Just needed a storage unit for one month while I transfer from an apartment to a house, Mandy made this process incredibly easy and took me to see the unit before I paid the admin fee! She was able to upgrade me from a 5x5 to a 5x10 free of charge. This was the cheapest place I could find storage in a nice area of Wichita! So worth it with no headache. Thank you, Mandy!

Amazing! The manager Mandy was absolutely amazing, kind & so considerate!!! She offered my son snack, helped us switch to a bigger storage unit and waited last minute for us as well!!! I highly recommend this storage place!

Mandy,the property manager at the 1701 Northrock Istorage location is extremely helpful and I find will go over and above to help the customer! She can answer any question and is friendly each and every time i see her. Mandy actually makes me feel like more of a member of the I Storage family than a customer! Could not have asked for a better experience renting my first storage unit. I reserved online and got a good price. The only thing I would suggest is to have the fees be more prominent on the website.Someone called within an hour to walk me through getting the actual unit the next day. When I got there, Marcella was the only one working. It was a Saturday and the first of the month. She was extremely busy, but she never lost her positive attitude. She helped every person as quickly as possible and made sure I knew that she was still working on my paperwork as she was taking calls and fielding other questions. Truly, she was phenomenal!We went to look at the original unit She was going to give me and when I explained the purpose, she took me to a different unit that was perfect. I cannot express enough the exceptional customer service I received from Marcella.

Once i figured out what size I needed the reservation online was quick and easy. I instantly got a email confirmation and a follow up call the next day to confirm and see if I had any questions. When I went in to view the unit the sales associate was helpful and the facilities were nice and clean.

Mandy was the person who helped me. She was the sweetest sales representative I have ever come in contact with in any business. She set me up with my storage and lock showed me everything needed to gain entry and exit. I had a situation where my car was broken into and the keys to my storage were stolen. I went back to Mandy and told her she went back on video surveillance for days looking for anyone who might have tried to gain entry and replaced my lock for me. She was such a joy to work with.

Anasia was very friendly and helpful in setting my account up. The facilities were clean and well-kept. I was very satisfied in the transaction.

Experience was very good. I signed up online, then was called the day I was to go rent it. She had all the paperwork ready to go when I came into the office. The only thing I was disappointed about was that on instagram it showed FREE the 1st month. I could not find it on my instagram and she said she was not aware of any discounts. Signed up anyway because I was needing it.

The assistant property manager Josephine was very helpful in helping set-up our brand new storage. The security here is wonderful, and the units are very affordable. I highly recommend anyone on this side of town thats looking for a storage unit to come here.

Josephine was pleasant, professional and low pressure. She explained everything clearly and provided copies of everything I signed. My storage unit was perfect for my needs. She gave me some tips regarding times to visit and told me that spraying for insects and pests are done routinely. Ive never rented space before, but she made it very comfortable. My only regret was that I had hoped to rent for the year, but policy is month by month. I chose the auto pay option, so no worries! A good experience all around....

Friendly staff but storage areas are utterly full of brown recluse spiders. Having kept creepy crawly things as pets before Im not afraid of spiders but I was surprised not only by the quantity of the brown recluse spiders but also by their size, 2 of them were among the largest I had ever seen before. If you want to start a spider farm this is the place to go.

Ive been working with iStorage since the beginning of 2019 and have nothing but good things to say about them. Theyve done a tremendous job improving these facilities from top to bottom. Peter does a great job communicating with us on any info I need.

On Thursday January 16, 2020 I came in to let the property manager know that I was going to clean out my storage unit. Josephine was friendly and she ask me to let her know when it was empty so she could inspect it.

I will start off that Angela and Josephine (I probably spelled it wrong) were not the issue at all, they were very helpful and kind! But peter, the district manager did not impress me and his goal was not customer first. We found a unit and the description is as followed“30 x 10 LargeNon-Climate ControlledExteriorDrive-Up Access”I showed up and they took me back, she parked and it was the one that is in basically the alley way and there is a fence as well. So with that I already wasn’t happy then she began to open 2 units and was confused herself. We went back up and I said the description does not say that it is 3 10x10’s it states ONLY that it is 30x10 and drive-up accessible!We called peter the DM and he explained it like a we were buying a house that it would be 300 sq ft. I told him then that’s how you need to advertise. Not how they have it. I stated that if I were buying a house it would also have the room dimensions Like this is a 4 bedroom house, and these are the dimensions of the room etc. He had nothing to say about it other than he will pass it farther up and that there’s nothing he can do about any of it. That it is a 10x30 unit just with walls (good to know)so in conclusion, I will do peters job for him and explain to you that this unit is 3 10x10’s and it in fact is not drive up accessible!
