A-1 Top Notch reasonably priced storage facility. It’s extremely secure as compared to most other facilities. Love the indoor drive-in & unload area (which is also very secure). All units are climate controlled & the entire facility is extremely clean & well maintained. Austin is a true professional & was patiently willing to answer all our questions.

Austin was great to work with! Easy, quick, and to the point. I was able to rent over the phone in a matter of minutes and there were no surprise fees.

I have been an Extra Space customer in the Denver market for some time, and have always been satisfied with the service, quality, and value that I received from the team there. This is why I chose Extra Space for my needs in Wichita. The team at 530 S Wildcat in East Wichita has completely blown the doors off of the exemplary service I had in Denver! They went above and WELL beyond the call of duty to make our move-in a great experience, even staying late with us so they could keep the doors open as our moving van was unloaded (so we didnt have to keep entering the door code). Their customer service was and continues to be AMAZING! I was sold on Extra Space before, but thanks to these guys, I will be a very long-term customer!

The facility is clean and easy to access. Being able to park a moving vehicle within the building to load and unload is wonderful.You are given a code to access the main door and the elevators. I feel that my items are very secure.I am a first time storage unit customer and Austin made the process easy. He explained unit sizes and prices, helped me find the best fit. He also continually checked in on my family during our move in weekend. I would not even consider another facility to store my items.

I won a storage unit they had up for auction and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of pick up and their very nice facility. The staff was great, very friendly. It was an overall great experience and hope to have the opportunity to work with them again soon

The service I encountered over the phone setting up my storage service was very quick and easy. I was informed of everything I would need to do to finish setting up and instructions and details about where to go. I would recommend them.

I reserved a storage unit online at Wildcat Lane. I walked in to view the unit and sign the agreement and was greeted by Austin and his new hire (I believe his name is Logan, Im terrible with names). They were so friendly and Austin was informative. It seems we find this kind of hospitality more infrequent in todays world, so I appreciated my experience. I recommend them. Thank you.

I really liked that I could reserve the unit online. When I got there I texted the attendant and he came right away so I could give him proof of insurance. He was wonderful! He walked me to my unit and explained the garage doors. Its wonderful that I can drive in and get stuff or add stuff to my unit no matter the weather because Im inside. Very happy!

The storage facility was always clean and I never had to worry about someone else breaking in to my unit. It is indoor so you dont have to worry about the temperature affecting your property. Customer service was always excellent I would rent a storage unit from them anytime.

Austin Ditges, the on-site employee, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. He had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. If he isn’t a manager already he should be.

There is so much I can say about this facility.First, they called me right back when they noticed I made a mistake on the web reservation. We corrected on the spot.Secondly, customer service is legit. I reserved the wrong storage unit and Austin fixed it. He pulled out his map and asked me what I wanted and he showed me my options and made it happen.Thirdly, when we went to the facility it was spotless.Austin and his team takes pride in his facility and it truly shows. We ended up leasing a second unit.

I had previously left a 5 star review and had to delete that due to an experience this weekend when trying to access my unit. I have a unit on the 3rd floor which was near impossible to access this weekend. The elevator did not work. I went to the stairs to try that way and THERE ARE NO DOOR HANDLES TO LET YOJ BACK ON TO ANY FLOOR! I then had to walk back around the building to get back in. After 15 minutes of trying to navigate the phone system to talk to an actual person and NEVER getting to talk to anyone no matter what options I pressed, I asked someone else who was there to give me access to the other elevator so I could try to get up that way. When I tell you I am furious about my experience, that may be an understatement. If I were trying to move this weekend and didn’t have access to my unit and NO HELP from anyone at extra space storage, I would be doing more than just leaving this review for sure.

This was an excellent experience. Austin was warm and engaging. We went through the options and availability ; then looked at a few units. He made an excellent offer and we signed a lease. I was also able to purchase a “move kit” that included several boxes and tape. Overall, I was very impressed.

Being an out of state student the biggest stress is moving. This is my first time ever getting storage here in KS and this has been the easiest transition EVER?! Austin was the amazing person who took me on my tour and showed me the unit I originally reserved. Unfortunately, the unit I had on hold was too small, BUT he changed me to the largest size and made it so easy!!!! He was so kind thoroughly explained each step of my purchase of the unit and would not change my experience one bit!

We had to move half of our household into storage last minute. the online rental form was so easy, and the price was phenomenal in comparison to other storage spaces with climate control. the building is brand new and has updated security features to make sure our stuff stays safe. the best thing was that, although we were on the 2nd floor, they had a super fast and spacious elevator and complimentary carts to help carry all of our boxes! overall, very nice, speedy, efficient and perfect for families of any size!

Austin at extra space storage out east has been so helpful! he has given me clear instructions for the online rental and I was able to rent my entire unit and sign for it all online which made this a win for me, plus the price was AMAZING! the units are very clean and I even got a free lock when I rented online. I will be referring my friends and family here!

Extra Space Storage is the Perfect place for your over flow. I have things that are not so much valuable monetarily but priceless in my memory. I dont have room for these items, but this is why I love EXTRA SPACE. Some of the things I plan to pass to the next generation. Some I will eventually donate, but not now. I have never had a more smooth and simple process to acquire the use of a storage unit as I just had with Extra Space. I have used many storage companies in the past, but this is my first time using Extra Space. Everything that needed to be done to rent the storage unit was done online and over the phone. Austin was the associate that contacted me to complete the lease agreement and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. He completed the process efficiently and was respectful of the value of my time. The unit appears to be secure and drive-in access for the indoor climate controlled units is an amenity that I have never had the pleasure to experience before, but greatly look forward to the convenience it will provide.

Very professional and kind staff! It is easy to get in contact with everyone and they are always willing to help as much as they can. However, the reason I left was due to them raising my rent constantly. They raised it twice and I had not had my unit for even a year. Was paying $95 for a 10x5. Decided to go somewhere else and am paying $140 for a 10x20. Seems a lot more reasonable for larger space.
