck. The truck was the perfect size. Thank you again!!

Called and asked about refilling my RV propane tanks, man on the phone said, yes sir we do! Told the price per gallon and said bring it on in. Showed me where to park and fill, took less than 10 minutes from start to finishVery helpful about another topic as well!!!I’ll be back to this locationVery helpful and very professional

I was thinking to buy a trailer hitch from some auto parts store and do it myself and pick a trailer in less than 4 hours and spent the night, But I was told that the U-Haul at Westway installs the hitch. My wife called the place and they have the parts the wiring and is all under warranty in one hour. Pleased with the service, the parts, the personnel working here did a great job. and where very helpful and answered all the question. I drove my trailer back home that afternoon. Great job !

Went it there today to fill up two 30lbs propane tanks. One was near empty other was at least a 3rd of the way full. Was charge for 14gallons. The price for 2 completely empty tanks. I either won’t be back or I’ll watch them fill next time.

Rented a small trailer to tow and Eric was very courteous and took the time to verify all the light signals worked correctly & educate me about all the safety features with the trailer which enabled me to feel secure while driving long distance. I was told a manager would call me back because the employee doesn’t even know what products they carry. Five hours later, still no call back. I decide to go to the store to look and not ONE employee even acknowledged my presence or offered to help. Horrible service and dirty store!

One of the worst service experiences of my life. Installation of hitch was supposed to take 1-2 hours. It took over 4 hours and then they did the work wrong and had to jury rig to make it usable. Dont waste your money or time at this site.

The person helping my family and I was super helpful. We had some issues with our that led to the lights not working on the back of the trailer, however Erik was more than happy to fix it for us and did a very good job.

Was late getting there so they called to make sure we was ok. And was so helpful with everything. Even checking the ubaul in was nice. First time I had a decent moment that week. Your doing your job right guys!!

Was helping a friend move and the box truck they picked up and got it to the house and opened up the back and had roaches just running all over the back of it and their customer service is terrible

Terrible customer service, waited for 20 minuets for the man to get finished with dealing the propane tanks to get some help. So when another employee walked in, I said, “excuse me, do you work here? can you help me?” And he said, “hold on sir, I’m not even on the clock yet.” And I said, “well is there someone who is on the clock who can help me?” And he replied, “that man in the parking lot” ... so once I went out there to ask if he was available to help me yet, someone pulled in with a truck to drop off, and I asked if he could help me and he said “hang on I need to get this truck insepcted real quick” and I said, “well I was here before he was” and he said, “oh you’ve been here for 2 minuets” and I said, “no, actually 20 minutes.” Then he said, “well if you don’t want to wait then you can leave” so I said fine forget it, I will. And he was very rude and had an attitude as he was speaking with me. So it irritated me, which I was already a little irritated from waiting for so long as he messed around outside, then the poor customer service from someone who couldn’t say, “yeah I can help you, give me a minute while I go clock in” and instead just disappeared . So I was like forget it, I’ll leave and you guys have terrible customer service. And he stated that he was the owner and then said that I’ll never rent from a uhaul again. But he was missing his from teeth, and uhaul isn’t franchised, it’s a corporation. Just very upset with the customer service and how I was neglected for so long and then not put as a priority when it comes to helping me.

Cheap sturdy boxes. Better than Wal-Mart or other brand boxes for packing, shipping, moving.

50 bucks for a pick up truck and i didnt leave town and only had it for an hour but the owner is real nice i just wish it could be a litte less than 59 cents a mile

That was the fastest propane fill that I have ever had.

Manager helped us, but he seemed put out. Needed more supplies, but didnt want to hassle him.

When we returned the truck, the guy was VERY rude and they put $400 wothw of holds on my account when I owed less than $200. Ridiculous!

No after hours return system. I rented on the phone (evidently with a call center) at 3 PM for pickup at 5 PM. When I got there, they said I had to have it back by 7 AM following day, but they did not have a after hours return system. They said could just leave it the lot after hours but if anything happened to it I would be liable.
